The property was awesome! Had one issue where water came in after a hard rain, but Upper Key and the owner were quick to respond. Overall we had a great week. Would recommend more trash cans on the upper level and a bigger one around the pool area.

This was our second year staying at this home and we consider it our home for a week and treat it as such. Our family of 9 stayed this year. The home is so large and spread out we never felt crowded. The game room is a favorite of our grandkids and the pool is a favorite of all of us. We cooked most meals at home and happy there is a Winn Dixie close. We rode bikes and walked and appreciate that this home is in a neighborhood. We fished from the sandy yard, watched dolphins, manatees, and "Marsha", the resident croc (not sure how the kids came up with the name). I could go on about how much we enjoyed our stay but I believe the title says it all. We love this home and location so much we already rented for next year.

I’m always looking for a perfect vacation spot for our grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren. This “Sanctuary” was phenomenal. Loved the beautiful home, the layout, attention to guest amenities and location location location!! We enjoyed every inch of this beautiful property. We have all agreed that it was the best spot we’ve ever vacationed in. I own a lakefront Vrbo property and have a very high standard. This place has exceeded all of my expectations and more. The proximity to the grocery store, beaches and restaurants was super easy and convenient. To any future visitors, I would hope that you would take the upmost care of this beautiful home and treasure the fact that this is truly a phenomenal home that the gracious owner has so generously shared with families to create an amazing and perfect vacation. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity and the memories we will forever cherish.

This was the 2nd stay for our family! We had a fantastic time again and hope to do it again in 2024. Caught fish off the dock again and the guys caught fish out in the boat. The management team was great to work with! Thank you Matthew and Julie!!

Had a really good time at this lovely property. Hit Costco on our way down from the airport and made the most of the kitchen and multiple dining areas. Got a glimpse of 2 manatees on our last day. It was everything we hoped it would be!

It is the lap of luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and barely left the house! Our Florida keys staycation. The manatees greeted us and dolphins sent us off. Fantastic place.

Nice, quiet large home with plenty of room and amenities.

It met all our expectations. It was clean, had everything you would need for a week stay. Only thing that was a let down was the hot tub was on a timer and not able to be used when you wanted to.

Upon arrival it was everything we expected. Very spacious, beautiful view, plenty of space for 7 adults and lots of amenities. We were able to enjoy family card games at the large table as well as eating breakfast at the large island together. It does need some updating though. The sliding doors didn't work very well, if at all. It could use a new set of curtains throughout. The unused hottub in the master was a little creepy. When it rained hard one night, water rin in those windows. Although it was supplied with many amenities, most of the bathrooms only had 1 roll of TP. We thought for such a nice place , that could have been supplied. While the pool was very nice, we were unable to use the spa, except a couple mornings when it seemed to work. It was not hot at all and only occasionally warmer than the pool itself. There also weren't any instructions on running it. I reached out to the property manager and was told the owner would look at it. I was told it looked fine but asked again how it ran and why it wasn't hot, with no response back. In the initial listing, it says it's in Islamorada, but upon booking it it is in Tavernier, which is about 1/2 hour farther north than we thought. Only was a problem on the day we went to Key West, as it was a 4 hr rou d trip as opposed to the 3 hrs we thought it might be. But Tavernier had some wonderful places to eat, within 5 to 20 mins. Overall our stay here was very nice and would recommend it to other large gatherings. But some updates would go a long way.

Our stay at this property did not disappoint in any way. It was big clean and had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this rental property to anyone with a family looking for a nice place to stay. Thank you property owner for sharing your home with others. Michelle

Stayed here for my 50th Birthday. The house had everything we needed for 10 people.

We had a lovely week and were very surprised by the property which was better even than the photos suggested. Perfect place for a large gathering and great communication with the property manager. Would love to stay here again.

Extremely spacious house, lots of parking for cars and boat trailers, perfect outside area for dinner gathering and swimming and sunning by the pool. Definitely would rent this house again!

This was our second time staying at this house and it is perfect every single time. The location accommodations in the space is perfect for any size family. The pool, hot tub, and access to the waterways make it even better. We will be back.

We had 10 family members enjoying this great location! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, lots of fishing off the deck and enjoying all kinds of wild life. Manatees, an alligator, horseshoe crabs at the shoreline, iguanas, etc. The game room was so much fun and the sunsets from the rooftop deck beautiful!! Highly recommend this lovely house with so many extras.

