The pictures really don’t do this place justice. It’s quiet, calm and tranquil. Perfect to get away and relax.

Lovely cabins in a quiet, relaxing area. Having the guest house was very convenient for our family. Absolutely beautiful property. Very accommodating host, would definitely book again!

This was a beautiful cabin that was perfect for sour whole family with two dogs! An amazing pond behind the cabin with frogs which we had fun trying to catch. Took a walk around the pond everyday. Went down into town where we enjoyed food from Frankeez and Rizzos. Ellicotville is just a short 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back again!

My kids didnt want to leave it was beautiful scenery and peaceful. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property. Pond, fire pit and cabin were great- well maintained. The bedroom in the additional cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely property. 4 acres were great for privacy and room for dogs.

The cabin and surroundings were perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy life. Did the short drive to Ellicottville for dinner. Were able to let our pups swim and explore freely which we love. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue was satellite dish TV box in guest house could not get a signal. By the way the guest house was as beautiful as the main house. Cannot wait to book again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this cabin - waking up in the morning to that pond view with the crackle of the wood stove was everything we wanted and more! Information to get here was clear and helpful. Taking a walk around the pond with our dog in the morning was a treat. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property, so I can honestly say that I recommend it - if you're looking for a rustic setting/experience. The cabins and furnishings are nice but not fancy, and being true cabins, they can be a little cold in the winter - especially the floors. That is fine with us however since we're there for a ski weekend and wear warm clothes anyway. The setting is scenic, back in the trees beside a pond, and the location is near the end of a dead-end road so there's no traffic noise. The owner was very responsive to requests. The driveway is probably 200 yards long and has a slight downgrade as you go toward the cabin. If the snow gets packed down to ice (which has happened to us every trip) it can be hard to get enough traction to get out. However, when I contacted the owner, they quickly sent someone out to sand and salt the driveway and we were able to get in and out without trouble after that. The trip to Holiday Valley is not too long, between 20 and 30 minutes depending on road conditions. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our families second time staying at the cabin. Ours sons love playing on the property. Location is convenient to Ellicottville, as well as some great state parks for hiking (Letchworth, Allegheny., Rock City). Will definitely be back.

Everyone LOVED their experience at these cabins. We came as a family with ages ranging from 4 to 68, and it was cozy, safe, clean as a whistle, and fun. The kids ran wild outside, and the grown ups relaxed. We want to come back every year!
