Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipée et entourée d’un bel espace clos de murs. Elle est très bien située dans la commune, proche des commerces et de la mer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

La maison comme le jardin sont impeccables et bien entretenus. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un confort optimal, même des livres que nos enfants ont pu lire et regarder inlassablement. L'immense jardin a également ravi les petits comme les grands. Et la propriété est idéalement située dans Langrune.

Très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable. La proximité des commerces (boucherie, épicerie, pain) est un vrai plus. La plage est à pied. Le salon est vraiment agréable. La maison est très bien chauffée. L'accueil et le suivi pendant le séjour sont parfaits. Une seule nuance: la cuisine est petite mais bien équipée. "Excellent value for money".

A quiet place in the middle of the town. Ideal location to discover the d-day beaches. The house is simple but has everything you need for a stay. Contact with the owner was fast and easy.

Very pleased with the house and its location. The 4 children aged 11 to 13 loved the large garden and the activities they could enjoy without even leaving the property. We all enjoyed the beach and the D-Day landing sites as well as other historical sites such as Bayeux and Falaise.

This home was wonderful and fully equipped with all the essentials of a house. It's location was ideal so you were close to all the historic sightseeing in the area plus the beach was a bonus! The property of this home was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed siting on the porch in front of the house and enjoying the beauty of the gardens and the wonderful summer weather. One day we will be back!

Nous avons passé le week-end de Pâques en famille ;nous étions 10,sans être à l’etroit.Tout le monde a trouvé la maison très sympa et la région très agréable et intéressante .Nous essayerons de revenir. Merci à madame Ferton qui nous a gentiment accueillis et s’est accommodée de nos horaires.

Petits enfants heureux de l'espace du jardin, de la plaine de jeu et aussi de la proximité de la plage. Et pour les parents, une maison agréable de plein pied, bien agencée, bien équipée et en parfait état et propre. Parking spacieux dans la propriété. Ravis de cette expérience normande.

Nous avons passé noël dans cette maison chaleureuse. La pièce de vie, salon et coin repas sont tres agréable avec sa cheminée. La cuisine est tres bien équipée, nous avons pu faire de bons petits plats. Elle est idéalement situé, près des commerces et de la plage. La personne de confiance qui nous accueille est très gentille et surtout disponible. A refaire, sans hésitation.

We had a superb holiday at Langrune. With 5 children aged 1 to 10 years the parents were able to relax whilst their offspring played in absolute safety in the beautiful walled garden. The beach is just a short walk so it's easy to give them a change if scene without driving. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, I was particularly pleased to have a dishwasher with 10 of us! From booking to leaving my dealings with the owner were prompt, friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and no question too silly. In addition we were greeted by a smiling caretaker Martine who explained everything. My one recommendation is it might be helpful to have some simple instructions (cooker etc)In English but we managed just fine without. Can't recommend this property enough we were all sad to leave after 10 wonderful days - thank you!!

Easy to find with GPS. If you want to watch movies online at night to entertain the kids, bring an HDMI converter cable. Otherwise, it had everything we needed for our family with convenient access to the eastern invasion beaches and less than 2 hours to Etretat and other sites. Owners are helpful, friendly, and responsive.

This is a homely well equipped (including children’s games and toys) place surrounded by a fabulous walled garden. Kitchen is on the small side as were the toilets. A friendly caretaker who greeted us and bade us farewell. We would definitely consider a return visit.

A lovely characterful villa set in a beautiful and very large garden, very safe for children. Close to the beach and local shops a short drive from supermarket. A pretty, quiet very French seaside town, great holiday.

Life as you would like to live it all the time. This was a perfect vacation rental for our two families (cousins). The house is large and perfectly arranged so that we never felt like we were crowded. After a busy day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back to the tranquility of the yard and house. All 9 of us could eat comfortably at the dining room table (after first having our aperitif on the deck outside, of course). Every morning, we would send kids to the boulangerie to pick out the bread and pastries for breakfast. The beach was an easy walk from the house, and we spent a few days just enjoying the beach and the beautiful yard (the roses were gorgeous when we arrived). The town has a few good restaurants, and everyone was quite friendly. All the kids (and adults) are trying to figure out when we can come back for another amazing week! Communicating with the owners was easy, and the woman who takes care of the house (lets you in and does the final cleaning) is fantastic (friendly, helpful). We had an amazing relaxing week, and I highly recommend this house. Everything is well maintained and everything that you could need for a nice vacation is there (long clothes line for all the beach towels, washing machine, dish washer, plates/dishes/pots pans/ a better selection than I have at my own house).

I have had the pleasure to stay in this lovely house twice now. The first time was in 2014 for my 30th Birthday. On this occasion there was 8 of us and there was plenty of room so that we were not in each others pockets the entire time. The owner arranged that we could have 2 sets of keys to the property so that everyone did not have to travel around together every day and could do their own thing. The grounds to this house are amazing. It would be absolutely perfect for a family with children as there is more than enough room in the walled garden to play in. The house is about 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a Bakers 1 minute round the corner (although it is shut every Monday). The house was spotlessly clean on arrival with the bedding placed on top of the beds for you to make up as and when you want to. The house had received some internal improvements in the year that we were away from it. The main bathroom had been decorated and new shower installed. The Kitchen is very usable and the living area is really homely in a traditional way. The rooms are a good size with plenty of light around the entire house. The owner is and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the two occasions that I have rented this house. Questions are answered promptly and any special requests are considered (in our case the 2 sets of keys) The area that this house is set in is ideal for a family that wants to visit the MANY beautiful beaches and coastal towns that litter this part of the coast. Equally this is a perfect base for a group of people that are interested in exploring the history of the area. Would I recommend this house to others? In a heart beat! We can not wait to come back to normandy and spend summers evening sitting on the patio drinking Cidre and talking the night away. A very simple, very clean villa with everything you could need for a family holiday. We were a group of eight including two children and found the enclosed garden was great for the kids, they could play ball away from the villa without fear of damaging anything. There was also a table-tennis table, which kept them entertained for ages. The beach was as stated only about 500m away, a 5 - 10 minute stroll, and was nice and quiet even for the time of year. there are a few restaurants near the beach without having to drive anywhere, we would recommend Chez Italo, a French Italian restaurant, a slightly limited menu for us as we're not sea food fans, but we all found something nice to eat. There are also three bakers a small shop, a bar and a charcuterie within walking distance of the villa. A larger Hyper market (Hyper U) and a smaller Mutant supermarket are only a five minute drive away.
