We booked for an entire month and I was a little nervous about the length of commitment but that proved to be unnecessary. The house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for us and a rotating group of guests. The house is very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, appliances, utensils, etc. The location was honestly even better than I thought it would be. Midvale itself has plenty of restaurants and stores but if you want to go to SLC or Park City, they’re both easy drives to get to. We did all our skiing in Cottonwood Canyons and that’s another simple drive. Just an all-around great experience

Overall very nice, lots of beds and extra sleeping space. Curtains on bedroom windows would be nice. Instructions for staying were confusing because of the 4 different places to get instructions most had conflicting information about check out procedures and trash collection.

Had an extended stay at the property and enjoyed it overall. It’s a great location outside the canyons and about 30-40 mins from most of the major ski resorts. The general condition felt a bit outdated but it met our needs. The wifi was just OK and required us to re-log in every day. It was good enough for video calls though. Hot tub is fantastic.

Close to all the ski hills. House is used as just a rental and there is some wear, but it was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and hot tub so I would recommend this rental especially for a larger group.

The location really is awesome. There must be at least 20 restaurants within a mile of this place and access to skiing by bus or car is super easy and ski rental right down the street. We used the park to make huge snowmen. The place is very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the 3 big couches since often there is not enough comfortable seating for our group to hang out but this place was great. Lots of space for enjoying time together with our group of 7. No real complaints but note that the water pressure is a little funky and you have to keep the heat lower at night than you think b/c it gets super hot upstairs.

It was such a lovely condo for a family reunion. This was our meeting point and everyone was able to visit and relax in the comfort of this home. Wouldn’t think you were in the middle of a city with the beautiful trees around us. The park was our back yard. So perfect!

Plumbing is poor since the other houses were occupied, you can’t use more than one shower at a time or wash dishes if someone is in the shower which is tough with a full house. Staff was very flexible and pleasant, and easy to get in contact with.

The property was fine. However, service from the property management company was horrible. I called and requested a late checkout and was told it won’t be a problem and all we had to do was pay the late checkout fee and then checkout at 1pm. I called the day before to make the payment and no one answered. So I called the next morning only to be told we couldn’t do a late checkout. So we hurriedly got ready. The cleaning lady arrived at 11am and saw us putting bags in our car. Took us about another 5-10 minutes. Even after we left, I got a text from the management company asking us to get out of the house or they were going to send the sheriff to get us out. I was so shocked. No renter or customer should be treated this way.

The house is exactly as described. Very clean and organized with plenty of room for our combined family of 9. It was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location. We enjoyed skiing at multiple resorts in the area including Alta, Brighton, and Park City and made use of the hot tub each night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a great location just minutes from big and little cottonwood canyons, made it super convenient to ski each day. Property manager was extremely flexible with us and friendly throughout the process. We will 100% be coming back to stay again.

Only issues to report that did not affect our stay
Downstairs bathroom door locks when inside, we had to pick that lock a few times to get the person out of the bathroom
Upstairs bathroom sink leaks.
