Sehr schönes Haus, perfekte Lage! Sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar! Würden sofort wieder buchen!

Villa bien équipée, et très bien située à Cassis, proche du port, de la plage et des commerces. Villa très agréable avec douche ou bain pour chaque chambre, très vastes pièces de séjour, belle piscine, bon BBC avec table et banc, belle terrasse avec plusieurs coins à manger.

Prix de la location en adéquation avec l'équipement, villa et extérieurs agréables, dommage que la piscine soit ombragée la plupart de la journée...

Rien ne pourra vous décevoir: l'accueil est chaleureux, la maison est spacieuse, très entretenue à quelques pas de tout. Propriété à louer sans hésiter.

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre au port et à la plage de Cassis à pied, à la gare de Cassis, à Marseille et à Aubagne en bus. Très belle maison, très agréable à vivre avec beaucoup d'espace. Salon et suite parentale très spacieux . Terrasse très chouette. La propriétaire répond très vite aux besoins ou demandes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux vacances de la Toussaint

Maison très bien placée, à 5 mn du port, pratique, chaque chambre a une salle se douche , jardin magnifique, propriétaire attentionnée et répondant aux demandes si besoin. Avions réservé les draps, les lits étaient faits à l'arrivée!

Wir waren zu elf in den Villa und alles war super schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Alles was wir benötigt haben war vorhanden. Cassis ist ein hübsches süßes Hafenörtchen.

par contre , pas satisfait d'etre obligè de régler la caution chez vous , j'aurais préferé de la régler a la proprietaire directement !! elle me l'aurait rendue le jour du départ . donc a méditer votre action pas très élégante , mr susbielle

Maison très agréable, remarquablement bien placée proche du centre ville où on peut se déplacer à pied. Belle suite parentale Stationnement facile pour plusieurs voitures, à l'intérieur de la propriété.

Grande maison, parfaitement localisée. Quelques améliorations pourraient être ajoutées au niveau des équipements, et a ce tarif les draps et serviettes devraient être fournis, c'est le seul point négatif. Sinon, la maison est agréable et on s'y sent bien. Adapté aux jeunes enfants.

Das grosse Haus eignet sich sehr gut für Gruppen. Es hat ausreichend Platz im Haus und Garten. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Toller Platz zum Verweilen.

We were a group of 11, age range 3-72. The location is great. Even the older members of the group managed the short steep hill back from the town. Bénédicte and her husband responded well to our requests for info and help. It was very useful having them living so close. We tried not to abuse this proximity and only contacted them when we need help or replacements The villa was well priced for such a location and size. With hindsight, we should have paid more attention to the toilet arrangements when booking. We Brits believe that en-suite bedrooms include a toilet as well as washing facilities. Not so in France. Only one of the six bedrooms had a toilet within the bathroom and otherwise there was one toilet on the upper floor for 6 adults and 3 children and 3 on the ground floor where there is one bedroom. Bénédicte explained this to us before we went but we didn’t fully understand the impact it would have. We knew there was no aircon in the villa and again we underestimated how important to us that would be. The temperatures were unusually high even for Cassis. There was a small fan per room which was helpful at night as we couldn’t open the bedroom windows because of the mosquitoes which are always with us at that time of year. Neither of these issues were the owner’s fault. We did have a lot of fun at the villa especially the children who loved the pool and just being in and around the villa. I feel we got value for what we paid. Previous renters seem to be unconcerned by the issues we had so I can only assume we are just too set in our ways to improvise. The villa is clearly a much loved family home. My comments are more about our personal preferences. Bénédicte runs a tight ship and she will ensure that all stages of the booking process and subsequent stay run as smoothly as she can. I wish future renters a very happy, relaxing holiday.

Superbe villa, bien placée (moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage). Les chambres sont toutes très confortables, chacune avec sa salle de bain. La piscine est très agréable aussi, bien pour les grands et pour les petits. Et plusieurs coins pour manger dehors avec différentes ambiances selon l'heure de la journée.

Emplacement excellent description conforme quelques ustensiles d’usage à revoir

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Was allerdings ärgerlich ist das für die Endreinigung vor Ort 200% mehr verlangt wurde als ursprünglich ausgemacht. Somit werde ich im nächsten Jahr nicht mehr über diese Agentur buchen.

Maison confortable et très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

La villa est très bien située pour profiter du port et du centre ville à 5 minutes à pied. Le jardin est magnifique et agrémenté de petits coins où l’on peut se détendre à souhait. La villa elle-même permet une indépendance totale pour chacun des couples. La suite parentale est particulièrement reposante avec sa vue sur cap Canaille, Je souhaiterais vivement réaliser un séjour en été pour profiter de la piscine.

Needs more toilets upstairs

We were a group of 11 people (3 years to 49 years). Perfect sized house with perfect location in beautiful Cassis. We made all the meals in the outside kitchen and spent hours and hours in the nice swimmingpool area. Benedicte was a very helpful hostess. We can highly recommend this house for families and groups of friends.

Benedicte could not have been a better landlord. I booked the villa from Australia and she was very good at explaining what we needed to do to secure the villa and all of the details. The big group met at the villa which was an easy 30 minute drive from Marseille. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for a large group with lots of living areas. The whole villa is very private and an easy walk down the hill to the village or supermarket for supplies. If you want a great base to drive around the area or just somewhere to relax for a while than this is it. Provence decor only adds to the experience. Thank you Benedicte!
