We had 12 girls staying at the property and you can’t beat the location and having a pool. It was a quick walk to the beach or siesta key village. The property manager was very responsive via text and let us know when we could check in. The property was clean and we had no issues and it was appreciated 12 beach towels were provided.

We used this as homebase while visiting family in area for Christmas. The only drawbacks: rats, in trees, all over scared us into house on first evening. The door code didn't work on arrival. Since it was Christmas it wasn't a very quick response when you are standing in the pouring rain. But the keylock was clutch. And the maintenance crew came out first thing to fix. They were very responsive, and checked back in. The location of this place was phenomenal! Walking distance to everything!

Location was amazing. Owners thought of everything you need. Full kitchen, with everything you need, wagon and beach chairs, plenty of beach and bath towels. Very spacious with awesome pool and patio. We all loved vacationing here and can’t wait to come back.

It is a beautiful house in a perfect location!! Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach!! I loved the privacy of the pool surrounded by trees and a fence. The only problem we had with the whole stay was the front king bedroom gets pretty hot! But they had an extra box fan in the house so that helped. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Home was as expected with a nice pool. Good location within a few blocks of beach and two block from main strip. Only down part of our stay was that there were spring breakers next door that were pretty loud.

Great Location and very clean house. We had a 16 month old with us so I can’t say it was the best house for family with small kids due to no screen doors etc and no supplies for children. Also house only came with 3 beach chairs and no umbrella which made going to the beach alittle trying unless you wanted to rent everything. Though there were some disappointments we did love the siesta key area and will return to this amazing beach town.

I stayed here for my Bach weekend with my girlfriends. The house was beautiful and the location could not be beat! Overall a great time :)

We love Siesta Key. This property is very close to the village area that is very lively and busy. Great for those who want to go out to restaurants, party or hear live music. The house was very clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor TV was a bonus for music and watching football. Loved the outdoor games too. Covid prevents anything left in the cupboard for sharing, so spices, condiments, plastic wrap, alum foil, etc are non-existent. A bit more TP, dishwasher soap and other sundries would have been appreciated. Plastic food storage containers and ice cube trays would be a welcome addition. Most things for basic cooking are there. Very short walk to the beach. Overall a great house. Next time we will stay a little farther from town.

The house was beautiful and spacious! Walking distance from the beach and all local shops and restaurants. One block away from the grocery store. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Would totally recommend this house to family and friends!

We loved our stay! The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to everything, we barely used our rental car. Communication, checkin and check out was so smooth and easy! Everything is as listed. If you book this, you won’t be disappointed!

Everything was great, house was beautiful. The location was great for the grocery store, restaurants and beach. We did not need to drive. There was good communication with the property management. The only complaint would be the AC in the king bedroom at the front of the house did not work well. It was the hottest room, while the bedroom with bunkbeds was freezing cold.

Paradise in the middle of heaven!
We have been renting this house for over 11 years, so we knew the location was perfect! The updates To the house were beautiful, we loved it!

A couple of broken items - chair in the living room and one of the two chaise lounges by the pool. The house is tastefully decorated, clean, and well appointed. Two main TVs in the living room were difficult to operate - could not get basic cable. We liked the house - it would not take much to turn a four star rating to a five star.

The house was perfect for our party of 10, spacious and clean! We lived in the outside patio and the pool was perfect for the kids and adults. Everything was steps away. Beach access was around the block and the house is one street away from the village! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with super convenient access to the beach and amenities.
The bunk room was great for our kids. There are trundle beds under each bunk so that room can sleep up to 6 and has a private bath. The heated pool was set warm enough to swim after sunset, which is rare in rental homes from our previous experience. This house is super cute with beach themes in every room. This is located so close to the restaurants and grocery store, we ended up not using the car a single time in five days! Everything we could have needed is Within a few blocks, including the beach!

Winter getaway
Great winter getaway from the colder northern weather. Loved the house & pool, very clean and inviting. The location was excellent; very close to shops, restaurants & local entertainment. Beach just a short stroll, which was fantastic as well. Can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed this property and want to book it again! Easy access to the beach and shops.
We had a wonderful stay. The house is well thought out, modern and clean. Plenty of beds I think I counted 6 twins, two Kong’s and two queens. Plenty of bathrooms too. This is a very open and comfortable house with a nice pool.
