This was the best place I have stayed at in snowshoe in the 20 plus years I have been going there. Large spacious bedroom for master, kitchen and living room. Easy access to the slopes. Very clean and everything you need for great stay

All went very well . Great property ,ideally located Only slight negative: the basic supplies are provided in minimal quantities; bring your own soap, dish washer, laundry detergent and toilet paper!

We really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous corner unit. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. It’s in a perfect location, right by the Soaring Eagle lift. We loved having access to the storage lockers for skis/snowboards and being able to use the parking garage under the building. It was easy to return our rentals right next-door at Top of the World. We caught the shuttle to go to dinner in the village one night but enjoyed cooking other meals in the condo. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cookware. We’d definitely rent this unit again.

The views from this Condo are amazing. Was nice to wakeup to a beautiful sunrise. The condo was spotless and well equipped. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Everything about this condo was first rate.

Excellent location with easy access to the lifts. Underground parking was a huge benefit when checking in on a day with high winds and subzero temperatures! Condo was very clean beds were comfortable. Great view of the mountains from the family room. No issues during our stay and would certainly return in the future.

Would have liked to know that restaurant was closed during week and that the Soaring Eagle lift was going to be down our entire stay. Lift went down Thursday and we booked Friday afternoon with no notification.

Despite fairly warm weather and a little drizzle The first day,the conditions were actually surprisingly good. We skied three days in mid to late December and stayed at the soaring Eagle resort, 404. The place was great, the view was excellent. Hot tubs were warm and generally underutilized by the rest Of the guests. The unit itself was excellent. Kitchen had all the latest amenities though be sure to bring any spices or condiments that you want to use. Beds were super comfortable. Parking was very convenient, lockers downstairs made the ski in and ski out super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family came for a week in early December. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking from the balcony overlooking the mountains. Building maintenance was quite a bit behind. All three hot tubs were closed and there was a lot of debris in the water as if they had not been kept up in awhile. Exterior siding boards were loose and missing in some places on the outside of the building, and one siding board literally flew off our unit and broke a window at a lower unit during our stay. Also there is some drywall damage inside the condo and the air filters were packed full of dust. We were there to ski/snowboard so we weren't super bothered by these issues other than the neglected air filters and the lack of hot tubs which was advertised as included and was a big part of why we chose this place over other options on the mountain. The view from the hot tub area is amazing and they look like they would be very nice if maintained. Check-in is at the base of the mountain later in the afternoon. Be sure to bring your own dishwasher detergent as only a few pods are provided. The on-site restaurant was not open at all -- be sure to check ahead if you're planning to use it during your stay.

We wanted a little get away with 3 grandsons--one that was safe for them since they can't be vaccinated yet. This Condo was the nicest one we have ever rented! The furnishings were lovely; the art work was lovely; the kitchen was nicely appointed; the beds and linens were very nice; the views of the mountains were spectacular; the extras like TP, dish detergent, laundry detergent, a package of coffee and filters, and bath towels were very much appreciated! Truly a lovely and well maintained condo,and it was super clean--making us feel extra safe during this time of covid. There seemed to be very few guests staying in the Lodge as it was summer and "off" season, so it was completely quiet. We would definitely love to return! And we thank the owners for allowing us to share their home away from home!

The place was very clean and stocked well. We inquired about a waffle maker and was told there would be one... no such luck. Besides that every thing else about the rental was excellent. The building did however have an unexpected issue with the fire alarm system very early in the morning and had us all out in the bitter cold for quite a while.

The air conditioning was broken the entire stay. The hot tubs were closed, but not at other properties on the mountain.

Our gang of seven enjoyed Eagle Lodge 404. It has expansive views as it sits atop of the mountain. The underground parking was easy to access and appreciated. After driving 14+ hours straight, it was nice to pull into a contained area to unload. The 2 bellmen brought all of our belongings up promptly. 404 was very clean, modern and decorated tastefully. I slept soundly in the king bed as did everyone in my group and had ample room in the bathrooms. The kitchen contains all the appliances for a family to stay in and enjoy each other's company. It is stocked with sugar, sugar substitute and coffee. The table could easily accommodate our group eating as well as playing board games we brought. I discovered on the last day one of the rooms is stocked with DVDs but the cable was sufficient for me and quite frankly all the kids had their devices. The living area is comfortable and the fireplace is cozy. We didn't use the hot tubs but they were functioning. We didn't use the small workout room either. We of course used the ski lockers and that was convenient but there was a little ski jinga that needed to happen with 5 skiers and two snowboarders, it was sufficient though. We didn't have enough snowfall to use the lift or runs located steps from our room but the shuttle was very conveniently located. We rented our gear from the independent store located on the external portion of Eagle Lodge and they were extremely helpful and friendly. On a side note they did not have a helmet small enough for my youngest, age 8. Overall, Eagle Lodge is a great option. We usually splurge and ski out west but found Snowshoe to be a great escape from Florida.
