This property is perfect! It is exactly as pictured so there are no surprises. What you see is literally what you get. The best part about the property...is the incredibly gracious staff. They are all so helpful and accommodating it's unreal. Ketut was our house manager and she was the absolute best. If there is a reservation that you would like they will easily book it for you and be sure you have a ride to your location. If you are looking for a resort type environment without having to deal with people outside of your group then this is for you. We were even able to get massages at the Villa. And within 5 minutes of the Villa You will find a tattoo shop (with great artists of that's what you're into), several restaurants, currency exchange places, and small shops. The Villa was a perfect location for us. It wasn't located in an extremely touristy location so we were able to enjoy the places near the Villa without feeling over crowded by swarms of people. When we go back this is definitely the place we'll stay. ❤️

This was an excellent villa - very generous room size, each room with its own ensuite, large common areas, well-equipped kitchen, large clean pools, attentive staff. We stayed in this villa for a couple of weeks with extended family and it was nice that everyone had their own space. The area had a bakery and small convenience store, multiple restaurants and bars all within a short walk. Staff members were all friendly and were helpful with all of our enquiries.

Very helpful to have two pools to create a quiet and not so quiet side. The staff were wonderful, particularly the young ladies that came every morning to inquire if we needed anything. Pretty good restaurants in walking distance too.

The house itself blew our group away. The pools, space, and rooms were up-kept extremely well and the utmost care was taken of all aspects of our stay. There is an on-property manager that is there for everything you need. From booking cabs to any issues on-site they are there for everything and extremely helpful. There was a catered option that we booked, and everything was homemade. They went out and bought the ingredients, cooked an absolutely delicious feast, and then took care of cleaning it. This was a truly exceptional stay, and my advice if you’re looking for properties in this area would be to look no further!

I hosted a retreat at Zennissima and was absolutely blown away by the kindness and generosity of the staff. We were looked after morning, noon and night and everybody was so lovely. Highly recommend for a truly indulgent stay and would absolutely book again!

I had the pleasure of staying in this villa with a group of 14 people (including me) for my birthday and New Year’s Eve trip. I was little nervous prior to arriving because I was not sure if the home would look like the photos (I’ve heard a lot of other home rental horror stories). To my surprise, the villa looked just like the photos. The housekeeping staff were great and arranged massages for us several times. At a minimal cost, the housekeepers cooked a special birthday dinner in honor of me for my group. Someone in my group lost their key to their room. The house manager, Catherine, and the Head housekeeper approached me in a friendly manner. They let me know as soon as they found out and let me know the cost to replace. This could have been a difficult conversation but both of them were very nice about it. I collected the money from my guest and gave it to the Head housekeeper (250 000 000 idr). I do want to give a warning to those who are not really into nature, bugs, and etc. This is an indoor outdoor house. Thr kitchen and living room are open to the outside. There are no coverings. You will have to deal with lots of ants, mosquitos, spiders, other bugs, frogs, salamanders, and a random cat from time to time. The rooms not attached to the kitchen and living room (across the pool)?have half open ceiling bathrooms. The bathrooms are very private though (no one can see in the bathrooms) but the half open ceiling means possible bugs or other creatures. I’m not a bug person but I was able to deal with it fairly well. There is a small convenience store literally next door (I didn’t know this until the last day but people in my group knew about it from the beginning). There is a cute little outdoor restaurant 5 minutes away by walking called Sun Shoot (very good trip advisor rating). I was concerned about the water but majority of the rooms were provided, upon request, with bottled water for brushing our teeth. The kitchen has filtered water. The airport is a lot further than I was told (which is not a big deal). It’s around 45 minutes away without traffic and an hour away with traffic. This is all according to the driver. All in all, myself and my large group of friends (young black single professionals) had a great time abc I would definitely stay here again. The villa was even BETTER than the photos. Location so close to everything. We fit 20 people very comfortably and everyone enjoyed their stay. We will be coming back :)

This property is a slice of paradise! It is nestled in the middle of the city and the surrounding area certainly betrays the pristine beauty and luxury of the house. The rooms are beautifully appointed with elegant and modern furnishings that offer a generous touch of Balinese art and culture. The outdoor kitchen, living area, and dining room are immaculate. The pools and patios are divine and I promise you won’t want to leave. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. This home offers affordable luxury, modern conveniences, and unparalleled service from a friendly and accommodating staff. If you aren’t staying here, you’re missing a beautiful Balinese experience!

Location was within walking distance to Seminyak shops and restaurants. Staff are lovely and can book and order you anything from bikes, tours, food and massages in the Villa. As travel agent I highly recommend Villa Zenissima and would definitely go back.

I arranged our extended family holiday this year for 15 people.. 9 adults and 6 children. We booked this gorgeous property and it was fantastic.. Great walking distance to everything and the best restaurants in Bali. The very large bedrooms are all clean and very well appointed.. very comfortable beds.. our teenage sons slept upstairs, enjoyed the pool so much and the huge TV in the living room and thought it was the best part of the holiday. The pool was even better than expected, with a lot of sunbeds, and the massage gazebo was the perfect place to relax. The villa Chef cooked our meals every day, it was excellent, the staff assisted with the arrangement of transport, day tours and laundry. It was the perfect family holiday venue.. The property is perfect for a large family. I will be back...

My family and I spent a wonderful stay in this huge property. It was sensational. What a Paradise we discovered when walking through the gates. The living rooms, kitchens, the 2 TV lounges and the 8 bedrooms were perfect for all for us, so spacious and beautifully designed, with perfect amenities. The villa staff were very friendly, were there to help us for anything we need, The Chef, smiling all day long, cooked for us lunch and dinner with special meals, it was excellent. The manager organised day tours for us with a great driver, who was very helpful and friendly. The villa location was perfect, with a walking distance to everyrhing we need. It was a so peaceful place, we couln't find better. Highly recommended, we want to come back asap.
