A most beautiful 4BR 4BA home on the windward side of Roatan in West Bay. Our daughter loved it when the gardener cut open a coconut into which she put lime juice and ice and shook it all together! We walked to beautiful coral reefs!

Home was great for 4 adult couples. We only have one issue with the home. The listing says there are 4 bedrooms , two King and two Queen. That is inaccurate. There are two King and 1 Queen and 1 Double. That made it hard for one couple to sleep. Management Company did arrange our excursions well except for the transportation was always late. We stopped using their transportation after 3 days and arranged our own.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Casa Cascada. The views are breathtaking, the house was more than I could have imagined. The property managers were wonderful to work with…the house was very clean and well stocked. Very close to the beaches, water taxis & restaurants. It was a dream come true ☺️

This house is a showstopper!! Super clean and super well stocked with everything you could need. We loved that it was close to a nearby beach and beach bar. Walkable to town and just a short cab ride to west end. Couldn’t say enough great things about this place.

The house was perfect. We were a party of 4 guys there for our annual dive trip. Each of us were able to have our own rooms. We felt completely at home. The great room is large with a nice TV. Fully stocked kitchen. The back yard has a beautiful pool with waterfall and an outdoor kitchen. Rocky shore line but on calm days you can snorkel there. There are 2 dive sites within 100 yards from shore.

We loved the place it was so beautiful and clean. Everything was so organized and easy to check in ….. I will definitely book this house again it was worth the money.

Beautiful property, perfect location, all the amenities you can think of. Spent NYE with family in a perfect setting, the outdoor area is the highlight, almost feels like you are on a sailboat in the ocean. Only caveat that has nothing to do with the property or management, is the next door construction, which can cause some noise, easily remedied by running the "Cascada" (waterfall) to eliminate the noise. Would not hesitate to go back. Thank you for the use of this amazing property.

Our stay at Casa Cascada couldn't have been better! It began before our trip with great communication with Ruth, Brad & Jannel (on site concierge) and continued all the way through check out. The house is just as listed and had plenty of space for our group of 10. At check-in, Jannel met us and walked us through everything and made sure we were all settled in, The house was very clean and comfortable. Jannel had done all the grocery shopping for us beforehand so we could just relax when we got there. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen had all the utensils, pots & pans and servingware that we needed. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. The house is in a great area - very safe and quiet. We walked to the beach at the Meridian and the Grand Roatan resort in under 10 minutes (and that is with 5 kids). If the water is calm enough you should snorkel off the dock at the house - just amazing - but it can be hard to get in and out of the water if the water is rough. Don't feel like you have to rent a car, vans are easy to set up with Marty through Jannel. The house is on rainwater collection and sisterns which are filtered and UV treated, but not RO. We didn't have any problem with it but there was also 5 gallon jugs that supply of purified water and are replaced as needed throughout the week. I know that I've missed things, but I couldn't recommend this property more. Can 't wait to return!

We walked in the house that smelled so clean and a beautiful view of the water! Julio was fantastic who helped with reservations for dinner & set us up with a driver. You do not need to rent a car, they give you a cell phone to call drivers to go anywhere you want. The kitchen is well equipped with everything. They have endless filtered water available. The ice maker works great we kept making ice & putting it in the freezer so we were set. Pool area with a view is beautiful. The pool isn’t huge but worked well for 8 of us. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with their own bathrooms & the other one has a bath close by. It was great they allowed you to use the washer & dryer. Be sure to visit Kismet the restaurant right by the Meridian hotel within close walking distance. Perfect for the first night you arrive. Try the basil smash drink! They had great tacos too.. I recommend Oasis Gula & LaLa restaurants. Do not eat at Lily Pond, not sure how trip advisor gave this place any good review. They literally seat only 2 tables a night. We had 6 at our table & they messed up both our orders. Just a weird place. Guys went diving during the day so the girls got day passes to different resorts where we enjoyed the pool,beach & lunch. Check with Julio as to which ones offer it. I highly Recommend this house (we do rent a lot) for 8 or less people. A few suggestions they need a mirror in the bedroom without the bath attached, a few noodle floats for the pool, a few more pillows available & they need to supply more than 1 beach towel each. We did ask & they brought more right over. We felt very safe in Roatán & the house is a great price especially split by 4 couples. If you are there to dive use Blue Island Divers, Eric White. The guys raved about them & Maria who set them up. They even scheduled pick ups at the house everyday. Enjoy your stay!

