The property has terrific views, a great swimming pool for small kids, a well-equipped kitchen and extensive grounds. Only one room, a bedroom, has air conditioning and the lower bedrooms can become very stuffy in the heat. The garden is full of odd damaged items which can’t be used. It could do with sorting out.

The property is awesome. The flowers, olive trees, cherry trees(YUM) couldn't be better. We made some memorable dinners form our Market shopping in the nearby small towns. Pool was great to cool down after a long day traveling. Really if you are looking for a long stay you would love this place!

We had a lovely stay in the house - it was easy to find and Giles the housekeeper helped us settle in and manage all the workings of the house.
The house is really well equipped for a family gathering, and we loved the various places to sit outside and admire the amazing view of the Luberon park. It is in a great location to explore many parts of the region and we would love to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect, and the owner Marc could not have been nicer and more helpful. He even ordered my favorite coffee maker for our visit!
Gilles, the property manager was attentive and very helpful. The house is perfectly situated, with a great view and very comfortable. We could not have been happier.

Lovely setting for a gathering of family and friends. Very comfortable interior with large elegant primary BR, great second BR with attached room for 2 kids, and functional 3rd and 4th BRs (though not as roomy or elegant as the first 2). Very comfortable common areas including adequate kitchen stocked with plates and flatware for a crowd. Beautiful grounds with multiple seating areas and great views of the hills (pool closed for the season during our visit so can’t comment). Extremely helpful owner and property manager (the latter speaks only French); they went above and beyond to help us out of a jam regarding our rental car. Only caution: be aware it is not really walkable to town.

A very special property that made a family holiday that was many years in the making very special.
Marc is a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Gilles (the property caretaker) is a friendly and welcoming host too - though if you don't speak French, you'd better get fast with your translation tools.
The town of Bonnieux is breathtaking, as are many of the smaller villages in the area.
The property was perfect for our group - grandparents, parents and young kids. With great patios with views, swimming pool, kids playground, and shady hammocks.
We can't wait to make it back.

This property is truly beautiful and provides the quintessential Provencal setting! It has amazing views of the hills from multiple patios as well as the infinity pool. It is extremely private as well and in a great location. Bonnieux is a 5 minute drive from the house as well as other hilltop towns and markets. There were some mishaps at the beginning of our stay that were resolved as quickly as possible by the owner and property manager. They were both extremely responsive to our messages which was very appreciated. One small note is that 2 bedrooms are connected so you have to walk through one to get to the other (good for a family with small children) and also not all of the bathrooms have toilets. The toilets were usually in a separate room which might be common in Europe. Also, if you don't speak French, be prepared to use google translate for communicating with the property manager. He is a lovely person but does not speak any English. It was difficult to communicate with him directly which was particularly hard when some questions came up. In no way however, would that deter me from staying here again. I highly recommend this home with family/friends for a relaxing vacation in Provence. We will have memories to last our lifetime with this trip.

If you are thinking of staying here all i can say is do yourself a favour and book it.
It is absolutely unreal
Everything you could ever need and want in a house and area.
We travelled with 6 adults and 5 children aged between 7 and 2
Something for everyone
The house has everything you need and then some. It was absolutely stunning
I will not hesitate in returning and telling everyone i know to book

Communication prior to the stay was excellent and prompt. Check in with Gilles was a little difficult because he speaks no english and we speak very little French. I followed up with Marc afterwards and cleared up some confusion.
We stayed in November so we couldn’t really take full advantage of all the property had to offer like the pool, outdoor seating, grill etc. This would be a great place for a family to relax for an extended vacation in the summer. You won’t catch a direct sunset but the sunrise is fantastic.
The showers had great water pressure (we only used 3 bathrooms) and the beds were firm but comfortable. Obviously we can’t speak to the air conditioning but the floor heating kept the house at a comfortable temperature. The TV and wifi worked well - we watched a movie together every evening.
The kitchen would have everything you’d need to cook - although we did not do so. We tried to go to Restaurant Cesar and Terassa in Bonnieux without a reservation for 3 people (we had been told by a friend that November was very quiet and reservations were unnecessary) but we were rudely turned away at both places. We would not patronize these places if we returned. . Le Sade in Lacoste was delicious and welcoming.
The house is easy to find with GPS, has nice gathering spaces and the washer and dryer were an important feature since we were picking up our daughter from a semester at SCAD. It’s about a 12 minute drive to SCAD in Lacoste.

This house offers a very warm and hospitable environment. It’s location is absolutely wonderful. Very private with great views. We loved the pool and the outside areas. Especially the deck. Sun or shade, it is all available.
And inside it felt great too. As we love to cook we were happy to find a very complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils. On arrival Corinne met us In the village. A good thing as we may not have found the property on our own.
The area around Bonnieux is beautiful with many villages and other places to visit within reasonable distance.
With this house your holiday can only be successful.

We spent a week there with our children, with much time in the house which was confortable, properly heated, fully equipped and full of light as well. Even in february, we were able to have lunch in the garden. There are great views of the surrounding hills and woods and one feels perfectly secluded while just a short drive from Bonnieux amd other sites, as well as possible activities such as horse riding or tennis. Welcome by Brigitte and Gilles was friendly and smooth, and Marc the owner called in to male sure all was fine.

Fantastic stay at Beija Flor. Tranquil location 5 mins drive from the village. Very easy booking and checkin process. Villa is perfect, everything you could need, couldn’t ask for more!

