Wonderful house, family of 6 had a great vacation. Enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining and short walk to beach. Very accommodating We will definitely rent again

AC in upper garage was not working but owner brought over temp AC unit on first day to fix issue. Very responsive with communication.

The perfect property- close to beaches, and all the amenities of Jupiter. The house is stunning and very accommodating for multiple guests. Great place to unwind and relax!

This house was wonderful. It was spacious, very clean, well stocked and quiet inside. The beds were very comfortable! The beach was nice to walk to. The kids found several shark teeth when sifting through the shells. The location was great and close to other beaches where we did some snorkeling. The property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 adults and 4 kids stayed here over spring break. When we arrived, the door was wide open and the house was full of mosquitos. The house is RIGHT on the 1A so traffic noise is constant, even through the night. The house itself was very nice. We hopped in the pool on day 1 but first removed the pool vacuum as it's large and the hose is all over the pool. After swimming, we plugged it back into the pool wall and dropped it back into the pool. The pool gets a lot of leaves and berry things dropped in due to all the trees over it. The next morning, we noticed that the pool vacuum wasn't moving, so we took it out and called the property manager. Nearly 24 hours later, they got back to us and sent someone to check things out. 4 days later, they finally replaced the pool pump and we were able to enjoy the pool again on our final day there. The walk to the beach is almost 500 steps (not 200) but that was ok with us. The front door also does not lock. We enjoyed our trip none the less. After we returned home, we were notified that WE would be billed $1500 to replace the pool pump. They stated that the pool vacuum should not be removed from the pool. I've never heard of this in my life! I attempted to contact the manager but she refuses to reply. We are now in the process of fighting this charge with VRBO and my credit card company. BEWARE if you stay here, they will try to make you pay for any and all repairs!

We thought the house was beautifully appointed and everything we needed was there. It was a great set up for our family with the separate guest quarters over the garage. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the quick walk to beach. The property managers were very nice to work with too.

We wanted a vacation that allowed us to stay safe during Thanksgiving. The house was great. Easy access to beach and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had a child and they had lots of beach toys, buggy boards and beach chairs so it made the trip extra pleasant. Would come back again. Very comfortable home.

Perfect location. Easy walk to beach for grown ups and kids alike. Short bike to coffee shops and fro-yo, among other things. Amazing dining a super quick drive away. How is beautiful. Has everything you need. Owners and manager both responsive and lovely. Highly recommend. We will return for sure. Thank you!

House was just perfect for us. Better than the pictures, close walk to the beach, clean, and proximity to restaurants and shopping was outstanding. Rick was very responsive when we needed anything. We would definitely go back. Excellent.

Everything we imagined and more ! Would recommend to anyone. We had a death in the family and had to return to Ohio and missed 4 days, only regret.

And if you need a break from the sand/surf, the outdoor pool area is the perfect spot. Beach access is a breeze and the area has no shortage of shopping, dining, etc. Thanks so much - we'll definitely be back!

To whom it may concern, this was my second stay at this property in 1 years time 2017, and 2018. I did not write a review in 2017 but I am now. When we arrived the cleaning lady was finishing up and that was fine, however in one of the bathrooms we had to clean the floor and toilet as it must of been missed, it had urine on the floor, all around the toilet and the toilet itself had not been cleaned. The hot tub would empty itself once a day at least in which we were told a part was on the way and it would be taken care of, I hope it is for the next families stay because if you wanted to use the hot tub in the morning you could not. The biggest problem is the plumbing and the property manager. The shower heads in all the bathrooms are in poor working order, from the hand held head in the Master, to the faucet pulled away from the wall in the bedroom with Queen size beds, the shower in the bedroom over the garage has little to no cold water, it was scalding hot no matter what you had it set to, hot or cold. My husband actually showered outside at the pool shower all week and I just had to deal with using it by turning it on and off every two minutes as it was unbearably hot. My husband and myself each spoke with the property manager who was very rude to us and one other member of our 4 couples stay, when we addressed these issues, he did come to the house and told myself and another person in so many words that we were not smart enough to operate their faucets, we said we were from Missouri and had never seen or operated a faucet that way before, and he said well your not in Missouri now are you, he also had a confrontation with my husband on the phone in regards to the scalding water situation that seemed to only affect all the showers not the sinks. He talked to us like we were idiots, I assure you we are not, we are all successful business owners and we happen to own rental properties of our own in which we manage ourselves which is why I have chosen to disclose to you that the customer service we received from the current property manager is the reason we will regretfully not be returning to this rental property. We were told their is a new owner of this property since we stayed in 2017 and as a business owner myself I hope this review reaches them as I would want to know how my customers were being treated good or bad. As for the property and location we loved it or we would not of come back the second time. The property manager was RUDE!

It has a big kitchen well supplied where our cooking loving family could gather and easily share work space. Loved the outdoor dining options and the pool and hot tub ended up being a bigger plus that we thought it would be. It was convenient to the beach but the beach itself is just OK. Clean but with a sharp drop off at high tide. Despite that we enjoyed the sun and atmosphere on the beach. I was concerned that the noise from US 1 which is right out the gate would bother us but the house was quiet and even when we where outside it wasn't that noticeable. It would have been nice to have the property manager come to the house the day we arrived but he did come the next day to help us with a couple of small issues and we were able to resolve them easily. The bathrooms were very nice and the master suite very roomy. if we chose to do this again in this area we would seriously consider this house again.
