Its was a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Dogs (3). Settled in quiet nicely. And enjoy the walks and the beach. Will be booking this place in the future.

Jen is an excellent host at communication. Our stay went smoothly with super easy check in and check out. Pool is lovely for the summer. Our dog loved the big back yard, super pet-friendly home. Just a few things including bit of dust in corners and frames, and lots of summer flies so keep your doors closed, but all very minor compared to everything else kept to great standards. Again, thanks for an amazing stay!

Jen was an amazing host who made sure we had everything we needed for our holiday ! The house exceeded expectations, was clean, modern, excellent location.The pool was a HUGE plus for the kids ! The backyard looked out over a beautiful forest with Frangipani trees flowering which was beautiful ! Thank you so much Jen 😘we had such a lovely holiday and we will be back next year ! Highly Recommended !

We really enjoyed our stay at Hawks Nest. The bedrooms - beds are comfortable, all have a fan with one with ensuite. Seperate toilet and a shared bath/shower. All with ample supplies ie toilet paper. The house is clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Great basic supplies - dishwashing soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, tea towels, rubbish bags, foil, cling wrap. The pool is great and clean. There is a washing machine/dryer downstairs. Clothes line. Aircon in the main area with a tv and so many games to play for all ages. Location is great for walks, shops and beach. It's quiet too. However we did drive to the beach. We bought our bikes up and the teenager boys rode to the shops to get their pies from the bakery. It suited our needs for a family of 4. If you had another family of 3 this could work too. Yes would love to stay again. Thank you for having us Jen.

Jen was wonderful to communicate with. Pool was beautiful clean and much enjoyed by the kids. Bush setting is lovely. A very comfortable house with everything you need. Recommend getting the linen which included beach towels too!

The property is clean and the pool is nice. Jen ( the owner) she is very helpful and kind person with great help and good communication. The house got what you needs. Would be happy to go back again.

We had a wonderful three nights stay at Forest House with our dog. The house was perfect for us. And loved after spending the morning at the beach just lounging around the pool.

The house had everything you needed for a relaxing break. It was clean and tidy. Pool was definitely a big plus! Three good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

We had a great time there,family of 4+ 2 eldery parents visiting us from overseas. Jen is amaizing host, very responsive, such a pleasure to deal with! Do not misjudge the place. The house maybe looks tiny,but have everything you need. Would recommend to order linen and towels - energy and headache saving for sure. The unit does have stairs, but my eldery patents found them very convenient and easy to climb.

It’s a beautiful property, quite and serene. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and there is large backyard for your pooch to play. Only issue was the AC dint work so it was little discomfort, especially because it was summer . Jen was a wonderful host , she even came personally to check when the AC stopped working . Overall we had a great stay and will definitely visit again .

Bring your bikes and this place is heaven- teenagers rode to and from the beach, little one could ride to the shops and everyone loved the pool. Kitchen was great for easy meals but local restaurants were lovely too. We had a terrific time - thank you for having us and making everything soooo easy. Sign of a good holiday …. We wished we had another few days to stay here before heading home.

The private pool was ideal for our younger kids (avid swimmers) and plenty big enough for adults to do a few laps. This is a real plus of the property, as few smaller/less expensive holiday homes boast a pool at all. Usually, it's only apartments or large, expensive houses that have this feature. The owner Jen was a pleasure to deal with, and is very responsive. Recommended!
