Denise really has thought of everything in this unique beach rental! And the location is perfect! The place is beautiful and meticulously maintained - inside and out. The pictures only tell half the story. The beach and pool (and snack bar) were perfect for us and our six year old son, too. We also spent many nights at the beach and pool pavilion, with dinner packed, picnic style, and watched the sunset. Really wonderful vacation. And just a great all around beach vibe. We LOVED our stay here! Thank you Denise! Looking forward to next year already!

We rented the 2nd floor unit for 3 weeks and from the day we moved out all I could think of was moving back in the next summer. Summer is here and I am counting the days until we arrive again. This house is beyond what you can imagine...It is just as beautiful and pristine in person as it is in the pics! It was the most relaxing summer of my life! It is so warm and welcoming that I felt like I was moving out of my own home the day I left. I never once felt like I was in a rental. The owner is as nice as the house and look forward to seeing her as well. This is the house you rent once and know you have made a lifetime decision. August can't come soon enough!

You can't ask for much more from this property. The location is ideal; quiet on a dead end street, yet less than a ten minute walk to the beach. The property comes with passes to the beach club which has a pool as well. This was great because we have young kids that needed the variety of both the pool and beach. Everyone at the beach club was friendly. Besides the location being great, the house is completely furnished with anything and everything you could think of/need. Denise didn't forget a thing! The downstairs was spacious enough for our family of four. It was extremely clean, new and neat. We also loved spending time in the yard and enjoyed the fresh veggies from the garden. Denise also had the most organized garage with an abundance of chairs, a wagon, a cart, bikes, beach toys, etc. for our use. It is in close proximity to many good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to ANYONE looking to get away for a relaxing beach vacation. It was as if we were staying in our own home, not a rental. This is by far the best beach house we've rented. Thank you Denise for a wonderful vacation!
