We really enjoyed our two weeks holiday in Cannes. We have everything we needed in the appartment. All communication, check in and check out worked perfectly and Mme Bona as well as Michelle were always helpful. Champagne, beer and watter in the fridge were warm welcome we received upon our arrival. Thank you Michelle!

A beautiful property. Well maintained. Comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. Everything spotlessly clean and very helpful house keeper. I would like to praise Madame Bona for her thoughtfulness and keeping our apartment spick and span. She is wonderful.

Der Ausblick aufs Mees ist unbeschreiblich...
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit einem wunderschönem Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Garage ist auch verfügbar. An diese Stelle möchte ich mich bei der Frau Hodac u. Frau Bona für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bedanken😘.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage
Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Grosse Wohn- und Schlafräume. Perfekt für 4 Personen. Man kann in der Küche super kochen! Meine Frau und ich waren 6 Wochen da und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Frau Bona (Nachbarin) ist zuständig für den Check-In etc. und war extrem nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Man ist mit dem Velo in 3-5 Minuten in der Stadt. Perfekt auch zum Joggen und Sparziergänge.

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans l'appartement fabuleux de Mme Hodac. Il est très joliment décoré, il dispose d'une vue mer incroyable face aux îles de Lerins, à 20 mn à pied de la Croisette, très bien équipé, très bonne literie, prestations de haute qualité. Un accueil vraiment très agréable, avec Mme Hodac et son assistante Mme Bona, que nous remercions vivement pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité. Tout est entrepris pour nous satisfaire, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour au San Régis.

Quelle vue exceptionnelle sur l'île Saint Marguerite en face de Cannes , incroyable juste en face .
L'appartement très joliment décoré , ne manquant de rien laisse l' impression d' être à la maison .
La propriétaire et son assistante seront à votre disposition pour vous conseiller , vous aider avec une gentillesse parfaite .
Un seul regret ne pas être resté plus longtemps .
Vraiment une envie de revenir vite

A very pleasant experience in a well appointed apartment although it is probably in need of some renovation. Mdme Bona was very helpful and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and 2 bottles of beer which was a very pleasant gesture

Excellent apartment and beautiful Time at Cannes.
I was with my family, and this was the best holiday I’ve ever been on. Beautiful apartment, and very beautiful area. Mme Bonna welcomed us very nicely. The beach is 5 minutes away from the apartment and small shops.

Il est bien équipé , l’emplacement très bon si on veut pas être au centre de la ville néanmoins l’appartement a besoin d’entretien.

Great Place
We came to Cannes for the 2019 Cannes Film Festival and Ms. Hodac's place was a perfect place for us to stay. It was about a 40-minute walk to the Palais and a 10-minute bus ride (although we didn't discover the bus until too late!). It was generally about a 12-Euro cab ride. The place was comfortable, clean and easy. For people wanting to back and forth multiple times a day it is not ideal, but if you wish a spot to call home that is quiet and clean (with a beautiful view!) and that you can come back to at night, this is it.

Ferieboligen var som beskrevet i annoncen. Alt var tilgængeligt mht.køkkengrej og diverse husholdningsmaskiner (dog var elovnen i køkkenet ude af kontrol.)Stue og soveværelser og bad og toilet ideel.
Det eneste minus var den meget meget støj fra trafikken af biler og motorcykler samt tog når man opholdt sig på terrassen, som man for det meste gjorde når man var hjemme, Ørepropper anbefales.
Jeg synes måske også at der var for mange personlige sager i skuffer og skabe samt nipsting i lejligheden,

We spend and enjoyed our vacations in this nice and spacious appartment. It was clean, towels and bedclothes were ready for use. The appartment has a breathtaking view on the bay of cannes. A private garage for the car is included, its in the basement of the house. It takes only a few minutes to get into the towncenter of cannes or to the beaches. A bakershop for breakfast shopping is also a few minutes away. Nice is about 40 mins away, Monaco an hour.

My Luxury Cannes Holiday
I highly recommend this beautiful, spacious and luxury apartment - a week is barely long enough and we didn't want to leave. It has a superb setting and much of our time was spent on the large terrace overlooking the sea and wonderful views of Cannes. The 1 Euro bus ride takes you east to Juan les Pins or Antibes or into the centre of Cannes, you can also enjoy a pleasant walk into down town Cannes, a lot of it by the sea.

Lovely spacious flat in Cannes
I highly recommend this flat as it is bright, spacious and decorated with taste. It is really pleasant to be a nice flat rather than to stay in a hotel. The view on the bay is wonderfull especially in the morning for the breakfast. The block is really quiet and ideal for families with children. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location in Cannes; the centre, the croisette and the beach are reachabable by few minutes walk. The French Riviera is also worth the visit from tehre. The owners are such lovely people, very kind and always accommodating for us. My spouse and I will definitly be back.
