that was easy

there was a mouse (I belive) making sound in the roof. which was scary for kids in the night. i saw a tail. other than everything was OK

1. Heating malfunctioning 2. Contacting of staff inadequate. Said they had "lots of calls to go through". Staff overbearing and rude. 3. Assorted trademsmen visting property to address problem, with temporary solutions on 2nd night as "not sure it's fixed" 4. When asked about lower fee, staff was belligerent. I said "And what if your grandparents where in freezing conditrions?" - she did not want to discuss this. I did not like the feeing of giving a gift to family, who being elderly, were taken advantage of.

Wonderful apartment set up in a beautiful location.

It was clean and tidy, location was adequate

The heater wasn't working at all and we all were shivering in the cold.

The bed in the lounge at the window with excellent views. Good location in Dinner Plain. Close to walking trails and tennis court and restaurants. Games available.

Some of the kitchen utensils were not clean, but not a big issue. No wifi, but not sure if any of the accommodations there has wifi.

It was spacious, clean and cosy. It was the perfect place to have a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.

It stated twice in the description that it had a spa bath, it didn’t! It never has and according to the property management team they had only been made aware of this incorrect description by the previous guests and had contacted booking.com to get it rectified. This was quite inconvenient for us as we have a toddler and a baby children so we had to use the shower which was quite awkward to do as the door only opened half way. When we arrived, an our after check in time (3pm) the property wasn’t ready, we had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be ready. We received very little information about the local area so didn’t know where the local food shop was or what times and days the restaurants and cafes opened. The bed in one room didn’t have caps on the end of the metal frame making it very dangerous especially as this to me was intended as a children’s room as it had bunk beds too. The tv didn’t work properly, the sound kept dropping out. Not really suitable for children under 3 as it has a brick fire place (no real fire) which is quite dangerous for small children like ours, this is not mentioned in the listing.
