Private Villa Phu Quoc was wonderful! Spacious and tidy. Beautiful, peaceful, relatively secluded location outside the city of Duong Dong. Close (by scooter) to many restaurants and beaches. (Note that you do need a scooter to get around.) A real bonus to Private Villa Phu Quoc is that the owners - Mr. Yves and Ms. Kim - live next door. They take great care of the villa, with Mr. Yves cleaning the pool daily and Ms. Kim tending the beautiful grounds. They provide light housekeeping daily such as taking out the garbage and wiping the bathrooms. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the airport as well as for scooter rentals and anything else we needed. Mr. Yves brought us a loaf of fresh bread the the first morning after we arrived, and sat down with a map of the island to explain all the best beaches, restaurants, and sights to see. It was wonderful to have him for a resource each day and to know a ‘local’ who could help us with any questions. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this property. Thank you Mr. Yves and Ms. Kim for all you did to make our stay so special!

Yves was a wonderful host. He set up a taxi from the airport and had motor bikes ready for us. The location of this villa was perfect for us. It is a short ride to an amazing beach and little restaurants. We were able to explore the island on the motor bikes we rented easily from the villa. Yves gave us many recommendations on food to eat, beaches to visit and tours to make on the motor bikes We will be back!!

Its been a pleasure staying at the villa - the premises was kept clean n well maintained. We did not get a chance to meet with mr.yves but ms Len was a wonderful host showing us where to go n places to eat. She also helped us in getting a few kilos of the famous phu quoc pepper as it gets abit confusing with the different grades they sell in the markets. Overall a wonderful place to stay with the family. Hopefully we will get to meet mr.yves when we visit phu quoc or phuket 😉򒐠we will definitely being staying at the villa. This was our second stay at these beautiful villa's. Yves and his wife Len are two of the nicest and most helpful people you could ever hope to meet. The villa's are stunning and very comfortable with your own private pool. Yves 2 dog's also very nice and friendly. Spent many a day at the pool lazing around. Yves wife also made us a beautiful meal. So nice of them. If you are looking for beautiful accommodation and lovely hosts then do not hesitate to book these villa's. I will certainly be going back for a third visit. I would like to thank Yves and Len for another great holiday in Phu Quoc and will see you both again xxx

I stayed here with my parents in December and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The villa and gardens are lovely, spacious and well maintained. The owner Yves was very helpful and friendly and ordered us taxis when we needed them. He lives next door so it's easy to speak with him. The local beach (3 or 4 mins in a car) is quiet with a good value restaurant at coco palm resort. I have visited phu quoc 3 times before and this was the best place ti have stayed. If you want a calm, pretty and safe place to stay, away from the crowds but still only 10 mins into town then I would recommend here. I will definitely be back!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this villa and very much enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, as was all of the furniture. We really appreciated the lovely pool after a day exploring! The owner was always on hand with helpful suggestions and advice. He helped us organise a car fort the duration of our stay. Phu Quoc is a lovely island and very much worth a visit. This villa is a really good base to explore it. We also thought it was excellent value for money. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at this villa for 5 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It is spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool in a quiet residential area. Centrally located on the island it is 10 minutes to town on a scooter and 30 minutes from the airport. M. Yves is an excellent host and even brought us fresh bread every morning. Shopping in the market was great fun and the fish is the freshest you will ever get. We loved the two house dogs we called them Flip and Flop and I think they enjoyed our company. We would certainly recommend this villa - to a family or just a couple, it is just brilliant. Thank you so much M. Yves for looking after us.

