No hot water in shower, having to pay today and swim tomorrow and payP200 adult P100 child. No management on site, if 6need something you call someone and they get in touch with cleaning person to bring the items you ask for . I am not happy about it and will never stay there again. We are going back in November and will find another place. I am sure this will not get posted.

The room is spacious and comfy. The bed is soft and the aircon is working fine. The necessities like soap, shampoo and toothpaste are already provided so I didnt have to worry about it. Plates and utensils are also available even the dishwashing liquid. I also appreciate the refrigerator which is legit cold, and the overall visuals of the room is definitely lit. The owner was also nice

The location is quite far from the nearest mall if you like to walk, and the road outside floods badly when it rains. The electric stove did not work at first so I had to order my dinner really late, but the owner replaced it the next day anyway. The sink in the bathroom is clogged, the TV signal is garbled (cables should be replaced by the way) and the worst is that the pillows in the sofa bed smelled stinky like I had to put a lot of perfume but still stinks. I suggest washing it regularly next time and check all facilities beforehand

Staying at the unit with my family is just like finding a home away from home. The unit is well furnished with appliances and things you need in preparing food and keeping everything tidy during our stay.. we always eat out yet we still bring food just in case someone gets hungry in the middle of the night. The unit is perfect for staycation and holidays..

The cleaner probably forgot to clean the ref, but its manageable though, just a little smudge and some watermelon seeds were left behind..

Location, swimming pool, cleanliness

Lightings in the hallway were too dark and look scary.

It is located away from stores or restaurants and it is pretty difficult to get a taxi there. The walk to the mall is through a construction area and covered with dirt and water over the streets. There are no stores or restaurants on the One Oasis property.