Im a big fan of Roatán.iI Go there twice a year but tris time i decided to stay with our family at a House ínstead of a hotel we erre not disapointed beutiful place with everything you need great hosts. I give them 5 stars

I couldn't speak more highly of this property. We stayed here as a group of 10 and loved every minute of it. The place has everything you could want and most importantly is very secure. The views from the pool are outstanding and certainly worth waking up early for. The place is huge so you can easily fit a large family or group of friends in here. We also must make a particular mention of Fernando who manages the property. He is without doubt one of the most helpful people I have met. He went out of his way to organize trips and make recommendations to us. Thank you Fernando - hopefully our paths cross in the future!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Casa Cascada. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The swimming pool and deck were a wonderful place to relax and enjoy looking out at the ocean. There was always a breeze coming off the water so we never got hot. The home was spacious for our group of 6. The beach was only a 3 minute walk away, with a bar and restaurant under a palapa where you could order drinks to be delivered to your lounge chair. There was a private sunset chapel we discovered, located 2 minutes from our house, where we watched the sun set almost every night. For our first trip to Roatan, this was the perfect location for going to the beaches, doing activities, and just hanging out. We LOVED it!

The property is beautiful. It is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. It states it sleeps 12 which it does, however it does not sit near 12 people in the living room or at the dinning room table. It does not have a safe and we felt a false sense of security with the alarm system. Jewelry even though hidden was stolen as well as some clothes. There wasn't enough cutlery, beach towels or dishes we found. We often ran out of toilet paper as well. internet and power outages were often and not necessarily the fault of the property managers. We did have a generator so we were not without power but would not have AC or use of the dryer when there was outages. The house is very clean and has a beautiful ocean view. We were disappointed to find out the beach was not ours but for the community and was a short walk away. We wanted beach front. Brad was very helpful with everything. Having a maid who is also willing to cook the odd meal for you would be nice. Brad did provide us with that but her cooking skills lacked somewhat. We do recommend this property providing the owners get a safe. Bananarama was not a very helpful dive centre and didn't appear to care about your safety, needs or whether or not the had your business. With power outages restaurants were without power as well which lead to long delays and no light whatsoever to see what you were doing. Highly recommend Free radical catamaran boat tour. Amazing food and staff. Beautiful snorkelling everywhere. The dolphin swim was awesome. Remember you get what you pay for, so book with professional companies for fishing and diving.

Sat to Sat, May 24 to June 1, 2013 Beautiful cream stucco house with tile roof. Beautiful ocean views. Took sunrise photos all 7 days. Pool is nice with waterfall. Tile floors throughout. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice bigscreen TV. We walked to West Bay beaches 50% & drove 50%, as the hill up & over is a huff and puff. Enjoyed private beach area 1 block up the road - great sunsets. Everything you could want to enjoy on one of the world's best beaches is up over the big hill at West Bay. Would stay here again with a small group.

This house is the perfect home to stay in. The view is breath taking, the pool is awesome. There could not be a more perfect home to vacation in. We were in heaven the entire stay, just can not say enough. A plus is that if you walk to West Bay Beach you do burn off your calories.

This property is simply outstanding, it offers privacy for each bedroom, a beautiful view and all the comforts of home. We traveled with one other couple but next time will not hesitate to ask more people to join us. The caretaker rents the basement suite which is nice as we had some questions about the property. There is a great beach 3 doors down however it is rocky so bring some water shoes. West bay beach is only a 5 minute drive. We will stay at Casa Cascada again on our next trip :)

Two couples and two singles so enjoyed our time at Casa Cascada! Wonderful breezes and the sound of the ocean at night and the powdery soft west Bay beach each day. The villa had everything we needed. When the blender, needed by one of our vegan travelers didn't work, Ruth brought over her own and replaced the broken one as soon as stores opened on Monday. We didn't rent a car and given the potholes, that was probably a good idea! Cab service was always prompt and reasonably priced. This was a great week by the water.

