We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. The house was lovely, exactly how we remembered it, and the owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great family vacation.

We had a great stay. This house is a 15 min drive to siesta key beach. There are restaurants and stores all within a short drive as well. We were traveling with our kids 14, 13, 3, and 1. There was plenty of space. They also have a pack n play and high chair, which was so helpful! There were plenty of pots, pans, kitchen utensils etc. to cook meals for the family. The pool was a great amenity especially with our kids and red tide being in the gulf during our visit. There were plenty of towels for showers as well as the pool.

We, my parents, husband and our boys were visiting from Kentucky. The house and property was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had a great stay here. The house was clean with plenty of room. The backyard pool was awesome as was the location. David and Sandra were also very responsive to anything that was needed. I highly recommend this home.

I walked into this home and asked my husband, "think they want to sell? I could live here!" Owners were nothing but friendly and accommodating. Very responsive. We had some slight changes and messaged them about shifting dates slightly, they immediately did this for us. The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like home. The yard was its own oasis. We drove about 6 min to the beach, and came back to enjoy the pool and patio. The pool has a lot of shade if you want to enjoy outside but get out of the Florida sun some. We would love to return.

From start to finish our stay in Coral Cove was great. Sandra and David have a lovely home and are great at communicating if you have any questions or concerns. The house is in a prime spot: 12 minutes to Siesta Key, 25 min to Lido, 4 min to Publix, nothing was too far away. The house itself is awesome with a ton of space. We enjoyed cooking at home most nights and relaxing in the pool. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

The home is beautiful, pool and all! Couldn’t have asked for a more inviting, cozy home to stay at. The kids loved the pool. Close to beaches and places to eat. We will look to stay at this home again. Everything you could want or need for a relaxing vacation.

We had a month of beautiful weather, fun activities and spectacular beaches. This is a no frills house where I didn’t have to worry about kids touching things they shouldn’t. Enjoyed it very much

We truly enjoyed our month long stay at the Hoing’s home. The location was great...close to the beaches, easy access to Tamiami Trail and great neighborhood. The house was clean, kitchen fully stocked for those who like to cook and great layout for family. Plus a pool to enjoy after the beach with drinks on the patio. Highly recommend this house.

A very clean, modern and well maintained property, although we were without cable for a major NFL playoff weekend (an apparent delay in getting the cable company there to fix things - but we were not told until we arrived and called). The location is excellent for access to most of the restaurants and shopping that Sarasota has to offer, but traffic to the beaches limits access to those areas. The tiny yard has exotic plants and trees, but is surrounded by an 8 foot tall fence that is a few feet from the entrance and the screen porch. In fact, tall fences and tiny yards seem to abound in Sarasota, so don't expect a view unless you drive to one. The pool was clean, older, and much too small for swimming. Basically the pool was a presence, perhaps useful for a dip in warm weather. The house across the street was for sale ($600000). Both that house and yard were smaller. So the home is comfortable and the neighborhood safe, upscale and quiet, but it is not a tropical paradise. Rather, it had the feel of a tight enclosure. I live on a farm in the mountains, and couldn't wait to leave.

This is a very ordinary house that is in an ideal Sarasota location. About five minutes to great beaches, good restaurants, and a nice shopping mall. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal for evening or early morning walks. The owners are very friendly and responsive. This house was super clean when we arrived, and we were pleased to discover that the master bedroom has an amazingly-comfortable mattress! The layout of the interior is a bit quirky, and there are no top-of-the-line features or amenities. Basic cable, no kitchen sink disposal, dated bathrooms, etc.

Coral Cove is a beautiful oasis for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave! We had a comfortable place to return each night after days of fun in not only the different beaches of Sarasota, but also we went to Busch Gardens in Tampa and Sea World in Orlando! Would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

The home is set up very well for families and friends to vacation together. It is well equipped an very nicely decorated. The pool was a huge plus for adults and children. It is located close to the beach as well as shopping and dining.

