The Wellington is in a great location at Peddlers Pavilion plenty of activity, live music, great snack shop, and shops. Short walk down the beach or catch the tram and you’ll be there in a zip. Our family also loves that it’s so close to Rosemary Beach and all the activity over there.

The property was great! Super comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, a few amenities to support you until you grocery shop (coffee, laundry/dish detergent, soaps, etc.). The bathrooms come with blow dryers and plenty of bath towels, and previous tenants left behind some beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The property manager was super communicative and location is premier. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. It had just enough space. Well decorated. Comfortable beds. The A/C worked well. Not too far from the elevator. This is our second time to the area. The restaurants downstairs from the condo were soo good! We love rosemary beach shopping area too! There is a tram to take you to the beach. I just wish it started running earlier. I usually love to see sunrise at the beach but didn’t have the opportunity to do so this time.
Couple things about the property- it’s summer so bugs are naturally an issue. We saw more roaches than we cared to see on vacation. We hope the property takes more definitive measures to get rid of them. (More than the roach motels.) Also, the room with the bunk beds is in the front of the condo right next to the door. The window treatments are relatively sheer. We have a toddler and had a video monitor but the set up did not make us feel 100% comfortable.
We did love that so many helpful beach items came in the closet! We will be back but in a condo with different set up for our family.

Everything was great except the air stayed on 78 the whole time. We did report it on the day before we left and the last night was cool. Part of this was our fault for not reporting sooner. We just thought it was because it was so hot outside.

The unit is well-appointed and nice. There were a couple of maintenance issues that we reported during our stay and the property manager was quick to respond.

It was a nice property and a great location. There were several things that needed to be repaired before we arrived that could have made our stay 5 stars. The dryer was broken. The fan in the master bedroom made a horribly loud noise. There were no pots and pans to cook with. Many of the electrical outlets were not receiving power and our phones would be dead in the morning. The cover on the trundle bed was terribly dirty and stained. Otherwise it was a nice property.

Several times every day during our stay one of the smoke alarms would emit a very loud high pitched noise. We reported this to the property manager the first day and several other times. The property management sent out one person who said he “didn’t know how to fix the problem”. This loud sound awakened us on our last night from 12:30 am - 1:30 am. All I can say to anyone who considers renting this place is beware. If the issue we experienced arises or another problem, don’t expect the property management to fix it.

We loved the condo, great location to everything. 2 opportunities inside: the owners suite door would not stay shut or locked and the fan was rather loud. Otherwise, great place to stay and we would definitely book it again!

Overall the place was clean, roomy and close to all attractions like the beach and RoseMary shopping area. Rooms were big enough for 7 people but the living area fits 3 maybe 4 comfortably. Could use more seating area. The washer and dryer took forever to use. Wireless is good for one person outside of that it works 50% of the time and cell signal up and down in the area. Few furniture pieces need to be tighten as the dining table shakes. All in all would stay here again. 👍

Great stay with 30A Vacay!
Everything went super smoothly with the 30A Vacay team. They have specific business hours and are more responsive by phone than email, so I recommend calling if you need anything.

NYE weekend trip
Unit was clean and met our needs. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we went. My only suggestion would be to replace the chairs in the den with more comfortable chairs.

Convenient property
My overall experience was good at this property. The condo is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, attractions, and beaches. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The cleanliness of the property is my only complaint. When we arrived there was still dirt on the rugs. There was a strong smell coming from the garbage disposal. The kitchen appliances had fingerprints and food on them. There were handprints on the sliding glass door. We also couldn’t leave anything out on the kitchen counter because there was an infestation of ants coming from the dishwasher.

Scammed and lied to
We stayed here on our Honeymoon and wanted to be able to give a really high review. After we checked out, we received a charge and accusations that we damaged property in a room that we never used. Speaking witt the manager was not productive. While the location was great and the room was clean, it doesn't matter when the management is able to lie and charge you. This experience has left us frustrated and angry during a time that we should be celebrating.

