It was a lovely apartment and close to everything

Quite a lot in Spain, but accomodation was disappointing.

Renters should be aware that this is NOT an "entire home" (Haus, Ferienhaus), but only an apartment, located on the ground floor. Until today they advertise as entire home, my complaint was not accepted, instead they responded that I could have seen from other renter's comments that it is an apartment only! If you are familiar with Spanish construction, you will be aware of potentially high noise level from above. During my stay, there was not a single undisturbed night. There were quite a number of mosquitos/midges, and although I kept the doors closed, even cockroaches. There were only three (folding)chairs for the (folding)dining table. The bed was uncomfortable. You have to pick up and return the keys to an office located a 15 minutes' drive south of the property. Before arrival you will be asked to upload copies of your IDs to an unkonwn server (which I didn't) and to provide your credit card details for the security deposit (I requested bank transfer instead). Although there was always enough street parking available, I am unable to recommend this property. Booking has its own way of calculating the overall grade. My assessment is 7.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was clean and equipped for your stay.Customer service were quick to respond. Overall excellent.
