Had a very nice stay in this property which was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a group of 5 adults and had plenty of room. Located on the edge of the town centre and so mins away from the supermarket and a 10 min walk to the ski lifts. Only thing I would change is that there was no directions provided to easily find the property and so we spent 30 mins trying to find it!

Nice clean property within easy walking distance of the main ski lifts and bars and restaurants. Good communication from the host. Would recommend.

Séjour agréable, de beaux espaces pour loger en famille. Idéalement situé, proche centre ville et pistes. Seul bémol, les nuisances sonores des voisins du dessus.

Had a lovely short break. The accommodation is spacious and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. Only a short walk from both the main lifts in Morzine and other key local shops and restaurants. The owner communicated with us throughout.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances de Noël. Le logement est très agréable. Bien conçu pour deux couples. Marie-Noëlle est présente en cas de besoin. La proximité immédiate de la navette permet de rejoindre facilement les pistes de ski. Et pour couronner le tout nous avons eu neige et soleil. Parfait! à refaire!

The chalet was lovely, much bigger than photos and the location was perfect but we didn’t sleep well the three nights we were there because the ceiling between the neighbours above was very thin and every step they made was really loud, they also played loud music until the early hours. This really affected our enjoyment of the place. We did complain to the owner on the last night and the music was turned down but the ceiling is just not insulated at all so you hear everything going on in the flat above. Good for a group of friends, maybe not a first choice for a family. Host was lovely and very responsive.

The perfect location, 5 minutes from supermarché and bus stop to prodians gondola. Easy walk to super Morzine gondola and all the bars and shops. Traditional and spacious, only criticism was the WiFi didn’t work during our stay! Would stay again for sure! Thanks

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Idéalement situé à 10 min à pied des télécabines du Pleney et du centre de Morzine. Il y a également une navette juste à côté de l'appartement. Il s'agit de notre 2ème séjour dans ce logement et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir l'an prochain.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Morzine, Mme Gaudin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property was large, clean, well equipped and really well located - the ski bus goes right outside the front door, or it’s a 10 min walk to the lift. We’d love to stay again, thoroughly recommended!

Le logement est grand, confortable et très bien équipé. Proche du centre de Morzine. Cependant un peu sombre et un peu bruyant. On entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus à cause du plancher qui craque. Et nous n'avons pas eu de chance car dès 8H du matin il y avait des travaux bruyant en face (rénovation d'une maison en cours).

We had a lovely family gathering plenty of room for us all to meet, well kitted out. Central to Morzine but easy access to elsewhere- fabulous. Small outside area which we used everyday for breakfast.

Je vous conseille ce Chalet avec sa décoration authentique . Il est très bien équipée et le linge de lit est compris. Une navette au pas de la porte passe toutes les demi-heure pour nous déposer aux télécabines ou centre ville. Paysage somptueux avec une vue directe sur certaines pistes. Propriétaire sympathique.

Very nice apartment with lots of space and great feel. Be sure to bring towels and basics like dishwasher tablets, salt, tea, coffee. We walked to supermorzine lift easily over the bridge and left our ski equipment at Intersport. Would recommend staying here!

We had an amazing holiday staying at La Cortna. Fantastic traditional chalet, very close to the centre of Morzine. (Less than 5min walk) The chalet is very well equipped with everything you need, even fondue and raclette sets. Lovely views of the Pleney and terrace to sit out on. We will definitely be back! Thankyou!

Enjoyed our stay in the property, which was warm, spacious, and located a short walk from the centre. Would be happy to book again if returning to Morzine.

Lovely place.

I am sorry to say I was disappointed with this stay. I had a number of issues: 1. The electricity and heating stopped working 2 times for several hours whilst we were there. This was a huge inconvenience especially at night and in the morning when it was very cold. I was told by a neighbour that this was a common occurrence. I understand this is not the fault of the owner but we should have been warned in advance if this is something that occurs regularly. 2. The owner doesn't communicate in English despite the website indicating otherwise. I don't speak French so I was at a severe disadvantage as I needed to communicate with her many times due to electricity and boiler issues. The contract was issued to me in French and as I discovered later there are some things to be aware about in the contract such as high expectations on cleaning before leaving. 3 Towels are not provided, not even a tea towel. I am told this is stated clearly in the contract. I didn't complain but went out and bought my own. I only complained later when I was told none of my deposit would be returned. 4. None of my sizable deposit was returned which I felt was very unfair. Only when I enquired I was told I left the apartment in a mess and damaged a chair, due to standing on it to fix a curtain. I openly admitted to this and apologised but had hoped that my inconveniences of lack of electricity/ heating during my stay the cost of repair might be waived. 5. In terms of us leaving the apartment in a mess I completely refute this. We are a clean family of 5. We were offered a cleaning service and we rejected it because I assumed that was for a mid week clean which could do ourselves. It's correct that we didn't do a *deep* clean when we left, but we did leave the apartment in a good state with the exception of the following: We did not strip the beds as we assumed the owner was responsible for changing linen. We left the towels we purchased in the hope the next occupants could use them. We did forget to empty the downstairs waste bin but all other bins and recycling were dealt with. We left an empty shampoo bottle in the bathroom and we left some unused food and drink as a kind gesture not because we couldn't be bothered to tidy it away. I hadn't intended to complain about the electricity/heating issues until I found Madame would be keeping the full deposit, which was a shock given the issues we had faced and how patient we had been about them. We are sadly disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Chalet, great location short walk to shops and restaurants. Bus stop direclty outside for free resort bus “D” runs every half hour. Amenities are excellent in the accommodation and we were very comfortable during our stay.

This is a charming place to stay in Morzine. It is very well located being near both the Pleney & Super Morzine lifts. We found Mme Gaudin to be very friendly & helpful & the apartment was clean & comfortable.