Excellent Property!!
Me, my husband, teen daughter and her friend stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfection! The condo was very clean and exactly as pictures showed it to be. Perfect set up with master suite at one end and other 2 bedrooms and bathroom were on the other end of the condo. Great for travelling with older children. The location could not be better!!! Very safe and walking distance to everything! Highly recommend this property!!!

Great location and property
The property was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay, however there were a couple of disappointments. The number of children and teens was overwhelming at times. They rode on bikes around the property and the vicinity in groups blocking entrances/exits, causing a bit of havoc at times. We could hear them from inside our unit with the windows closed late at night. The other disappointment was the amount of beach access that is nearby is extremely limited for the amount of people eligible to access it. After one time there we decided to drive to to public beach access location.

Great condo
We enjoyed our stay in the condo-everything was clean and modern. Great access to the restaurants at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach; however, if you're looking for a relaxing stay on the beach, this isn't your place. The (small strip) of beach were were allowed to enjoy was OVERCROWDED with the Dolce Vita beach service (umbrella and lounge chairs). They were atleast 4 rows deep. There was literally NO room to set up to enjoy the beach. You share access with the condos right on the beach. One day it came a torrential downpour and Security for this condo wouldn't even let my son and I stand by the building to get out of the weather. We were very let down by the beach. Being that this was our only vacation all summer, it was very disappointing to say the least. We weren't told there would be a beach service taking up the whole strip of beach where we were allowed to enjoy. We will probably not book this rental again.

In the time we were there, no work was done on roof...scaffolding everywhere....

Overall enjoyed stay!
Overall, we had a great time at this property. It was right in the center of the shops, so it was easy to get pick up since we didn’t want to go out because of covid. It was a quick walk to the beach (8 min) and was a great place with being on a budget with 3 couples. We were also able to make dinners each night which was nice and used the umbrella at the beach as well. We also got bath towels which was nice, but make sure to bring beach/pool towels!
Only cons were:
-washer and dryer didn’t work (reviews basically explained this prior to this one - our clothes ended up smellier and so soaked because it wouldn’t spin and drain and dryer didn’t dry well).
- we weren’t provided any hand soap for bathrooms or any body wash/soap which was strange given we are in the middle of a pandemic.
- we were only given two rolls total of toilet paper for three nights for 6 people, which barely lasted one day. We only were given one trash bag that barely lasted a day as well
- beach chairs were so old and broken we couldn’t even use or they would just break in half.
- pool code they gave us didn’t work, so other people had to give us the code who were already in the pool
Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone on a budget but wanting to get away from the madness of the pandemic.

Center of everything
Property was nice. Couple items that need to be address. Front door sometimes got caught on the plastic corner protector outside. Clothes in the washer needed to always be drained and spun a 2nd time because they were too wet during a normal wash. Washer and Dryer capacity was a bit small. Consider purchasing larger capacity washer and dryers. Tv in bunkbed room worked, but could not figure out how to watch any channels. Consider putting a smart TV to allow people to sign into subscription sites like HULU, Netflix, Disney+, etc. The location was perfect. Could walk to both Rosemary and Alys for shopping and eating. Wife said the pool code that was given to us did not work and we had to just follow someone into the pool area. Only used the pool once so we did not bother to contact to get correct code. Overall, it was a great condo and would have no problem renting it again.

Perfect location!
Our stay was amazing. Everything was clean and the location was great! We were in walking or biking distance of everywhere we went. The beach was very nice and the bike rental shop was just downstairs along with other great restaurants and shops! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Great Stay!
We enjoyed our stay at The Wellington, even though we arrived the same night as Cristobal, the tropical storm. ;)
This condo overlooks 30a and has plenty of fun surroundings including shops, restaurants, bikes and such.
Because of COVID and the storm, the tide was up, the private area of the beach was packed, as well as in a time schedule/rotation. We ended up driving down to Inlet Beach (public), which was way more spacious and quite pleasant.
The condo was clean, cozy and creatively decorated. The family area was on the smaller side, but not much anyone can do about that.
Also, there was a plethora of middle and high school kids running around the whole area in packs until after midnight in some cases. I think that’s pretty normal there, but they seemed to multiply.
All in all, our stay was delightful.