This house is everything it said and more. The teens were kept busy with the pool and gameroom. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room. Very open and spacious. We will definitely be going back. We had everything we needed and then some. It was a beautiful stay and I would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about this home—it was beyond fantastic. We had a family group of nine and the home is so well laid out we never felt crowded. First and most important, the home was immaculate. And spacious. The kitchen and great room are in the center with two bedrooms and baths on either side of the main living space; the master suite is upstairs with a private balcony and sauna. The bedrooms were spacious, the king sized beds were very comfortable, and everyone had enough closet and drawer space. The kids enjoyed the downstairs game room and we all enjoyed the large sized pool and hot tub. We fished from the dock and sandy beach and caught quite a number of catch and release fish. A croc visited most evenings from across the channel, we saw manatees every day, and enjoyed the company of the largest lobster we’d seen (I hope he lives a good long life; he deserves it!). The kitchen was well stocked with cook and bake ware, the refrigerator was huge, and we really loved the continuous flow of ice. I have to say that ice maker was probably tops on our list of favorite kitchen features! Both the dining room table and the outdoor table on the deck had ample seating for our entire group. We liked that this home is in a neighborhood and we were able to bike to a convenience store and get gas without going on Rt 1. We appreciate and respect that we are using someone else’s home and whenever we stay in a rental home we treat it as our own and make sure the home looks the same the day we leave as the day we arrive. We met the couple who came to clean and sanitize the home and they were so nice and friendly. The top review I can give this home is that we loved it so much we already booked for the same week next year!

For example, there were multiple coffee makers (both Keurig and pot), kitchen staples, and fun items like large spout gatorade pitchers (the kids loved this)! But honestly, if youre taking a boat to this home, the best amenity is the commercial ice cooler. This was priceless. Never had to "run to the gas station to buy ice". Game changer for the lovers of boating and fishing. My personal favorite amenity - the sauna. Nothing like an incredible detox every morning to get your day going! The pool and hot tub were obviously a favorite of the kids. I must mention that the majority of the group agreed the kitchen refrigerator made the trip. Last year, we stayed at a home with a small fridge and had to go to the grocery store everyday-------NOT this year. We made ONE shopping trip. Between the kitchen fridge and the outside smaller cooler, we were set for the week. We had plenty of towels, beach towels, sheets and blankets. If you want to work out/run while you're here, there is a great shaded path along the road by the high school. Not nearly as hot as the frontage road. I can't wait to return next year! Honestly, I could go on and on, but I think you get the point - A+ home for us! We loved this property so much, we cared for it as we would our own home:)

Enjoyed the open space this home has. It was clean and bright. The newer appliances were nice. House had a fun1990's vibe. Our family would return.

We really only have on complaint. The toilet seat was broken and thank goodness there were other bathroom. Could not get any help from the property management company. Other then that we enjoyed the stay . Lots of amenities for the family . Well furnished .

We had such a great time with our kids and grandkids and some friends. We have decided this will be our go to vacation!! Beautiful!! Caught fish right off of the dock and grandpa fried them up right there. Kids loved the pool and beach area! Loved d the hot tub too! We’ll be back!!

Beautiful location and plenty of space

Our experience was very good. We were able to enjoy our time together with family from many corners of the country. We did have problems with the bedroom televisions, but most of our time was spent in the pool and hot tub!

House had everything you needed to enjoy the property, view is spectacular with the early morning hours especially tranquil. Jacuzzi was on a timer and only functional part of the day but with bikes and kayaks provided there was plenty of activities to keep you busy if you so choose.

Because were all over at Christmas, the idea was to find someplace warm to have a family get together. Found the Woods Ave house with all these things to do on property and got agreement from all seven of us. Arrived on a Saturday having received all needed info to check in the week before. Got to the house at 3:00 as the cleaners were finishing up - the place was immaculate!! The master bedroom was HUGE with a marvelous shower and a sauna that we tried a sweated in. The pool was warm! Not Sun heated but actually warm! The game room kept the kids busy and we rented a boat we docked right at the house (Key West boat rentals, good guys, fair price). The kitchen is well furnished (with a Keurig and Mr. Coffee) so meals were easy, (though recommend going to Marker 88 restaurant. Great food!). Everyone commented on the industrial sized refrigerator! We stayed a week and enjoyed relaxing here the entire time. Worst part was leaving and getting off the plane to 30 degrees.

Enjoyable

Such a beautiful home and area. Quiet and secluded at end of the road. Saw Manatees at our dock almost daily. Watched crocodiles swim across the water area too! They didn’t bother us, stayed in their own spots. We were so surprised by the sandy beach house j our backyard. Our dog loved to roll in the warm sand. Gorgeous views from the master suite and porches and breezes everywhere! Would recommend this home to anyone! They had many items for us to use, I.e., games, pool toys, kayaks, bikes, even spices and laundry detergent. So nice.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Plenty to do for everyone. The manatee even visited us a few times!
