We were very pleased with the layout. Having the living area and master bedroom on the lower level is very important to us. The bedrooms were large and the bunk room accommodated our four grandchildren quite well. They loved having their own television. We will definitely book this property on our next annual visit to Port A.

For years we have trekked to Seaside & Rosemary, FL, and we heard about Cinnamon Shore and their similarities and thought we’d give it try, AND we LOVED it and the 6 hour drive from Dallas! It was beautiful, clean, big, well located and had every amenity necessary. We will be back!

We have a general small issue at the beginning with some stuff that was left behind from previous renters we had to have a cleaning crew come back and clean up they were missing a few appliances but other than that it was a great place

House was clean, kitchen fully stocked, and beds were cozy. One thing I appreciate about this house over the others is the kitchen and master suite being located on the first floor which kept my parents from having to go up/down the stairs and spared their knees. Golf cart was extremely helpful in getting to and from the beach. We would definitely come again!

You can easily access the beach and pools. You can even sit on the porch and listen to the music in town center. The 3 king beds sleep 3 adult couples easily with plenty of bunk space for the kids. Never need to leave the community. Everything is right there. Golf cart rental a must, we had 12 people and debated 1 or 2 carts and 1 cart was fine for the week. There is a market place and pizza place there now (new), snowcones for kids. Way more live music this year and were all good! Buy ice some place else. Ice bags small on property. The house was great, they all really seem updated so can’t go wrong on picking one. We base our picking in bed Options. It really is a great way for Texans to get “Seaside FL” experience, water just not as clear but oh well.

However...
1) Ice maker on refrigerator was reported not working within the first hour of the very first day and was never fixed

2) Handle on kitchen sink was broken but simi-repaired to work during our stay

3) Internet password was not provided until the 2nd day of our stay

4) We were with a large group of people and our requested chairs/umbrellas were no where close to each other even though this was reported the first day

5) Can't believe that CS does not have a lost and found! One of the people in our party lost a very nice hat on the CS grounds and when we went to the office we were told that there is no lost and found. Can't believe that and I would think there would be a ton of items lost or left behind.

These are all little details but add up!

There were three couples and five boys (ten and under) in our party, and the house gave each couple a bedroom and bath, with a great bunk room for the kids. We were about a five-minute walk from the beach, but the free shuttle was quick and convenient the few times we didn't feel like walking. All of us thought it was a great vacation and plan to return to Port Aransas and Cinnamon Shore.
