The property was the PERFECT for my needs. I was so close to the class I was taking that I could come home for lunch! Very quiet too. Lots of room. I would come back again!

Very clean, plenty of space, would stay again

House is great but the check in process was frustrating. It would be helpful to indicate WHICH DOOR is the one you should be trying to unlock when you arrive. We had gotten a message before we went they would leave the light on for us. Upon arrival we approached the door with the light on & found a lockbox. We attempted to put in our 4 digit code with no luck. After MULTIPLE attempts we called the one & only emergency number. Someone answered & he took our information & nobody ever called us back. Luckily we finally figured out what we needed to do was go approach the door that was in the total darkness under the carport & put the code in that door. Like I said, a simple message regarding which door to go in would have cleared up this confusion. I find it disturbing that nobody is available from this management company in the event you really do need to speak to someone. The house itself was clean & nice. I would stay here again.

The property was very spacious and very clean, it had all the amenities required for a family stay and extras we found in cupboards like theme park drinks cups etc etc. A cosy property for anybody wishing to visit Thanks

The house was nice and we felt very comfortable there. The house had a faint odor of animal urine when we first walk in but overall it was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

This will be our Tampa vacation house whenever we go! Great house only complaint would be to put up some blackout curtains. But other than that there was more than enough for a comfy stay. I’m not sure if we missed it but couldn’t find a cutting board but not a biggie.

Clean and nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was everything we wanted and more. The house was very clean, and they provided so many things in the cute little welcome box! It is in a wonderful location, super close to the parks- which is perfect when you have a little one for nap time & returning to the park. The hot tub was perfect after a long park day and the fenced yard was very nice and well maintained for our daughter to run around and play. The host was very kind and responsive with communication. We will definitely stay again.

House is nice, the spa worked the first night then was cold the second night. They sent someone out to look at it but it never got fixed. We chose this house because of the spa.

The property was beautiful and peaceful. Very clean and easy to find. The Latin was very close to moffitt where I had surgery scheduled. Was a perfect place to rnr before surgery.

Family trip to Busch Gardens and Adventureland. Property was very clean. Hot tub was nice as was the patio. Nice privacy fenced yard. Very close to the parks.

Host went above and beyond making sure that we had things that are normally forgotten at home, left very valuable information for the area, and very clean. Hot tub was a plus. If we had an issue, we were able to communicate easily. Plenty of room for everyone. Would book again!

Property was clean, organized and very thoughtfully presented.

Overall this was a great stay for my family and I. The home itself is very spacious. They also provide more than enough things that you would need, towels, detergent, dishes, personal hygeine items, baby items (walker, high chair, etc.), even books if you want to read. The jacuzzi is very relaxing with a spacious and quiet backyard. The only issue was the shower in the main bedroom was clogged so the water was filling while we were taking a shower, but that is an easy fix. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean property with 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens. Great communication with property management, plumbing problem was fixed within 2 hours of phone call. Highly recommended, will stay again.

Location close to USF, home nicely decorated, and welcome basket contained a nice variety of amenities.

We had a very comfortable stay at Sun Villa. Communication or requests were answered quickly.

The house is conveniently located to Busch Gardens and the Tampa area. It was an easy Uber down to Ybor. There are numerous restaurants located within a short driving distance from the house as well. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a really good time during our getaway. The house was nicely cleaned and ready for us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really enjoyed that I did not have to do so many things as we were leaving the home. The expectations were simple and easy to follow.

Great family property

We decided to stay at this property for a weekend concert trip. It was clean, well stocked and the hot tub was amazing!

The house we very clean and a great area to go anywhere in Tampa. Great location for food, & close to downtown, Busch Garden, & Hard Rock. I really need to come back in the summer to enjoy the back yard.

Everything was great....minus the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot never got warn enough to use. After it was cleaned the heat finally reached 95 degrees on Sunday at out departure and that still wasn't warm enough to use. I know you attempted to make it right.

It was great except the infestation of roaches and the lack of communication and return call and emails to speak wirh a supervisor.
