This property was a perfect fit for our family. The location is so close to the beach. We rented a golf cart which was perfect in getting around and parking. The pool, hot tub and beautiful backyard was perfect for our family with children ranging from 6 months to 8 years old.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Side Paradise so much. It was big enough to accommodate our family. There were enough spaces to spread out and the kids loved the back yard and pool. Access to the beach was perfect and it was a nice walk to restaurants and ice cream shops. We have already booked for next year.

We recently stayed at this property and really enjoyed the time together with family. Location was excellent…a short walk to the beach. The house provided plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and wagon for transport. The property was very clean. Our family really enjoyed the outside covered patio as well as the swimming pool, hot tub and putting green. Also plenty of towels and linen provided. The only issue was the kitchen pots and pans….need replacing. Surfaces were worn off with wear and unable to use for cooking. That was very disappointing for such a beautiful kitchen. Also it would have been helpful if there were instructions for using the TV controls as all cable companies are different. Also instructions for the dishwasher would have been helpful. We figured it out the day before we left and when we did the dishwasher didn’t sound right so we didn’t use it. Also disappointing considering the group we had staying there. The garbage didn’t work when we arrived and they fixed it promptly. The rooftop deck was amazing for sunsets!!!! Smokehouse BBQ (just across the driveway) had awesome food and drinks. Lots of places to walk to eat. Also the trolley stop was a bock away. Very convenient. All in all we really enjoyed it and would recommend. We love AMI.

This property is amazing. We have stayed at many properties in AMI and none compared to this. Every thing you need/want when staying with a big group this place has to offer. Also an easy walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation.

This house/vacation was perfection for our group of 13 ranging from 6 months to 60+. This house was well done and not cheaply furnished and had some nice upgrades. The beds were very comfortable, has its own ice machine which made filling coolers a breeze, and walk in showers were a bonus. There were a sufficient amount of bath towels and beach towels however lacked in wash cloths and had no kitchen wash cloths. We absolutely loved the outdoor living space. The chairs on rooftop are very comfy!

This house has it all!!!! My family of 12 had the most fabulous week. The house is completely stocked with everything!!! Can’t wait till next year!!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family - the rooms were great, bathrooms were huge, the house came with everything we needed for the beach. The outdoor space allowed us to relax all together while We were on vacation. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 10 had an amazing vacation staying at Beachside Paradise! There were so many areas for everyone to hang out. Some would be at the pool while others were in the living room, or on a separate balcony, or on the beach. Speaking of, the beach is just across the street and is *gorgeous!* The top deck/roof gave us great memories ending the evenings looking at the stars and feeling the night breeze. The house is large with multiple floors and a huge kitchen with everything you need to cook. The pool is lovely and the sitting area next to the pool is shaded and always had a breeze. Perfect for sipping coffee or watching the kids play in pool. We were impressed by all beach and pool gear that was provided, as well as cornhole, giant Jenga, and other games. I could go on and on about the house. We’ll be back!

Had my whole family there. Everything was perfect. So close to the beach and food. Hopefully we will come back next year PS the place was spotless!

This property is awesome! Beautiful, clean home that is close to everything you need. The beach is beautiful, just a walking distance across the street. The homes location is out of the hustle and bustle of the busy island yet very close to shops and grocery. We rented golf carts which made our week so much more fun and easier to get around and park. We had six of our grandchildren, two daughters, two son in laws, two friends, my husband and myself stay at this home. Not once did anybody complain of it being too small. The sitting area down by the pool is very nice and large. Good hang out area for the kids.

Our family of 13 ranged from 11 months to 62 years old. There was plenty of space for the group to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped, and the laundry facilities worked well. The outdoor space was perfect for my family. The pool and hot tub were clean and the water/beach toys available was a plus. We ate most of our meals outside under the covered area. Each night, the littles ones enjoyed watching a movie on the outdoor tv. I would highly recommend this rental. I was very impressed with the response time to any emails I sent asking about details of the facility.

This property has been one of thr best we have stayed at. We have been traveling to Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach at Christmas for 10 years now. This property has absolutely everything. No need to bring your own beach chairs, toys or wagon because this property provides it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. We loved sitting on the upper deck and watching the ocean. We have 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone as well as our adult children's girlfriends. Many memories were created on this vacation.

We had a great stay in Beach Side Paradise! The is layout great for larger groups (inside and outside). The house is contemporary but also beachy. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of necessities! The outdoor space was awesome as well. Plenty of "polywood" style seating along with a large sofa seating area and large TV. The pool and spa awas awesome. We loved the putting green and corn hole boards. The house is walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house! Our family had a blast.

Right across the street is the beach where we could relax and even rent aJetski nearby. They have plenty of chairs, Sandton, floats, even a nice beach cooler and wagon to get everything to the beach. Only 2 thing this place could use is outside lighting around the perimeter and putting green. (Could not figure out how to turn on lights there) Also a small bathroom on ground floor would make this house absolutely perfect. And it's pretty close (those are nitpicking needs). We have been to the island 7 times and this is the best place we have rented by far.

This house was very nice. Great location. Across the st from the beach and close to beach bars. Short walk on the beach to them. Love the putting greens in the backyard around the pool area. The few things we did call on were corrected immediately. Thanks for a great vacation.

Very nice place, great location, awesome views. Spent my 50th bday, 2.2.22, with family, we lucked out with the weather that week, 70s & 80s. Lots of dining nearby and trinket shopping. The pool was relaxing and warm. They provide a lot of toys and beach gear, i.e. floaties, chairs, coolers, a wagon, etc. The only critique I have is that a few towels had small stains and it didn't look like the pillow shams are washed often. Also, would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom given the price.