Overall, this neighborhood home was the ideal setting for our family who came together to celebrate a wedding in Sarasota. Easy access from Tampa International airport and well situated off a main route of Sarasota made our travels stress free. The neighborhood is so quiet I wondered if the neighbors had left for holiday. 😄 The drive to Siesta Key beach is well marked for out-of-town visitors as are many of the other attractions. Nothing we wanted was more than 30 minutes away from this home, including restaurants, museums, other beaches, kayaking, and the wedding venue. The layout of the house offers an in-suite privacy for each of the three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The office/4th bedroom was large enough for the supplied portable crib with plenty of extra space too. Adding the leaf to the table gave ample space for all 8 adults (+ little ones) to dine together. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The yard is beautiful, welcoming, and it offers several areas to relax. The pool is notable for familial fun after time in town or on the beach. The Hoings have provided a masterful communication notebook that covers just about everything one needs to know regarding the home and a stay in Sarasota. I called them twice for clarification on minor questions and they answered promptly and courteously . Our adult children were pleased with this impeccable vacation home as well. I unreservedly recommend this property. Our area recommendations: Historic Spanish Point in Osprey, 15 minutes south of this house. Sarasota paddleboard company for kayaking the mangroves on Lido key Restaurants on St Armands circle: the Colombia and la Creperie cafe Marina Jacks on the bayfront in Sarasota Owen's Fish Camp (yumm...everything was yummm and the yard is memorable) Siesta Key Oyster Bar (the grouper bites are out-of-this-world) Our Favorite ( & 3 minutes from this house): ROESSLERS There are not enough superlatives to describe this place. The grounds are beautiful, the food is perfect in every way, and the service was Flawless. I have rarely enjoyed a meal as much as I did the evening at this place.

This amazing home is the perfect vacation spot for families. The home is designed with enough space for my family and my parents. The pool is beautifully maintained and a huge fit for my kids. Their are tons of beautiful beaches within driving distance of the vacation home. I hope we are able to visit and return soon. We highly recommend this property and will for sure stay there again!

This property was perfect for mine and my brother-in-law's families! The pool was great and the kids really loved it. It was just a short drive to both Siesta Key beach (which is all it claims to be and more!) and Venice Beach which is great for sea shells! Downtown siesta key is full of great shops! The owners are also wonderful and very good about keeping in touch and working to quickly solve any issues that arise. I was very pleased with my stay and definitely recommend this property!

We had a great stay in this wonderful house! Lot of space (3 adult, 4 children), well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, beach towels... The kids loved the pool! Not to forget: close to the fantastic Siesta Beach! Thank you Dave and Sandra for letting us stay in your lovely house, it made our vacation great!

Truly is a place away from home , the place was so perfect for my family's need . The place very clean, spacious , private pool ,a minutes away from down town and the beautiful beaches of Sarasota. And yes customer service A+ from the owner/manager .We highly recommend this property .Thank Tropical Paradise for the memory for sure will be back.

This was the perfect rental home for our family. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for all of us (7 in our group). The location is great - only a few minutes to drive to all major stores and shopping areas. And only a few more minutes to drive to beautiful beaches and local hot spots. Sandra and David were prompt with email and phone communications. We'd definitely recommend this property and hope to revisit again sometime.

This is a beautifully decorated house in a conveniently located area close to shops, restaurants and the Little Sarasota Bay which is a quick walk away with a nice park and seating right on the bay. The owners are extremely responsive to any request and very pleasant people to deal with. The pool is large and heated every day to 84 degrees which was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked. Very nice sheets and towels are provided including many beach towels. All in all we enjoyed the house, the pool and the very quiet neighborhood completely!

Comfortable home, well equipped kitchen, convenient laundry, great beds, Pool with lots of privacy. Great neighborhood, walked every day out to the dock. Very, very convenient to the beaches, stores, anything you would want to see around the area. Most importantly, Sandra and Dave are the best, kind and accommodating in every way.
