the appartement did not look as nice as from the pictures. it was clean, but the balcony was quite dirty. the microwave did not work

The apartment was wonderful, huge balcony which gets the sun & a big table for dining. The beds were so comfortable and every room has access to a balcony. Kitchen was well equipped, sofa was nice and comfy and there was a table in the lounge for dining & playing chess 😀 The location has lots of cafés/restaurants & shops on the doorstep and easy access to public transport. We got the metro from the airport to Syntagma station and walked to the apartment (about 25 minutes) - the airport metro is €9 each way but you can get a 5 day non airport ticket for all transport for €8.20 which is great if you're there for a week. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone, Athens is a wonderful city ❤️

Breakfast was good and the idea to provide the room service throughout the day was very welcome by our group. The whole apartment is really nice, spacious and comfy with a big terrace to eat/enjoy.

We had some problems with running water, especially hot one, the pressure was low and some of us (even though we turned on "hot water') had to take a cold bath (not particularly recommended). It'd be good to have some pillows/bigger sofa and perhaps armchair in the living room.

The apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 7 (3 adults and 4 teenagers). we loved the neighborhood and felt very safe at all hours. the best part is the patio which we really enjoyed.

We couldn’t get the air conditioner in the living room to ever work properly… it was extra hot out during our visit which I’m sure made it difficult. the air conditioning in the bedrooms were freezing!

The apartment is lovely, modern and clean, well maintained and equipped. Very spacious for our family of 6 with 4 tweens/teens. Huge outdoor patio/deck. Location was great! Neighborhood felt safe, and there was a nice convenient restaurant just across the street. We got takeout (food and beer) the first night we arrived, and had lunch there before we left. Acropolis Museum, Acropolis and the Plaka all 15-25 mins walk. We were very close to Filopappou Hill and hiked up hill to the Philopappous Monument with awesome views of the Acropolis, the whole city of Athens and the sea beyond.

The Radefy access (bluetooth?) wasn't working so we couldn't get into the building when we arrived and the owner had problems accessing it remotely. He came in person within about 15mins - but we had already got in by then as someone was leaving the building, and there is a keypad access also for the apartment. He helped us figure out the wifi and AC, left us keys just in case of any further issues with the Radefy (there were none, worked fine after that). Running the AC seemed to trip the breakers fairly often and at one point we had lights flickering and AC units beeping etc. But it wasn't a big issue, we found the breaker box. The awnings (or something?) did clank quite loudly at night. BUT these were minor issues - we loved the apartment and would absolutely come again!

We loved the very clean and modern and we loved the updated bathrooms. The house decor was very nice and stylish. Lots of space and closet space. Great location to walk everywhere. Also had a more "local" feel over the Plaka area.

The A/C in the living area did not seem to work as well as it should have but it was very hot when we were visiting. The hot water to the shower is a little slow to heat up and the water pressure could be better in the showers. The outdoor deck could have a few more chairs and decor to make it more comfortable to sit out there, for example plants, hammock chairs, ect..

The accommodation was phenomenal. Huge terrace, all rooms well air-conditioned, the kitchen has all the equipment you need. There was nothing shabby, nothing was worn out. The app access worked well, the elevator worked well. There is an excellent cafe below the accommodation which we recommend. The internet although not the fastest, we were still able to watch movies with it, it met our needs. Close to everything we needed. Next time I go to Athens, I would choose the same place.

In a urban building we found a warm and modern decorated apartment. The three bedrooms are large and equipped with a wide double bed and a large windows that illuminates the room. We were given a clean apartment, a kitchen equipped with appliances and cutlery, three toilets, two of which have a shower and a bath. From the living room, dining area and one bedroom there is an exit to a large balcony with a seating system and a large table. The view faces the rear. The street where the apartment is located is a quiet street just a 20-minute walk from the Acropolis Museum, the surrounding attractions and nightlife. In the immediate vicinity there are many cafes, restaurants and shops. We did not meet with the landlord but he was always available for our questions and requests. Always answered quickly and courteously. The first entry into the apartment was with the help of the app we were asked to download to the mobile phone. There was no other option. We encountered difficulty and were unable to communicate with the app but the landlord was available and assisted immediately. At home a manual key was waiting for us for the duration of our stay.

Very friendly and helpful host. Even though we had some difficulties entering the apartment we got very quick help! Check-in and Check-out was very simple!

We were not aware of the fact that one has to heat up the water before showering, so we only had cold water on our first day. This could be highlighted somehow during the check-in process.

I liked it as it located in centre of Athens.Very close to Acropolis.

When you visit the place it is not self explanatory that main entrance is in name of Your home in Athens .Rest struggle with hot water and heating as heating turns only in evenings with family experience really struglles. Kitchen equipments less to cook.Overall not great experience.

The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the terrace with a large dining table, my friends and I spent wonderful gatherings there in the evenings. The owners are great guys, they allowed us an early check-in and a hike out without any additional payments, and also organized a transfer. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a living room with an extra bed, and 3 toilets, which made me very happy as we had a large company. Located close to the Acropolis and the city center. Super place, when we are in Athens again we will definitely come back here.

Spacious, clean, and well-maintained property. Hosts were flexible and accommodating regarding check-in hour. Location was ideal to explore the hip, authentic part of Koukaki.

Location is great, 20 min to the city center. Big amount of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable overall. Easy checking and checkout.

Wi-Fi is quite bad if you are looking for a place to work. Quite loud conditioner and the street if you open a window. Strange that rooms and toilets can’t be locked.

The location was great close to all the attractions though away from the crowded tourist areas. Restaurants in the area were fabulous and had a supermarket close by. Extra bonus having washer/dryer

The location was good. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfy. There was lots of dishes. There was lots of restaurants near the house.

It would have been nice to have directions on how to work the washing machine. Their was several lights out—including the one in the bathroom so we couldn’t use the 3rd bathroom. Wifi was slow.

The flat was nice, clear and tidy. Air condition in each rooms runs well.

Parking in Athens is a big problem. Expect to spend tens of minutes a day looking for a parking in this location.
