The bedding really didn’t fit in terms of comforters. There is a big pile of hair behind the bathroom door and the inside of the bathroom vanities had toothpaste rings. I don’t think there’s any extended amount of cleaning being done.I think for the price I expected it to be a little nicer, less dated. Especially thought during Covid it would be cleaner

We had a really nice long weekend stay here at this rental. It’s located just steps away from The beach. Also a short walk to Resturant’s and ice cream shop. The place was clean and comfortable for our family. The Parking was great too- Right by the road so you must be ok with loud cars and street noises. We brought a sleeper white noise machine and it drained all that out for a very peaceful sleep ! Would recommend and also come again !

We were very happy with our stay here! The location is awesome , 5 houses in from the beach and parking for 2 cars was awesome . I walked the beach every morning. The house is date but the bathrooms are renovated . Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is huge for a family with teens. We would definitely stay again. Thank you !

We drove from Indiana on Friday and checked in on Saturday for 2 nights to spend time with my son who is an airman in Goldsboro. The location was fantastic. Really close to the beach and restaurants. Great for walking and outdoor exercise. It was a short drive to Wilmington.The beds were comfortable. Next time well plan for a longer trip!

No views, but so close. Front faced the street and it’s a little noisy. Back was an alley and other units. I was disappointed with the furnishings and bedding. Not very clean. I ended up removing bedspreads b/c they were musty. I washed very dirty blankets/coverlets that were in the closet (they were dusty and musty as well), They actually came out white and of course smelled 💯 better after washing. By the way, nice to have a washer. Another nit picky item, used sponges were left for cleaning in the kitchen. Supplying a new one (less than $1) or the throwing out the old would have been better. Finally, lumpy beds and pillows. If you don’t care about any of this, condo is a fair value. Keyless entry and communication from the rental company was great.

It's not super spacious, but we still felt very comfortable with seven people. Having three bathrooms definitely helps. The outside shower area is very convenient; the decks are nice, and while a little small, the kitchen had most everything we could want. The ice maker was a champ. The single problem we encountered was that the coffee maker was really gross. It wasn't just stained inside, but was caked with filth that made it unusable until we scrubbed it with bleach and ran hot water through it a couple times. But, I know that, if we had reported it, Bryant would have taken care of it because they were totally on-the-spot with fixing a blown circuit breaker and getting us hooked up with the wi-fi password. Great people. Great place. Thank you!

The location of the townhouse was perfect! It was close to the beach, grocery, and restaurants! The house itself was very clean. The carpet was worn, but expected in rental where people will drag sand in it all week. I couldn't find a coffee maker when I got there and called Bryant Real Estate and they brought me a brand new one within 10 minutes! Of course, then I found the coffee maker in a closet down the hall as we were checking out. So, now there are two:) The stopper for the sink broke and they immediately were there with a new one. I can't say enough of the great response time and attention given by Bryant Real Estate. I would definitely use them for renting again!

Location wasn’t great, beach was very crowded because of all the public access and it was noisy being near a big intersection. Easy walk to Wings and Kohl’s so that was a plus.

Overall, a great location and awesome stay at Wrightsville Beach. Convenient to beach access and walking distance to several popular Wrightsville Beach restaurants, ice cream, and bars. Kitchen and Master Bath could use a little updating, but didn’t deter from our experience.

I have rented through Bryant multiple times over the past 6 years and every time I am unimpressed but this was the absolute worst! After numerous complications with my reservation (Booking and confirming a rental only to find out a week later it is unavailable) they REFUSED to pay the difference for putting me in a different rental because the one I had booked and was apparently unavailable after a week of receiving my booking confirmation. I asked for complimentary linens, and early check in, and a late check out (I was able to see there was no one in the unit before or after our arrival) I was told yes to late check out and early check in and then when I asked about the linens again they said "We don't want to give that to you" and then only offered me an early check in. They were unbelievably rude over the phone after they caused this much inconvenience they yelled at me and told me I "was being difficult". I have never experienced such awful customer service from a rental agency. I will NOT be booking with Bryant ever again.

Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row that my best friend and I have rented this place for our annual summer vacation. Overall, the stay was fine, but I was very disappointed in the old appliances and Bryant’s response to the broken dryer. Last year when we rented the place, it took 1.5-2 full cycles to dry a load in the dryer, so I was shocked when I returned 365 days later to find the same dryer!! Further, when the dryer stopped working on the 2nd day of our 7 day trip I wasn’t surprised and assumed this issue would be quickly resolved. However, 2 full days later (3rd day without operational dryer, and we have 5 children under age 12) the dryer still remained broken. Although it was ultimately replaced, the communication throughout the ordeal was less than ideal. Moreover, the quality and capacity of the replacement was less than optimal given that this is a beach rental.
