Friendly owner who gave a nice welcome. Easy parking. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the restaurants in Usselo as well as the cute nearby town of Boekelo. Quaint terrace with beautiful hydrangeas.
It rained nearly the entire time during our stay which caused the room to be on the cold side and the wifi was spotty. Otherwise everything was really nice and we'd stay again if needed.

We had a short but very nice stay at the b&b.
With check-in we got a warm welcome from the owner who is talking a several of languages.
The room was very comfortable with everything you need in and it was very clean.
Tea, coffe is in the room and even a little fridge.

Very clean place with great landscape outside. The host was very friendly, speaks multiple languages- which makes communication very easy.

The room was exceptionally clean with warmth of the host..We reached late, but he was waiting for us to receive us. The breakfast was awesome . The surroundings are excellent, in front of a green farm. We will certainly visit again.
Due to the road works we faced slight difficulty to reach to hotel, but we were already guided by the host. And the road work will soon be over.

Our host welcomed us in person when we arrived. She went out of her way to reserve us a table at a restaurant nearby. The coffee was superb. Breakfast was outstanding, prepared with dedication

What a fantastic little B&B. Located in a beautiful area. Quiet and very comfortable room. (shared bathroom with another room which was not in use) Our room and bathroom were modern and pristine clean! My wife and I never asked for breakfast, just coffee. However, the breakfast was in with the price and I have to admit that I am glad it was as I very much enjoyed the bread rolls and croissants the next morning. Great coffee selection!
A very big thank you to Silvia who made us most welcome at a very difficult time. Was much appreciated.

Everything. It is our 2nd visit to the peoperty within a span of 2 months. We enjoyed our stay. Awaiting to go back again.
