We stay for a month in Olivier's beautiful house with kids coming and going over that period. Everyone loved the layout, the communal spaces, the pool, the proximity to the beach and to central Cannes. We also took our dog and were delighted that the property is completely secure so were relaxed to leave him free. Despite having a car we used the train to visit new places (Monaco about 1.10 away) but some beautiful little towns within 10 minutes. the train station is 15 minute walk. Supermarkets were a 20 min walk away or 5 minute drive but a local garage (5 mins away) had essentials. John Pierre came every couple of days to clean the pool and weekly change beds (and occasionally deliver fresh croissants) which was lovely. A really classy area of Cannes, which felt very safe and beachy. Highly recommended for a family holiday.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cannes. The house was comfortable and very generous with space for a large group. The outdoor pool and courtyard was incredible. We spent many nights enjoying meals and wine on the terrace. The villa has gorgeous landscaping and is incredibly private, yet close to everything in town. It was a quick walk to the beach, train and Le Croisette. It was very hot while we were there and each bedroom has its own a/c. Olivier is an amazing host and took great care of us. I would definitely return to stay in this amazing villa.

Communication with Olivier was easy. He was so friendly and service-minded. The house itself was spacious and well equipped. The outdoor space was excellent with a clean pool and a charming area with grill, lounge and big table for breakfasts and dinners. Olivier’s assistant Jean Pierre was very helpful and provided superb service. I have never experienced similar anywhere else. He even drove us to the store and waited an hour while we got our groceries. Location was very good. 500m to the beach and the bus stop much closer. Never waited more than a minute for the bus. Very satisfied with this booking.

This house was perfect for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The house has beautiful inside and outside options to lounge around and launch your adventure in Cannes (to be honest, the house is better than the photos). The villa is about a 10 minute (with kids) walk to a beautiful beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the start of the Cannes city center (old town). The only tiny issue with the location is it’s a 30 minute walk to groceries—though, we just used Uber Eats and it was fine. Pierre was super friendly and made check in easy. Would definitely stay here again if/when we return!

A gem of a villa nestling in a secluded and private spot behind gates, but only a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes away from the town centre. Lots of space, both outdoors and in, and all the facilities for a great family holiday.

It is the second time we have stayed in the lovely home with the company. We like everything about it. The fantastic garden, the location near the sea and within walking distance of downtown Cannes. The rooms are nice and so is the livingroom. We have met the owner both times who has been extremely friendly. We will be back.

Really good stay, Olivier’s place is huge with a great pool and loads of outdoor space. Really convenient for the beach and only a short walk to all necessary shopping and the centre of Cannes. Really easy and flexible check in and out, Jean-Pierre who manages the property locally was incredibly helpful for our friends who needed full PCR tests for return to the US and actually went with them to make sure it all happened as needed.

We had a very nice stay at the home of Olivier. The gesthouse was spacious, clean and it has a great environment. The contact with the housekeeper was also very nice. We can recomend it!

This is not the first time we have stayed in this Villa for good reason . It is excellent for a large family with a mix of adults and children. It has a locked gated pool, which was a must for our 3 children of 7and 3 year old twins. Also just a 10 minute walk to the beach gave another alternative. There is plenty of living space both outside and indoors with different areas to sit for those wishing to have a quiet moment. Parking is possible on the driveway which also has a locked gate. The villa was well maintained with frequent visits from Jean-Pierre to keep the pool area clean. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was so good and as we expected. The house, the pool and garden, the nearness to the beach and to the centre was really good. The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning of the floors. We are also very happy with the overall service during our stay. We can really recommend the house and host.

We had 2 perfect weeks in the villa. 8 adults and 3 kids. It is a nice location near the beach (walking distance even for small kids) and near the city. The kids (4, 5 and 6 years) loved the pool (fenced pool). The villa was well cleaned and the garden in good shape at our arrival. New electric barbeque. Good parking space inside the fence. Laurence and Jean Pierre gave us a warm welcome, and they were easy to get in touch with if something come up. Would be happy to come back!

This is exactly as advertised! Very functional, and has everything you need. Unfortunately it wasn't that warm when we were there, so we didn't use the outside at all, but it looked like it would be great! Many thanks to Laurence and Jean Pierre, who are the perfect hosts!

We arrived at Nice airport just after lunch in heavy rain, just to be met by the friendly mr. Olivier Grandjean, who very kindly gave a couple of us a ride to the villa together with the bulk of the luggage. As we were 6 adults and 4 kids between 2 and 6 this was very appriciated. At the villa we were given a thorough run trough of all the facilities, by Olivier and Jean-Pierre, the latter who later gave us a ride to the local supermarcet so we could stock up for the evening. As for the premises the description was very accurat, and the standard and size of the villa was such as there was no problem although we were 10 persons. In fact the older girls very quick claimed the top floor as their clubroom, and used it as such for the rest of the stay. The outside, with the gated pool was also very nice and green. The pool who was heated to a consistent 28 degrees was the childrens absolute favourit . On the night between the Saturday and Sunday we sat up and watched the mindblowing thunderstorm that was raging, not knowing what was happening all around. On Sunday we were told how big a storm it had been, and that quite a few people had died. Our hosts came by to check us out, despite that Jean-Pierre was heavily affected himself, with more than one meter of murky water inside his home. Despite the small drawbacks with the weather, we had a wonderful week. Our host made us feel very welcome and we did get the impression that they genuinely cared and wanted to go the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. I will have no reservations recommending this to our friends should they travel this way.

My family, a group of 5 adults and 5 children had the pleasure of staying in this amazing villa for a week in September. Where do I begin to describe this wonderful home? The living area was very spacious and well furnished. The whole family could be sitting in the room and not feel crowded. The kitchen was very well equipped with a dishwasher, new fridge and oven and more than enough dishes and glassware for a very large group. There was a beautiful harvest table in the dining room with chairs for 10. With five bedrooms between the first and second floors, we had a choice of beautifully decorated rooms and and very comfortable beds. The third floor is divided into two attic bedrroms, each with three twin beds. The children in our group, (aged 2 to 7) loved this area and made it their own special "apartment". The grounds are immaculate and beautiful with lush shrubs and a lawn area. The enclosed heated pool was fabulous. There were chaise lounges for all, umbrellas for shade, and a bar fridge so that cold drinks and snacks could be kept cool poolside. When not using the pool, we were able to close and lock the gate to make it inaccessible to the children. The beach was just a 10 minute walk from the villa, so swimming in the sea was also an option for us. The whole property is fenced and there are gates across the driveway entrance. We felt very safe and secure here. The property manager and the caretakers were so helpful and attentive. They met us upon arrival and showed us through the villa to be sure that we were comfortable with how everything worked. They answered our questions about the area, transportation, etc. We were able to explore many sites along the Cote D'Azur, using the villa as our base. It was an easy drive to Antibes, Monaco and into Provence wine country. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. My family would happily return to this wonderful home and beautiful area of France. Thank you Olivier, Laurence and Jean Pierre.
