Rented this property for visiting family. My family was very impressed with how nice the unit was and especially how well stocked it was with cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.. The unit is an easy walk to all the bars, restaurants, and the base of the mountain. They all said it was the nicest rental they have ever stayed in and they enjoyed the high-end mountain decor.

We always stay at Alpine Lodging properties and are usually very happy. Unfortunately this property was extremely noisy because of construction Vehicles and the detour traffic coming directly past the Condo starting at 8am every day.

Overall the condo is stocked and was incredibly clean. The view was amazing of the mountains and we appreciate the proximity to downtown.
Issues:
(1) AC didn’t work during our stay. The house was 80+ mostly and when we communicated this to the property manager they acknowledged and knew it wasn’t working and didn’t tell us. The repair man came on the last day and spent 5 hours in our space to fix it and still couldn’t…
(2) 2nd Ave is the new Main Street during downtown construction. Every 2 minutes a new semi truck or bus stopped in front and used air breaks which was the loudest annoyance. Every. Single. Day. All. Day. Do not consider this place until construction is finished in downtown Ketchum.

Our family of four had a great time while staying at this condo in Ketchum. This unit was in a great location, as we could walk to everything in town. There is a bus stop right next to the condo (Red route) and it takes you directly to Bald Mountain, a 7-minute ride - very convenient. I recommend the Sawtooth Brewery, which is a 5-minute walk up 6th Street. They have great food and multiple beers on Tap, and a friendly staff. My wife drinks wine and they have that too.

The furnace broke and while suffering a cold condo, we had workmen in the unit for hours fixing the problem. The workmen were very professional and courteous. I wish I could say the same about the property management company. We requested a partial refund for the cold night and haven't heard anything since. In fact, there was barely an apology when we checked out. We are very disappointed in the service we received.

Excellent Condo
Condo was perfect for our ski trip to Sun Valley. Very short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Ketchum and a quick drive to Bald Mountain. Aside from the heated floor not working in the master bath, we had no issues and the unit was in excellent condition. The private underground parking was a nice plus.

The condo was perfect. A couple minute drive to River Run parking lot. A two block walk to Leftys. Enjoyed the deck and the condo had all the amenities that we needed. Tasteful decor and comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent when we return. Only issue was the thermostat. Couldn't ever get the heat down past 70 and we are all cold temp sleepers.

The unit was very clean when we arrived and felt spacious for a 2 bedroom. The kitchen was large with plenty of counter space and the dual sinks and dual trash cans made it easy for 2 people to cook simultaneously. In fact we cooked almost all of our meals there and the kitchen was really well appointed with plenty of pots and pans, plates and silverware, and storage containers too. Even though it was a first-floor unit, the views of Bald Mountain from the living/dining area were fantastic. The location was great too, just a couple blocks from downtown Ketchum and there was a walking path right across the street that we could use to walk to River Run Lodge in about 12-15 minutes (about 2/3 of a mile).One of our favorite amenities was the underground garage parking. It snowed every day of our stay so it was incredibly convenient to have a nice dry place to load and unload and the elevator made it easy to get our bags up and down from the unit. It was also nice to have laundry available in the unit. Our only complaint was the heat and the fireplace. When we first arrived, the temperature was 62 degrees inside and when we tried to raise it nothing happened, and no air was coming out of the vents. The gas fireplace would not turn on either. The staff at Alpine Lodging were available on the after-hours line and sent someone out right away. The guy that came out was also very polite and professional and he was able to get the heat working after about 30 minutes. He came back the next day and got the fireplace working but unfortunately it would not turn on again the next day or for the rest of our stay.Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Ketchum is a wonderful destination, but this upscale spotless condominium with a view of the mountains made our stay even better.Its an easy walk to town where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. Want to take a relaxing walk, there is a nice easy trail along the river very close by. If you choose to stay in and cook the kitchen is very well stocked. Its Cozy sitting area with a fireplace made it perfect for our party of four. The parking is clean and secured. No stairs. There is an elevator that takes you from the garage up to your front door. When we return to Ketchum this is where we will want to come back to.

Nice Condo
This Condo was located in a great area. Close to everything! The onlytrouble we had was a check-in. They called to ask about our arrival time two weeks before. We showed up at 2 pm, as we mentioned. The place wasn't ready—no big deal. The front desk wasn't friendly from the start. Then we came back at 4 pm, and that was the guaranteed check-in time. The condo still wasn't ready. The front desk lady says we don't guarantee a check-in until 6 pm! I've never heard that one!! After a 5 hour drive, I expect to get into a condo at least by a 4 pm check in time and get settled. It was not a great start to a getaway.
