Just a nice quiet getaway weekend. Very relaxing. Short drive to beaches. Property managers were very quick at getting back to our queries

Great place to get away from it all and the property is close enough to surrounding towns (Yallingup and Dunsborough) and also, the beach. Perfect for a great and getaway close enough (10min) to surrounding towns / amenities. Go out and do your thing then retreat to the wonderful serenity of this property.

The house was a delight to rent out for 3 nights. The surroundings are amazing and is nice to go for stroll. Only downfall is almost all bedrooms don't have blinds so expect an rise in summer

House had plenty of room for the 9 of us. Loved being “in the middle of the bush”. Plenty of places for walks. Overlooks a picturesque lake/dam with resident geese.

Really lovely location! Good size for our large group. A couple of house keeping issues but nothing that could ruin our stay in such a lovely setting 😊

great location very private and secluded everything you need for a down south getaway

With dog in tow, we came down to the Yallingup area for a week getaway where we could enjoy both some much needed seclusion next to a fireplace, and access to pretty much everything from activities to restaurants to galleries. Vaila delivered on all fronts !

Great experience overall. Would love to have known there was a coffee pod machine though. Accommodation was clean, well furnished, well positioned and kitchen had the essentials. would happily go back! For those that don't take dogs or have allergies, you wouldnt know dogs were allowed. No carpets (warm wood floors) and beds and linen clean.

Property is set in a beautiful location.We were very disappointed with a few things unfortunately, bbq not cleaned, outside table not cleaned, kitchen ware very basic and not enough for a big group, fly screens don’t lock, we couldn’t get the 1 aircon unit working, no family games available (only Brocken chess game), door in 2nd living area not working, no cleaning cloths, no toilet paper in 1 of the toilets (or spare rolls),main red sofa is very dirty, mattress and and lower bunk bed had slats spaced wrong with big gaps and unsafe for a young child (mattress extremely thin and uncomfortable).Overall an average stay and wouldn’t recommend to friends.

A great relaxing getaway. Great for the dogs to run around and only 5 mins from yallingup beach. House was perfect for us. Bunk bed could do with upgrading but all in all a wonderful place. Perfect location

The house is spacious and very well designed for a large group. Would perhaps like some blinds on the bathroom and toilet but we remedy it by hanging bath towels. A wonderful property. We all would recommend it.

A lovely house in a great rural location. It would be nice if it included some of the basics, such as tea and sugar, but it’s comfortable and very clean.

Relaxing property - could update their appliances, crockery, couches and mattresses. Fire pit is great to kick back and roast some marshmallows - ensure you bring mosquito spray......

Fantastically located house only a hop to beaches and Dunsborough. We loved the outlook over the bush, vines and dam... and the kangas jumping by and birds flying around... great for 2 families sharing, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable (main bed a bit soft), 2 bathrooms plus a toilet great amenity, kitchen fairly light touch and would benefit from extras... and lastly we really appreciated our dog being able to stay, thanks!

The house was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. It’s in a fantastic location, very peaceful with beautiful views of the pond, vineyards and Wildlife. Highly Recommended Only remark is that the main bedrooms should have curtains to block the morning sun.

The property itself was lovely, however the communication between the agents was lacking. Felt I had to email to ask questions and for the information the whole time. Was told my deposit would come through on the Friday and still waiting . Did not receive confirmation , no receipts were emailed. Just seemed very disorganised .

Such a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view of the surrounding bush.
