It’s a great location outside the canyons and about 30-40 mins from most of the major ski resorts. The general condition felt a bit outdated but it met our needs. The wifi was just OK and required us to re-log in every day. It was good enough for video calls though. Hot tub is fantastic.

Close to all the ski hills. House is used as just a rental and there is some wear, but it was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and hot tub so I would recommend this rental especially for a larger group.

There must be at least 20 restaurants within a mile of this place and access to skiing by bus or car is super easy and ski rental right down the street. We used the park to make huge snowmen. The place is very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the 3 big couches since often there is not enough comfortable seating for our group to hang out but this place was great. Lots of space for enjoying time together with our group of 7. No real complaints but note that the water pressure is a little funky and you have to keep the heat lower at night than you think b/c it gets super hot upstairs.

The house was way better than we’d expected. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room. We loved how convenient the location was. Well worth the money. We loved the stay!

This was our meeting point and everyone was able to visit and relax in the comfort of this home. Wouldn’t think you were in the middle of a city with the beautiful trees around us. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was fine. However, service from the property management company was horrible. I called and requested a late checkout and was told it won’t be a problem and all we had to do was pay the late checkout fee and then checkout at 1pm. I called the day before to make the payment and no one answered. So I called the next morning only to be told we couldn’t do a late checkout. So we hurriedly got ready. The cleaning lady arrived at 11am and saw us putting bags in our car. Took us about another 5-10 minutes. Even after we left, I got a text from the management company asking us to get out of the house or they were going to send the sheriff to get us out. I was so shocked. No renter or customer should be treated this way.

The house is exactly as described. Very clean and organized with plenty of room for our combined family of 9. It was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location. We enjoyed skiing at multiple resorts in the area including Alta, Brighton, and Park City and made use of the hot tub each night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a great location just minutes from big and little cottonwood canyons, made it super convenient to ski each day. Property manager was extremely flexible with us and friendly throughout the process. We will 100% be coming back to stay again.