Great house for 6-10 people. Great view of ocean- saw hundreds of dolphins swimming by just in one day. Easy 5 min walk to private beach and Smuggler's bar and restaurant. West Bay Beach with Dive shops and more bars is only 15 minutes by foot up and down a steep hill. House had good cleaning midweek. Overall, great experience.

The only thing wrong with this house it that we ultimately had to leave it. Diving in the morning (Bananarama - thanks for the tip TJ) and sunning on the pool deck in the afternoon x 2 glorious weeks! Lunch at Celeste's (do not pass up a chance to have a grouper or lobster Baleada - the rum and coke isn't a bad choice either). Dinner at the Island Pearl - try the Rum Punch for a pre-dinner drink, then whatever they are serving for specials (chicken puff pastry, filet stuffed w/crab meat, whatever it is you cannot go wrong here). The house was immaculate, very well maintained and more than comfortable; the kitchen modern, large and easy to prepare meals in. We adored the dining set on the deck and enjoyed eating our breakfast and evening meals there each day. Everything about this place was superb; the property managers (Ruth and Sam) were more than helpful, the maid (Carlene) was amazing, the gardener, the neighbors, everyone on the island - what an amazing place! We loved them all, right down to the energetic and talkative parrot next door, and even the occasional gecko that managed to sneak into the house to sing us awake. We could go on and on. After this trip, we would love to make your home an annual destination!

We rented the home for one week the beginning of Feb 2012 with another couple. What a beautiful home! The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed to cook all of your meals and snacks. If I had to be overly critical, the only thing I could think of it was missing was a griddle. We enjoyed the relative sound proof rooms and the magnificient sunrise from our deck, bed, and pool area. We spent many of days in the soaking pool relaxing. (From the pictures, I thought the pool was going to be too small, but it was perfect!) We enjoyed watching cruise ships come and go from the house and pool area. They drive by just a few hundred yards off shore right in front of the house. It was great relaxing with sattelite TV, when it rained, on the big screen TV in the living room. When we arrived at the house with Brad (property manger, relatively useless. We waited over an hour at his office for him when he knew when we were coming. Could not reach him. The gal living above his office even tried multiple times to call him on his cell. He gave a 2 minute overview of house and left) we could not believe how clean it was. I would imagine it would still be comfortable with 4 couples. We had more room than we could ever want. Everything is the house is relatively new and even comfortable beds!! Slept like a log!! This house is located right next to another home with a busy family that lives there full time. The only time that affected us was the one day they had a crew working on the railings outside. Sawing and routing ALL day....It was a good thing they have an industrial strength blender. It seemed to help the noises disappear. :) We spent a couple evenings at "Smugglers". It's a local bar within walking distance and on the beach. Excellent food and drinks! I highly recommend the jerk chicken wings. Thanks again for sharing your house with us. We look forward to returning again some day!!

Clean, big and great location.. if you are looking for quiet but yet close enough to walk to West Bay you have it all in this property. We stayed mid January and it was nice to have space and the quiet location, with the ability to cook and relax. Loved the pool and outside area, we bbq'ed lots We would stay at this location again Thank you for everything!!!!

This house met all of our expectations. We are a group of 7 friends who traveled to West Bay to log some beach time and explore the reef as snorkelers and scuba divers. The property was very well maintained and provided ample space for our big group. The private beach was great as was the pool. We spent a lot of time at the West Bay beach and found it easy to get to from the house (even though there is a massive hill to climb). The property managers were quite helpful and all of the amenities were top notch. I would most definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

We just had the best time ever! The pool, the waterfall, the oceanviews were amazing. We loved waking up to it every morning to the sunrise and all the palm trees. I want your kitchen in my own house! Your house is so spacious so it was great for the whole family. Thanks again for everything. Your property manager was great too! We will be back. Oh and the hot tub too was great. Perfect trip. Roatan is beautiful.
