Our group had such a great weekend at this property that we will no doubt be returning soon. Tracy was so easy to deal with and also quick and efficient. The property itself is undersold in the pictures. It has everything you need and more, is extremely well kept and has sufficient room for 8-10 people. It's modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to relax or entertain. Massive thanks to Tracy on this one and we'll be back soon.

Communication with Tracy was a breeze.

We have now stayed here for our summer holidays for the last 2 years and have to say this year was better than last! There were new beds ( comfy!! ) and as usual lots of towels and linen for use. The house was beautifully presented, very welcoming . The chickens this year were a great hit, we loved the fresh eggs daily, and ended up making cakes, pavlova and custard to keep up! We had a slight problem with a shower rail but 1 text to Craig resulted in him coming to fix it immediately on a Saturday. It was good to meet him Look forward to staying again

This house has everything you need for a family and friends get away. Kitchen has all the appliances and the beds are really comfy. Spacious living areas with seating for all. Only thing is the pool was hard to access- getting in and out was a bit tricky, so it went unused. Oh and one bedroom didn’t have curtains, so was very bright in the morning. All up would stay again, great location. Thanks! Wish I was there now...

We stayed for 6 nights early jan. When we walked in the house had a bad odour like no one had lived in the house for months. The house wasnt very clean i had to wipe all the benches vacum and mop clean both outside areas dead insects and spider webs everywhere in the house and out i have photos to prove what am i saying. I would have left straight away but we had kids that were excited to be near the beach so had to stick it out we checked out one night early. There is a house cat that is always crying outside the house all hours day and night which was very annoying and the cat obviously is allowed in the house because there was cat hair everywhere if we werw advised of this prior to booking i would not have booked. I was quiet hesitant in booking this place because there were no reviews but i had limited options so i am writing this review so other ppl know what to expect.