Three couples traveling from Alaska, USA found this beautiful villa perfect for our 7 day stay on PhuQuoc Island. This stay was the beginning of a 65 day tour of Southeast Asia; Just what we needed to acclimate and relax. Yves arranged motor bike rentals for all of us so we could explore the island. It is very easy to get around on motor bike. The villa is located in the central area of the island its a very short walk or ride to the beach and amazingly good food. Yves arranged for our pick up from the airport as well as a tour we were interested in. The private pool was one of our highlights. We could jump in to its refreshing water anytime day or night. The gardens around the villa and the view of the mountain is really quite lovely and was a very pleasant surprise. We hope to return again in the next couple years and would highly recommend it to other travelers wanting comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable cost. We really enjoyed our stay at this property, it is well maintained and cleaned (by the owner). The owner arranged motorbikes for us and gave us a lot of information and was very helpful. We loved the surroundings which is very remote, you can smell the fresh pepper from the surrounding farms and it is a very quiet area compared to the more commercial hotels located in the mid/south. We arranged a taxi pickup from the airport and the owner made sure that the taxi stopped at a local supermarket first to get the primary stuff. A+ Service! We will be back next year ! :-)

What a beautiful place set in lovely gardens spotlessly clean with everything provided. Motor scooters are needed to get around the island Yves rented them for us no problem. Mango Bay is just a 5 minute ride away beautiful practically empty beach to relax in the sun. Sakura restaurant is the nearest place to eat excellent food Kiem is also very helpful and organised us a boat trip. The villa is perfect the pool is cleaned and the barbeque in the garden was well used by us shopping in the market for fresh fish and veg and having a barbeque supper perfect. The Island is beautiful and Yves gives excellent advice of where to visit and how to get there. Taxi can be ordered and are a good way to get around but bikes are better. I would love to return we had the perfect relaxing holiday thank you Yves and Len.

This is a review that I don't really know where to begin. Firstly the Villa is exceptional. All you could ever need and spotlessy clean. The pool was great and cleaned every other day by Yves the owner. Inside the villa you have everything you want and is decorated to a high standard. The villa is in a very peaceful location near Ong Lang beach. Bikes are a must to get around which Yves kindly arranged for us and were waiting for us when we arrived. There is a nice beach at Ong Lang 10 minutes away. Also a great little Restuarant at Ong Land called Sakura - Kiem the owner is very nice and speaks excellent English. Yves and his lovely wife Len will arrange taxi's for you if required. I also need to add some comments about the owners Yves and Len. Two nicer and most helpful people people you could ever wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. Yves even brought us fresh rolls and cheese to the villa. Even when my brother in law lost his bike key in the sea Len was straight on the phone and within half an hour two men arrived at the villa to make a new key. We spent a lot of time having very many interesting conversations with Yves and Len which were sometimes very entertaining. I do believe we will keep in touch and meet up again someday. I will definitely return to the villa some day. Yves and Len also have a restaurant in Long Beach called Le Cap Breton which is also very good - worth a visit. Overall I really enjoyed my stay in Phu Quoc and this was due to the lovely villa and the lovely owners Yves & Len. I would like to thank you both for making it such an enjoyable stay for us all xxx

We stayed in the villa for 1 week, there were 6 of us. There are 2 similar houses on one lot, but the piece is pretty big, so no worries about the neighbours. Every house has it's own pool and patio, there is also a bbq in the garden. 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, big living room with TV set and big kitchen with all the equipment you may need. There is even a wine cooler with good local and French wine. The houses are European and very clean. Yves the host is super helpful and answered all our questions. You can rent motorbikes from him, the price is average. The location of the houses is very good, if you want to live in a quite place. Duong Dong is a 15 min drive, the nearest beach is 7 min drive, it's not overcrowded and very nice. The property is a very good choice, expecially for staying with kids or big companies. Will definetely come back!

I recommend this property where we have just spent 10 days . The location is great, very calm : by motobike, it's was easy to go to the beaches and to the little Town nearby. It's equal distance from north and south: the perfect location to visit the Island. The villa is comfortable, spacious, clean and well-maintained. Outside, we appreciated the garden, the swimming pool and the beautiful bathroom in the open air The owner gave us all information we needed to visit the Island, find good restaurants, drink and food . He arranged for us  taxi transfer from the airport and motobike rental.
