Sur les toits de Dijon, un ptit appart vraiment plein de charme, à 2 pas de tout, et super équipé. Rien à critiquer, on y retournera, c'est sur!!

L'alloggio è affascinante: una mansarda a pochi passi dal centro della città, con le travi del tetto in vista e la vista sui tetti degli edifici vicini. Davanti c'è un parcheggio (Condorcet) comodo e dai prezzi davvero contenuti (€ 7,80 per 24 ore con possibilità di fare il biglietto per più giorni). E' ideale per 2 persone. In 4 bisogna aprire il divano letto e quindi spostare il tavolino e metterlo davanti ad armadio e cassettiera (il lettino per bambini da campeggio e il seggiolone non aiutano: li metterei solo su richiesta degli ospiti), rendendone l'uso praticamente impossibile. Metterei anche del sapone liquido di riserva a disposizione (quello che c'era era già stato abbondantemente diluito). Quando abbiamo lasciato l'alloggio e riordinato il divano letto, abbiamo trovato una mutanda dimenticata da chissà chi. Riterrei opportuno inoltre controllare meglio l'interno dei mobili della cucina: briciole nei cassetti e bottiglie vuote abbandonate da altri non fanno buona impressione.

Appartement petit mais confortable. Bien que nous ayons un peu souffert de la chaleur (ancienne construction, sous les toits). Idéal pour un court séjour en famille (Nous étions 4: 2 adultes enfants de 7 et 10 ans) Très bien situé : Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking juste à côté (7,8€ les 24 h), puis nous avons tout fait à pieds. Isabelle est très accueillante et disponible.

Meme avec 4 personnel on etait bien. De bons lits!

Eine herrlich kuschelige kleine Dachgeschosswohnung mit Kopfnussgefahr für große Menschen. Aber die war es wert. Isabelle war eine freundliche unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Très bon accueil de Mme Orcel. L'appartement est très bien situé, calme et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié le charme de l'ancien dans ce studio et la proximité du centre historique.

nous avons passe une tres bonne nuit dans ce charmant appartement vraiment tres proche du centre historique de Dijon ce qui nous aura permis de decouvrir cette ville malgres le peu de temps ou nous y restions. l'appartement est petit mais suffisant pour une petite famille. nous y avons passe un bon sejour et le prix de location est honnete nous gardons l'adresse pour un eventuel retour sur place

We were met at the front door by Isabele who let my family in and up a few flights of stairs to a very quaint studio apartment with a double bed and a double sofa bed, we were only staying the night but we found the studio very comfortable and clean with lots of homley features and all the utensils you would need to cook, i recommend this apartment and its easy access to the centre of town with parking over the street which was very reasonable. This is a perfect tiny apartment in Dijon. Madame Orcel was kind, helpful, and the apartment was adorable. Perfect for couple or two friends traveling. Dijon is beautiful and this apartment is in the quieter part but still walking distance to all the sites. We were on a tight budget and this apartment was perfect. It exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this place and I can't wait to go back.

My husband, daughter and I loved this quiet and charming little flat during our recent 2 night stay in Dijon! The flat is small -- a single large room with a kitchenette and bath, really -- but it was a nice size, and quite functional, for three adults (our daughter slept on the convenient fold-away type couch, while my husband and I used the comfortable queen size bed -- the foldaway bed could have accommodated two children easily). Plus, we loved the quaint and fun decor (which children would also love, as there are interesting toys and special pieces throughout). I personally loved the heavy wooden beams (but as others have said, they do hang low enough for taller persons to bump their heads if they aren't careful). As others have also said, there are stairs to climb to get to the flat, but it's only about 2 floors of very comfortably paced spiral stairs -- quite easy unless stairs are just not doable for you. The flat is well equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linens, kitchen utensils of all sorts, and all other things needed and expected. Dijon is a very walkable city, so we were literally able to walk to and from the flat to the train station, as well as into the more travelled streets, including Dijon's "Owl Trail", that takes you on a path through the city to see all of the relevant and interesting buildings and details of the city. We also chose to do a full day wine tasting tour leaving from Dijon and, again, we were a quick walking distance to the meeting point. Very convenient!! Just around the corner from food and drinks, as well as some retail shops, as well. Isabelle was very helpful and accommodating as our hostess for our two days, and was responsive when needed. We highly recommend!

Très bon séjour dans ce joli studio douillet. À deux pas de tout ce qu'il faut voir dans cette très agréable ville de Dijon. Merci à Isabelle Orcel pour sa communication. Il faut juste ajouter des lampes près du lit et du canapé pour ceux qui aiment lire le soir.

This studio apartment was charming and very neat. The owner was lovely and easy to work with. Although perfect for my daughter and I (who are both 5'7"), I wouldn't recommend it for taller people or people who have problems with stairs but other than that it was nice!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 grown granddaughters. We had a delightful visit. Isobelle had provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was charming. There was a spiral staircase, so it wouldn't be appropriate for people having difficulty with stairs. For us, it was fantastic!

This was a charming little apartment. We had 4 adults in our party. Two slept on a double bed and two on the futon. Isobelle had provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. She had a little kitchenette with all the necessary equipment for cooking our own meals. It's close to a tram, so you can travel anywhere easily. It wouldn't be suitable for people who have problems climbing stairs, but other than that, it was perfect!

It was very nice to stay at this apartment. We stayed with three people, it was very comfortable. Close to everything in Dijon city centre and easy to park (in front of the parking garage, note that it closes on sunday). The owner is very nice and kind. Highly recommended!
