Comfortable and great location. It seemed a safe and private place. Very clean.

The TV was not working well. The instructions were not thorough enough. I followed them step by step and couldn’t get it working. At one point I was able to get YouTube but the connection was awful. I rate this part zero!

The cottage was very cute. Just enough space for me and two kids. The courtyard was a nice area for my kids to play. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to visit. The decor was cute and had an amazing view.

Could use some cleaning under the beds, couches and dusting on ceiling fans. The TV system was awful. We weren't able to get it to work. The dvd player wouldn't play any DVDs and I was not able to log into any of my streaming services. Please splurge and get a Roku for your guests. It makes life easier There wasn't enough hot water for me and my two kids to shower. That was a bummer. And no extra sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. A nice booklet near the entrance with "how to's" on the gas heater, tv system, etc would be helpful. It was difficult to find the towels. The parking was absolutely terrible. I felt like I couldn't have my family visit because of the lack of parking. and it wasn't clear on where I should park. Never could find the dumpster that needed a trash code? The heater was very loud when kicked on! It scared my kids at night. A few adjustments can make this 5 stars. It's adorable, just lack of directions.

Heater was super loud, TV was a pain in the butt to work and the place was cold. Maybe a better spot in the summer.

Space was large enough for us & two medium size dogs. Bed was comfortable. Lady was nice & fixed couple issues for us. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do.

Husband old fashioned likes waking up & watching news. There was only Netflix & amazon. Had issue with TV it was fixed fast. Spot light switch is hidden behind curtain on wall. Also found by lady. Hot Water tank not large enough for 2 full showers. Fenced in yard but last day guy told us dogs needed to be on leashes even in yard. Not sure... Trash code didn't work for us. Luckily other can didn't have lock.

The cottage was clean and nice. Good location for us.

The hot water in the shower didn't last. It turned cold during the process. We couldn't get the heat to work, so 1st night was cold. Would have been nice to have some news channels on TV. Thank goodness we finally were able to get to Netflix. Took some figuring out to get that to work.

The cabin was conveniently located and the surroundings were beautiful.

We went when it was cold. The heater took too long to warm the cabin. The hot water in the shower was limited. It was me and my son. After my son took his short shower (10 years old), the hot water was completely gone. The TV was difficult to figure out.

Some of the pots and pans were well worn. No explanation of the city water schedule. Two daily periods of time there was no water.
