La terrasse magnifique invite à y prendre le petit-déjeuner et le diner ainsi qu'à y rester après un bain rafraîchissant dans la piscine. Même à des températures très élevées à l'extérieure, les climatiseurs permettent un sommeil de repos dans les chambres et un séjour détendu dans la cuisine et le salon.

We are a family of 4 ( 2 teenage sons ). We arrived into Nice early in the morning and Jacqueline was more than happy to meet us. Jacqueline, her husband and daughter gave us a very informative tour of the property and provided us with lots of information on the surrounding area. The property is in a gated community, it felt very safe, quiet and well maintained. It is within a 10 minute walk to the train station (which serves every town along the French Riveria coastline with trains running every 30 minutes). The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and has everything you could possibly need (fresh bread daily, meat fish, fruit & veg). There is lovely Italian restaurant just beside the supermarket which does fabulous pizza in a stone oven, there is also lots of other restaurants nearby. Marine land, antibes world and aqua splash are all within a short 15 minute walk, which was especially ideal for our teenagers in the evening to walk to. We would recommend you to buy your tickets for marine land and aqua splash and the train tickets online as they are cheaper. The closet beach is a 10 minute walk but it is stoney and relatively quiet with lots of parking available. The closest sandy beach we found was in Antibes which was excellent, a little crowded but we were there in July. Our boys enjoyed the water sports which are readily available. The airport is approximately 20-30 minute drive & a very large shopping mall nearby. Although Car hire not necessary. The property has air conditioning in all three bedrooms, which works very well. There is a large main bathroom with shower over bath and an ensuite shower room. The rooms are more than adequate with plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. There are 3 different areas outside for dining depending on the time of the day. We particularly liked the small breakfast area in the garden. The larger table is covered with a canopy, beside the pool and there is a fantastic Webber gas BBQ, which we used a lot. The internet was great and our teenage boys thought it was the best ever! There are 4 TVs but we couldn't find any English Speaking channels. There is a DVD player if you wished to use it but we didn't miss the TV! The pool as described is small and we didn't use it for swimming but we enjoyed it for cooling down from the heat. This is a lovely family home which Jacqueline obviously takes pride in and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

From initial booking to actual stay, everything was great. The description of the peoperty is accurate, the information supplied ahead of your stay is timely and informative. The property is easy to find and situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. It is a comfortable, cozy f with all the amentities you might need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

La casa era como lo esperábamos, acogedora con un encanto provenzal francés y con todo las comodidades que se necesita (hemos disfrutado especialmente de la barbacoa, de la piscina y de la climatizacion) . Ubicación tranquila, perfecto para relajarse et pasar buenas vacaciones! Propietarios muy amables y disponibles, con buenos consejos sobre las actividades de la zona (parque de mamíferos marinos Marineland increíble a solo 15min andando). Solo nos arrepentimos de no poder volver este ano!!!

un havre de paix,description tout a fais réelle,tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances des propriétaires a l'écoute de ces locataires ,proches de tout bien qu'étant un petit peu en retrait pour avoir le calme,une envie ? celle d'y retourner !!!!!!
