This property was a perfect place to stay for me and my for me and my girlfriend. The kitchen had all the utensils that you needed and more

The property was beautifully decorated and clean! We enjoyed the pool VERY much! The location was awesome, very close to stores, shopping, restaurants and more. The dock outside was perfect location for us as fishing is our passion. A few quick turns and we were wide open in the ocean! For those of us that stayed on the dock, the wildlife was abundant! Will come back again soon!

The home is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and preparing meals. The patio could definitely use a large umbrella, retractable awning or tiki as the morning sun on the patio is brutal with very little shade. One small umbrella isn't enough for several people. We enjoy the sun and heat, but it was too uncomfortable to even enjoying morning coffee out there. There are 13 chairs on the patio area, and only 1 lounge. For a house that sleeps 6, it would seem more appropriate to have less chairs (which clutter the limited outdoor space) and an additional lounge. The sheets, pillowcases and pillows were laundered but stained in two bedrooms. The white towels, washcloths, and bathmats (including the extras in the closet) were dingy grey and most of the washcloths had dark makeup stains (pretty gross). Having the renters do the laundry for you isn't working, but the cleaning service shouldn't be using them either when preparing the house. I'd recommend a linen service that properly washes and bleaches. Check-in and check-out is all done self-service from a box on the outside front step of the rental office with envelopes for all the weekly rentals in the same box. There is no security with the keys, and no one at the office if picking up after 5pm. If you want to speak with someone at the office while there, they conduct all their business outside on the step. It's just odd, and not super welcoming. There are a few things the owner could do to make improvements, but mostly my concerns were with how it is managed and the service provided. I made it a point to talk to Leslie about the issues upon check out to give some feedback. She listened, but didn't seem real concerned or interested. She told me not to provide feedback if I couldn't provide a 5-star rating. That speaks volumes. As far as the home - it's a 4 star, but management is a 3 star at best. I'd stay at this property again, but not under this management.

This rental didn’t disappoint…it was very clean and very roomy…The pool was great after a day on the boat..

My family and I had a wonderful time in Key Colony Beach, as usual. Grandkids loved the personal pool. Cabana Club and access to the beach is a big plus. We will be back.

This house was perfect, had everything you need for a relaxing peaceful vacation. Definitely would stay here again.

Our family chose key colony area for proximity for venturing out as well as enjoying all the house listed as amenities. The home was beautifully appointed with tasteful beachy decor as well as roomy and a wonderful patio/pool area. The kitchen was clean but could’ve been better stocked with silverware as well as pots and dishes. We had a group of 6-10 most of the time. All in all the trip was great! The home comfy and all were content and happy.

This property has it all. 2 king bedrooms which is always a plus and hard to find. Every possible tool in the kitchen you may need, is there. Nice pool, private and after a day on the water, thoroughly enjoyable. Nice dock, fish table and bait freezer is always necessary, and this dock is easy to tie up to, with a location where you can fuel up in the matter of 400 yards and be out in open water in 5 minutes

We had hoped to rent a boat but were advised against it due to the southern winds making for rough seas (normal for October), that isn't anything against the property, but just something to be aware of. My only complaint was that the beds were not the most comfortable, but it wasn't the worst mattress I've ever slept on either. Overall we had a fabulous week, and will return again when we have a chance!

We loved the property and location couldnt of been any better Home was updated newly remodeled and having the pool was awesome..we were able to have time together and not feel on top of each other with the spacious house layout...We will definitely be staying here again !

The property management personnel (Leslie Christensen) did an outstanding job, contacting us throughout our stay to insure that everything was okay. Property was more than w expected, made even better by Leslie.

Property was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool and visiting manatees in the canal. Very quiet neighborhood. We barely knew there were renters next door. The location was great! We visited the Aquarium, Key West, dived with an Islamorada Dive company, and Chartered a fishing boat. Lots of fun for a family of four.

This was our second stay at this property in Key Colony Beach, and likely won't be out last! From check-in to check out, everything was perfect. The location is perfect and is only a short distance from various parks and beaches. Coco Plum is literally 2 minutes away, Sombrero Beach is less than 10 minutes away, while Bahia Honda is about 20 minutes south. If a trip day trip to Key West is in your plans, it's only an hour down US1. If relaxing and staying in is more your style, the house is well stocked with pool and beach amenities. Our 4 year old daughter loved swimming in the pool and was even greeted by a manatee swimming up the canal one morning. Everything is modern and in new condition, including an outside grill we almost hated to use...almost. KCB is such a great little community. My wife always stops at the boutique to shop and my daughter likes going to the park and seeing the annual Christmas boat parade. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. Even though we didn't 'need' anything during out stay, its nice to know that Leslie and the team are only a call and short drive away. I definitely appreciated her calling to make sure everything was satisfactory during our stay! Will definitely be back again next year!

The house was everything we hoped it would be. Quiet, clean, comfortable with most comforts of home. Leslie was very attentive to our needs and she was prompt in her responses. We loved it so much we booked it again for the same time next year.

This unit is immaculate and the finishes and furnishings are top notch. We enjoyed the location very much because it has great boat access to both sides and we loved being able to keep our boat so close to us. Access to the Key Colony amenities was also a big plus! Will book again for sure!

The whole house has been tastefully redone. We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood.... The only thing was the 2 King beds would squeek every time you got of bed or turned around. My spouse & I had to sleep in separate room for the week. However the mattress was very comfortable. Must have been the box spring or the slat pack. Fishing was great too! Would defenitely return in the future.

We enjoyed the house very much. Loved having our own pool. House was very clean and well furnished. We'll be back. 👍

Beautiful place! Pool was nice. Place was clean. Didn’t plan on doing dishes but oh well. Didn’t plan on washing most of everything but oh well. I did not like going to get the keys and dropping them off at the realty office. I am use to a lock box at the rental. Had to leave early and take keys to a drop box that is unsecure. Someone could go by and get keys to houses without anybody knowing anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and our stay. This home has been recently remodeled and it is beautiful inside and out. The pool was warm and sparkling clean. The location of this home great because it is walking distance to lots of cool amenities across the island. The property management company is courteous and extremely professional. Our family will rent this home again in the very near future.

A lovely and spacious home, plenty of room for 4 adults, and more. The listing indicated a hair dryer is included, but I couldn’t find one; ask about it before packing. Also, the pool could REALLY use some handrails, I slipped getting out and the bruising was ugly. Finally, Checkout rules say to start a load of laundry, but no detergent is provided.

We have stayed in Key Colony for a number of years. This property was one of the best. It was newly renovated and tastefully decorated. It provided all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for renting a boat that we were able to dock right there and accessible to many restaurants and activities. We always enjoy the Adventure Aquarium, Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Ctr. and marinas. The location is easily accessible to all shopping needs. American Caribbean Real Estate were a pleasure to deal with. They kept in contact with us before, during and after our rental and provided whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.
