Great choice for us Northerners to stay and visit with Charleston family. Everything was as described in listing. Cynthia was very quick in responding to all my questions ahead of the trip. We had no issues while we were there and would definitely stay there again, hopefully for a longer visit. Seabrook is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your place.

This rental was perfect for the 4 of us. I am very picky about a place being clean and this place was clean! The kitchen was a great size and we loved sitting on the deck and playing games in the evening. The location across from the clubhouse was awesome. We paid for the extra amenity card to have pool access by the beach along with access to the beach club. I would recommend doing this. We hope to go back soon. The other reviews are spot on - this place is 5 stars! Clean, loved the location, communication was excellent, kitchen was well stocked, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Its proximity to the ocean, the pool across the road and the fine stores and restaurants at Bohicket Marina, and Freshfields Village - perfect! The only glitch was with the amenity's office. You need to pay a small fee for the use of the pool. We were told the fee was for sets of 3 days. We found out on our second week, that that was for the use of the INdoor pool, and exercise equipment. Actually, the small fee for the use of the awesome OUTdoor pool is refunded at the end of your stay. You'll love it here!

Check-in process was very easy, property was clean and in a good location, and communication with the owner was very good. We especially liked riding bikes to and on the beach and to Freshfields. Beautiful area!

We loved our stay here! Spotlessly clean and the best equipped kitchen ever! The location was perfect where we could walk to Lake House and Freshfields with ease. Would highly recommend!

This trip is what we both wanted just time to unwind and relax. The condo was clean and accommodated us both very well. The location was easy to get to and the environment was safe for a mom with a 15 year old daughter. Loved the beach

“Perfect” is what describes our long weekend at Seabrook! Our rental was decorated beautifully and was furnished with every item you might need on your stay. The entire unit was very, very clean (so important during these crazy times!). The owner was very quick to respond to questions I had. Like I already said, perfect weekend! We can’t wait to go back!

We loved every minute of this vaca! The quick drive to the beach was so beautiful. The beach was beautiful! The condo was very clean. Our host was very quick with communication. We have absolutely no complaints! We really hope to find time in our schedule next summer to book this again!

We had a great experience staying on Seabrook Island. The villa was bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the pools, riding bikes, and the beaches. We also immersed ourselves in the surrounding community and Charleston’s rich culture.

This property was a nice find for us using VBRO. The owner, Cynthiana, was very responsive and provided answers and insights to our inquiries and questions. The Villa was nice and clean and provided us with a great, relaxing vacation. The covered parking was a nice add as well. While the Villa’s location did require a few minutes drive to the beach access points, we found it to be still somewhat convenient. The Seabrook Island is a vacation destination we are sure to return to in the future.

We had a great week and I highly recommend this property. We plan to come back next year.

We loved the home. It was super clean and exactly what described in the listing. The location of the property was perfect for us…. Just a short drive to the Beach Club.

Plenty of places to eat, condo was clean and plenty of room for family, and had a pool. Beach was very quiet! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet family vacation. Charleston was also a quick 30 minute drive away.

This was a great spot for our group in town for the golf tournament in Kiawah. Comfortably fit 6 and was bigger than I expected. Would definitely stay again!

We had the best time during our mini getaway. The home was perfect. Very clean(which I am extremely picky). Beds were very comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the condo since we were at the pool/beach most of the time but if you’re looking for a clean place to lay your head this place is perfect!

Had a good time enjoying everything we could even thu the water was not that great just remember to leave at least an hour before u need to get into the city the house was beautiful & cleaned & everything u need

From the moment we made our reservation to my last email to the owner, communication was great and she always responded quickly. Once we received our Visitors pass at the gate, we proceeded to the condo- with a combination to the lock box given to us several days prior to our trip there was no bother needed for check-in. We found the condo to be extremely clean & at a time like this, with so many health concerns - we are picky when it comes to cleanliness! The deck & screened-in porch are larger than they appear in the pictures & also directly face the tennis courts - so we had our morning coffee as we watched a tennis match. We were on Seabrook for a wedding and the condo is only about 8 minutes by car to the Island House & Club. We had adults and a teenager staying in the condo - the teenager slept on the sofa bed. Plenty of linens, towels and etc. I would love to come back to stay when the weather is a little warmer & can enjoy the pools & beach - condo location is great & very peaceful! Seabrook Island is gorgeous!