Thank you for an amazing stay. We had a fantastic holiday in an absolutely exceptional setting and came out very well rested. The house was spacious to accommodate 5 adults and 4 children, tastefully decorated and well equipped (including a Weber BBQ) which made it a delight to live in. We had all our meals on the terrace under the shadow of a magnificent "green oak" tree overlooking the national Park of the Luberon (i.e. no construction in sight). The swimming pool offered great delights to our whole family and the house in only about 5 min away from the town of Bonnieux by car. Checking-in was super simple and the owner was "on call" in case we needed something. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We had a lovely week at this house. The views and privacy made it very relaxing. There are many nice spots to sit outside with naturally shaded areas. Everything you need is in the kitchen and also beach towels, loungers and even a bedroom with video viewing equipment and many movies for the evenings. Even though the days reached 90, the house inside was comfortable without AC. Wonderful breezes and views made it hard to leave the house to explore small towns -many towns within 10-15 min driving made it wonderful to run out to a long lunch and stay home for dinners. We really appreciated every day here and the kids really loved the pool. We did pay a bit extra to turn on the heater which we felt was needed. We enjoyed jogs and walks into town about a 18-20 min walk and 12 min jog into town. The owner, Marc, was before and during our stay very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Only negative was we wished the grass wasnt overgrown. It was cut the day we left. Overall we really would love to stay here again and felt it was a great house not just for the 4 of us but also for another family to join in the future.

We loved the rural setting and the views. We were able to walk into Bonnieux, about 20 mins, and we cycled from the property to many of the nearby villages. The open plan layout works with a large group but it is the outside area where you want to spend your time. Lots of different areas to sit and relax and to dine. Owners were very helpful both before and during our stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mark's beautiful house in Bonnieux for a week in June. The home is extremely well appointed, has stunning views, and an oversized pool that overlooks the Luberon hills. I highly recommend this home for anyone searching for the perfect Provence home.

This house offers more than what the listing says: a soul, character, absolute calm, and a wonderful sense of isolation, despite being very close to Bonnieux. It is fully equipped for everything, including small children, which mean we did not have to bring cot beds, dining table boosters, or kids plates and glasses etc. Our kids absolutely loved it. Marc and his team are super responsive and helpful. It is rare to find a place that is beyond expectations like this. We and our friends had a blast. Strongly recommended.

Even given charming descriptions and beautiful images you never quite know what to expect when booking holiday accommodation, but this was one of those places which far exceeded our expectations.
We spent a week here in April, 2014. Mum and Dad with daughter, husband and their 6 mth old baby. Cot and bedclothes provided free of charge. All had our own space and privacy.
Owners have thought of everything. Fully equipped kitchen a plus when travelling for several weeks (from Australia) and wanting to cook at 'home' and relax. The beautiful fireplace made for very cosy evenings. Wonderful location with stunning views. Parking outside the door. Located just outside the village, this property is very private even though we had the comfort of knowing there were other properties close by. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
Bonnieux is a delightful village with plenty of restaurants, cafe's and ready access to many other gorgeous villages all within 30 mins drive. Countryside sensational, surrounded by lavender fields, vineyards and green rolling hills. Perfect for cycling from village to village. Nearby markets held almost every day. Produce on display belonged on the cover of Vogue ! Loved having the chance to purchase and cook at home as well as dining out.
Owners couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Supplied us with lots of information before we arrived, even arranged for a caretaker to meet us in the village and direct us to the property.
Have already recommended this villa to family and friends.

We had a superb stay here and having explored the area quite thoroughly I concluded that not only were we very lucky to have found this house but Bonnieux itself was the best of all towns to be based closely to. It has the perfect balance of having just enough shops and restaurants without being too commercialised and busy. Sleepy perfection and with great views of Lacoste and the surrounding hills and valleys. The house itself is far nicer than the photos allow for. Whilst the pool was a little chilly in late June it was perfect to jump into for a quick cool down. If you like to lie around in the water like a hippo, July / August might be a bit warmer. Lovely garden, not a soul in sight. Quiet and shady but with plenty of sunny spots if you want to bake. We took advantage of the local fish market, bbq'ing almost daily and if you get a nice case of local champagne which is pretty good you can do it all without spending the 200 Euro's some of the better local restaurants will cost you for dinner. AIX En Provence was worth driving to, Lacoste also interesting. And of course getting anywhere requires to drive through stunning lavender fields and valleys. Great spot. I believe Ridley Scott lives somewhere in the locale. Would certainly go back if it's available - I've taken far too long to write this but can't recommend it enough. J

Never before has a vacation property exceeded my expectations as this one did! This Bonnieux home is tremendous! very welcoming and tastefully decorated with large windows offering expansive mountain and valley views. The terraced grounds surrounding the home are lovely! They include beautiful flower gardens, lavender, fruit trees and a splendid swimming pool. The owners were friendly and attentive and offered us a great deal of information about the area prior to our arrival. They also arranged for us to be personally greeted in town the day of our arrival, shown to the house and informed of everything we may need to know. Bonnieux is a picture-perfect village in an ideal location with many good restaurants, small shops and a weekly open market. I have traveled to many beautiful places in France, but this truly tops them all! My family had a very hard time leaving and speaks daily about going back! I recommend this home to any one looking for a truly remarkable vacation experience!
