Family of 4 visiting from the US with 14 & 18 year old boys. The apartment was absolutley perfect and 100% as described! Location is fantastic with a short walk to everything, and just far enough from late night action to be quiet when we needed it! Beautiful sandy beaches and nice restaurants right out the front door, and incredible sunsets/moon rises from the balcony! Awesome spot to start and end each day with an espresso/glass of wine!
Léa was fantastic, giving us great recommendations, helping with airport transport, and even helped design two incredible yacht days for us. We will remember this vacation for the test of our lives and surely be back soon!

It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is exactly like on the pictures, very nice and perfect located.
We got a warm welcome and were shown around in the apartment and got some useful recommendations for restaurants and things to do, upon our arrival.
We were very happy staying at the apartment and will definitely recommend it.

We came to Cannes to help my daughter celebrate her 21st birthday. We picked this rental due to its close proximity to her school, but it really convinced me that this is the perfect location to stay in Cannes. It is away from the center city noise, but a quick walk into the main part of town. It has all the beaches, cafes and shops just steps away … and a view right out of your dreams. The AC was strong. Love the modern vibe of the apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Two toilets, and three shower rooms.I hope to come back and stay here again. It was just PERFECT!
A few call outs just to fully inform …
1. The primary bathroom does not have a proper shower, just a traditional tub. Not suitable for elderly or people with movement issues. Not an issue for most.
2. The showers in the second two rooms are fully exposed to the bedrooms. Again, not an issue for most, but you are fully exposed to others in the room.
3. There is just one main AC unit in the main room. It is very powerful and there are lots of fans to spread the air into the bedrooms. Follow the instructions to close metal blinds when you are gone and the place stays perfectly cool all day with the AC off.
4. The sofa and beds are modern and low. We loved them … but it would be very challenging for someone who is elderly with mobility issues.
We REALLY loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We spent hours on the balcony … morning and evening. It is dreamy …

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment. It is in a brilliant location with fantastic views of the coast line. The apartment is well equipped and very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I communicated withMaud at Fair Place and found her most helpful and quick with responses to any queries I had. We would highly recommend!

We had a 5 night stay at this stunning spacious apartment. Located in front of the beach and within 5 min walking distance to the Yacht Festival.
3 double bedrooms with in-suite shower, nice well equipped kitchen, very large living room with comfy sofas and an amazing huge balcony with views over Cannes bay.
Highly recommended. We'll return next year.

The title says it all..... the condo was amazing. Spectacular views. Perfect location--- literally steps to La Croissette and the beaches. Easy walk to many restaurants/shops/town/bars/grocery stores. The condo felt spacious. We were welcomed with Champagne and other goodies, which was a really nice touch. Also, the apartment had 2 beach chairs, rafts, and an umbrella to use, which was wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay, and hope to come back. It truly is the perfect place to stay in Cannes!

excellent location and great view from the terrace
We enjoyed the place a lot. It is close to all things we needed: beach, cafes, Mistral square with children playground. There are a number of small stores around or you can go to the old center for weekly shopping. The area is good for children. The car is not needed.
We enjoyed the terrace with the view of the sea. The apartment has all amentities as advertised. The pictures on the site represent the place correctly.
I would consider to go back next year,

Great apartment with an amazing view, lovely beach, and convenient location to everything
We absolutely loved our stay in this place and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect and apartment is very nice. It was great to wake up to a beautiful view every morning and watch fireworks right from our balcony in the evening. The beach across the street was very clean with clear blue water; if someone likes to swim in the morning - the whole place is yours.
Restaurants and shops were all walking distance. Restaurants across the street have nice siting area with lounges right on the beach. We also cooked some meal at the apartment; it has all the necessary cookware/dishware.
A noise could be a problem for some people with light sleep during night if you decide to open the window in the master bedroom as it faces the busy main street; other two bedrooms are on a quiet side.
Our host, Jules, was great. He gave us a lot of good recommendations on our arrival. We also took a private boat trip with him around islands that we greatly enjoyed.

It is the second time we stayed at this apartment, and we love it! The location is great, and the place is nicely decorated and renovated. The host are great and helpful. We will hope to be back next summer!

Perfect
Our stay here was great. The apartment was spacious for our family of four and it was exceptionally clean. Even better was the location. Just far enough to avoid the throngs at the Croisette, but walkable enough to be there in 10-15 minutes. There are several lovely beach areas literally across the street from the apartment building and the views off the the front of the property cannot be beat. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

We were very comfortable in this apartment with 6 people. The view is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time at the beach right in front of the property. The kitchen was so well stocked that we cooked in for most meals. Thank you for being great hosts!

WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN CANNES!
Wonderful apartment in Cannes! The views from the spacious front balcony are beautiful, with the full sweep of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains beyond. The apartment is modern, cheerful, spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. Three bedrooms : the Master also has large windows facing the Sea and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves below. Master bath is large, two sinks and a tub with hand held shower. The other bedrooms face a small quiet courtyard in the back; they each have a sink and stand up shower, but they share one toilet. The Kitchen is well stocked. Apartment is only a 10 minutes walk from the town center, shopping, grocery stores and excellent restaurants. Great hiking up the hills of town to the tower and church above. Apartment has free parking in a small lot in back which is a big plus. Apartment is on a busy street but we enjoyed the action and excitement. It is on the 3rd floor but has a small lift (we liked climbing the stairs for exercise.) Best of all, the agents Jerome, Nicolas and Jules were amazingly friendly and accommodating, even offering to help out when one of our party was temporarily ill. They met us on arrival, came to check in the next day and were there for our departure, with lots of great advice and warm welcomes. They are the best! We would LOVE to go back to this apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent location -- 10 steps to beach and only a short walk to downtown Cannes.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. You can't get closer to the beach (which was a great one for swimming) and it was only a 10 min walk to the best shopping and restaurants in Cannes. There was also an amazing bakery downstairs that we stopped into almost every morning for croissants and pastries. The apartment was spacious, had all the basics you need plus a few nice extras like beach mats/towels, complimentary bath products and a real blow dryer (not a $5 travel one).
They hosts really did provide 24/7 service. They met us right when we pulled up, were kind enough to let us in early (which we appreciated!) and stopped by within 10 minutes of calling both times we needed something during the stay. It was the best service of any rental we've ever stayed at.
The only downside to the property is the same downside to any place in a prime location, which is that it can be a bit noisy at night. This would be the same as any apartment downtown too. 2 of the 3 rooms were on the backside of the apartment though and both of those were quiet.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone! Great value overall.

Great location, very nice apartment, great view and great hosts
The apartment was very well located. It was right in front of the beach and also very close to all kinds of shopping. There is a bakery and supermarket very close to the apartment making things easy.
Our group included 2 young kids, and the place is pretty kid friendly. there is also a playground right next door...
The master bedroom in the front gets a bit loud sometimes in the evening due to people partying at the beach, but it did not bother us too much.. In general, we enjoyed being close to the serviced beaches & restaurants.
The kitchen needs updating in terms of pots and pans, so we didn't cook much beyond boiling some pasta but we had everything we needed for breakfast...
The hosts Jules and Nicolas were very responsive and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate all of our needs such as help with cleaning during our stay, early check in and late check out.
Over all it was a great apartment. We will hope to go back!!!