Great place for a fun getaway!!!

There were major repairs that almost the entire stay.We had contact the Owner about things that needed to be repair or fix.My and I was a Lil disappointed in that.We sure not have been the person to have to report repairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated how easy the booking process and communication was from start to finish!

Seabrook Island is a beautiful, quiet beach vacation (beaches are easy to socially distance), and this is the best place to stay! Cynthia always responded within 24 hours to all of my questions. The home was spotless, beds were comfy, kitchen was extremely well equipped, and we loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. We rented bikes from Alligator Bikes and they were super to deal with and responsive to their after hours text number. We didn't use the Lake House across the street because we went to the beach every day (we liked boardwalk 1 because there weren't any steps for our wagon but when we did have steps on other boardwalks we easily managed, boardwalks are long so wagons are a wonderful tool). Seabrook will be our first choice for a beach vacation and we hope to stay at Cynthia's again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Seabrook. The unit was well furnished, comfortable and really accommodated my family of 4. Hosts were great and made extra effort to make us comfortable. One item to note. The unit is really close to the gym, tennis court and outdoor pools. However, its a good distance to the beach as there tends to be a lot of cars on the main road. This was often frustrating as we made many trips to the beach club everyday.

This rental is amazing, so great we have stayed twice and will be back again. Always immaculately clean! Great location!

This property was great! The gated community made us feel extra safe and the property was super clean. The location was close to Charleston, which was an added benefit. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was as advertised. It was perfect for us, we had 2 couples and it provides plenty of room and privacy for each of us. It was clean, comfortable and the location is great out there on Seabrook Island. Not far from the beautiful sandy beach! We will be back Charleston, we had alot of fun, thank you Cynthia for providing such a nice place for us! Kent, Rochester, Mn.

For fall break, we wanted a little getaway we could drive to from Ky. This slice of heaven was just what we needed. I hated to leave! The condo was conveniently located just past the gatehouse. It backs up to tennis courts, which we loved. It has both a deck and screened in patio, so we could watch the matches when they played. There's a swimming pool (3 minute walk away) that was pretty much private, had to use an included card key. Covered parking with a hose to rinse off beach sand is located at street level. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and VERY clean! There's all kinds of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, etc if you want to cook a fancy meal. Beds were very comfy, each bedroom had a balcony--too cute! Bathrooms were all equipped with plenty of nice towels and washcloths. TVs were in each bedroom plus the living room. Beach access was available about 5 minute drive away from 5 or 6 boardwalks. We liked #4 best although #1 was the only one that had a rinsing station. We saw a pod of dolphins twice, crabs, live sand dollars, and tons of birds. After checking the Seabrook Island blog, we saw the community was having a bonfire one night. They were so welcoming despite us being visitors! We saw many deer playing in the yards and green spaces on our way there--please be mindful when driving in the dark. If you want to play tennis or swim in the beachfront or club pools, you need to stop at the amenity building outside the gatehouse and get an amenity card as one is needed to access these places. Lots of great restaurants are around, especially Fresh Fields Village (first exit off the roundabout on your way out of the community). There's a grocery there and shopping, too. Charleston is about 45 minutes away. We only spent a day there and loved it, but could have used a few more days. Can't wait till we can plan another trip, definitely planning to stay at our newly discovered "treasure".

Our stay was amazing! Cynthia was awesome to work with! My husband found out he was getting deployed short notice and we weren’t able to stay on the original dates we had planned. Cynthia let us figure out another week and she made it happen! She is also VERY quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The condo itself was SUPER clean (big win for me) and the location was awesome. Right across the road from the Lake House with pools/gym/ and even a little playground if you have little ones and just a short drive to the beach. We love our getaways to Seabrook and cannot wait to go back! Thank you to the Zickefoos’ and Smietana’s!
