Very impressed with the property, even though there were 23 of us. There was plenty of room to be as a group plus some quiet spots if you wanted time out.

We had a wonderful stay in this family-friendly vacation house. We were a group of 4 families with young children. The pool was heated, but still a bit chilly. But that’s to be expected for the month of April. The kitchen was very well-equipped for our large group. We loved the outdoor dining space and lounge area. We went for bike rides with the bikes and baby seats offered by the home owners. The kids loved playing at the outdoor playhouse and the little stream behind. The beach was easily accessible, 10-minute drive from the house. The home owners were very friendly, responsive and helpful. They answered all of our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this house to any large group vacation. Perfect.

We were a group of 10 adults, (5 couples) and 9 children ranging from 2-11 years. The villa was so much more than what the pictures show. It really is beautiful and has everything you need. The villa is large and spacious and had no issues accommodating our large group. There was plenty of space to be together when you wanted without feeling like you were ontop of each other and space to have some time alone when you wanted. The garden and pool areas were especially beautiful. So much room to play games and for the children to enjoy. The pool area more than comfortably accommodated all of us in at the same time and plenty of space around for sunbeds. There was also an outside toilet and shower room by the pool which was convient. It also has a small area that provided shade with some comfy sofas. The kitchen was big enough for families to cook at the same time and has everything you'd need. Plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses to go round. Two large sinks and two dishwashers. Pantry storage area was on the smaller side but we managed as we shopped for what we wanted every 2 to 3 days. Had 1 x large fridge and a second good sized fridge with 3 freezer draws. Rooms were good size. 4 double rooms downstairs with air con and the rest upstairs. All rooms upstairs but 1 has aircon. No rooms in the villa have ensuite facilities but there are plenty of showers to go round. There is a washing machine and drier which was used regularly and some space outside to hang things to dry. The bikes provided free of charge are adult size (13 bikes) but accommodated 2 x 11 year old safely. No helmets provided. Three of the bikes had a child seat. Sufficent parking for 4 cars and one van but could accommodate 1 or 2 more if needed. The area I'd quiet and peaceful. Not much in town. 2 restaurants that we didn't eat at and a bakery that surprisingly only opens at 11:30 but is only a 10 minute drive from multiple supermarkets and a beautiful lake that offers restaurants and bars and a beach area. 15 to 20 minute ride from 2 beautiful beaches and water sports. Phillipe was an amazing host. Replied to messages quickly and efficiently. Always felt he was contactable and helped us when we needed to see a doctor. He gave us some good recommendations for places to go. English is limited but we managed with Google translate and a few members of out party spoke some French. Overall I couldnt recommend this villa enough. Brilliant and will definitely return.

A party of 12 adults and 5 small children - the house, rooms, bathrooms, facilities were all excellent. Lovely big tables to dine as a group together both inside and outside. Lovely, secure swimming pool and very child friendly accommodation. Owner on hand to solve any problem, BBQ area, bike availability and local village highly recommended - hope to travel back again in the near future.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The rooms are very nice and the equipment in the kitchen is stunning. Two big frigdes and two dish washers are just the beginning of it. Outside there are many activities one can enjoy like swimming in the warm and clean pool, playing table tennis, go for a tour with the very nice bikes etc..Although we love the ocean, we had so much fun at the house that we stayed there a lot. We were group of 10 adults and 8 children. Our stay in this stunning property was superb and most enjoyable. We could not have asked for a more beautiful and comfortable property. An absolutely wonderful house that lived up to our high expectations .The house was almost better than it was described. We were 10 adults and 11 children , and yet it felt like there was plenty of space. The owners were extremely nice and helpful . Both the adults and children loved the house. There was so much to see in the neighborhood , and our two weeks in the house felt too short. Thanks for a great holiday.
