I’ll start my review by saying that this place was really pretty. Nestled in the trees, gorgeous scenery and truly ski in/ski out. Our group loved that. Definitely maximized our adventure time on our vacation. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Lots of linens which we loved. Very comfortable beds. We also very much enjoyed the humidifiers in each room.
The only downside and reason for the lower stars was that our group had 11 people and lots of groceries, bags and gear. We were happy to hear that you could have a snow cat carry your things to your chalet. Upon arrival, we were told that the snow cat was snowed in. So in the cold and dark we had to carry all of our stuff to the chalet. Uphill, very tiring and in many many trips. We would have appreciated any form of help from the property managers. The same thing happened at check out. It would definitely be helpful to have a backup option to the snowcats for situations like this in the future.

Amazing home and well kept!
We had an awesome time. Very close to Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort just a few steps away from the ski lifts and gondolas. Hotel grade linens and well sanitized, clean home overall. Five stars all over! Keep up the good work you guys!

Did not have internet the entire time of stay, one day no power at chalet. No reach out from manager
Disappointed with the no internet and power out one day. No reach out from manager. I called Edison myself.

Great location, well equipped and comfortable!
My wife, two daughters and I really enjoyed staying in this chalet with our two Yellow Labradors. The location being so close to the Adventure Center, gondola and lifts up the mountain was perfect. The shuttle bus to Devil’s Postpile and Rainbow Falls is right next door also. The chalet is spacious and had all the amenities we needed for cooking, entertainment and laundry. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice and quiet. The trails behind the house made for some great morning walks with the dogs. We used the gas grill on the deck to make dinners. The Village and downtown isn’t far away either if you need groceries or want to catch a night out for dinner. The office staff are great too! Making the reservations, check-in and check-out were all super easy. We only wish we stayed longer and hope to come back again!

Amazing Time! (as usual)
This was our second year staying at the Chalets in Mammoth and I didn't even think it'd be possible to have a better experience than the year prior, but we most certainly did! You truly can't beat the location and the chalets are extremely comfortable. The management (Kelli and Jim) is super friendly and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend staying there to anyone looking to have an awesome time on the mountain.

A great area right next to the best part of the mountain.

Very well stocked with amenities
We went here for a few nights to downhill mountain bike at the Bike Park. It is right next to it. The cabin was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was just as expected or better. Little things like towels, trash service, and firewood set this apart from other cabins we have stayed at. The price was great for what was provided.
This cabin would comfortably sleep 8. Beds were in really nice shape and comfy.

Perfect for Accessing Mammoth Mountain Bike Park
Both the owner and the manager are friendly and helpful. The chalet was nice and easily accommodated a family of four plus pooch. Unlike many places in Mammoth, the kitchen actually has enough pots, pans and utensils to cook a meal. The location was perfect for riding on and off Mammoth's bike trails with our young children. I bet it's a great spot in the winter too. 10/10 will come again!

Chalet 23 was a Treat
My husband, friends and I came for the weekend. The proximity to the slopes was brilliant. The accommodations such as internet, cable, linens, kitchen and toilet products, were a plus.

Sometimes you have to Rave!
I am not a person who typically writes reviews, but I have traveled extensively. I just want to comment on the wonderful experience we just had Mammoth Mountain Chalets. Each Chalet is individually owned, with full time onsite operation managers. This stay was for my father's 90th birthday...a family reunion. Everything in our chalet so far surpassed our expectations, from contact with the owner to the on site managers, to the chalet itself. The pictures did not do it justice. Everything is there for you. The place just works, with plenty of space for the 8 of us, to comfortable beds, to wonderful quiet, to a fully stocked kitchen. Truly a great place to stay in the Mammoth area. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks to the manager and the owner's care and kindness.

Just as described!
We were very content with the house and its maintenance. The management was responsive. The upstairs bedroom with the 3 twins is perfect for the kids, and they had their own bathroom. Mammoth Lakes as a region is breathtaking, so definitely take the time to explore all the little lakes. At times it felt like we had an entire lake to ourselves! The lakes are cold but worth dipping in, and the kids' favorite highlights probably included renting a motorboat on Lake Mary. The mountain air is chilly and at times windy, even in August, so be sure to bring sweaters. Oh, and keep the kids away from the overpriced jumpy activities around the Gondola, they are not worth it.... On the other hand, if want to ride the Gondola up Mammoth Mountain, or take the shuttle to Devils Postpile and Rainbow Falls, the location is perfect, as the starting point is literally next door.
