Had a great time here ! Everything you needed was in condo and the host was so polite! The weather wasn’t in our favor which is always hot or miss and not too crowded when we went! but always love our trips to ocmd!

great location, have stayed in this unit a few times

The rental was exactly as described. It was clean and beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The check-in process was very simple and communication with Ed was thorough and easy. I would highly recommend.

The room smelled musty, all of the furniture was worn and old. Sliding door didn’t lock Floor ,had to put socks on because my feet would get dirty. Comforter had stains on it, afraid to touch it

Nicely furnished. Owner easy to reach and nice. Good tv and wireless service. Safety for garage and building is great. Beds and sofa a little uncomfortable. Check in a little late and cleaners could have done a better job. If you’re planning to cook meals, kitchen missing slow cooker, strainer, tongs and large serving bowls. All-in- all a very pleasant experience.

The breathtaking beach view from the master bedroom arched window sold me on this rental! The beachfront location is perfect for access to all the fun OCM has to offer!

The only thing that was bad was lack of elevators and parking for a third car

Rainy weather did not ruin our weekend, this property offers a fireplace and gorgeous views. Very comfortable and convenient location.

We stayed for a spring break. The location was close to many of the sites. The condo was exactly as listed. Ed was very helpful and answered all our questions.

I couldn't ask for a better location and the property is very nice. It is beautifully decorated and spacious for a family of 4. Ed was great to work with. Very friendly and responded quickly to my questions.

The location was perfect, house was clean and well pointed. It took us a bit more to Check in perhaps due to the type of community. Thanks

I am a particular person when it comes to cleanliness.. Some people may not be as picky as me.. BUT when paying a very high rate a night (which VRBO wouldn’t allow me to post) I expect to pay that high price for both the location and for the quality of the place I am staying.. first the good: Communication was awesome, check in super easy, location great. Added bonus was the access to chairs and boards for the beach. Now- what I was unimpressed/disappointed by: there were lots of minor things that added up: toilet paper holder missing, blinds in living room broke, doors sticking, dryer taking three cycles to dry. What bothered me was the lack of cleanliness- not from one stay to the next but over time- the baseboards were nasty, the bathroom vanities need cleaned, the bathroom vents were filled with clump of dust, there were pee stains on the Queen mattress pad, there was fingernail clippings on the floor. Also the living furniture is in need of replacement. Like I said- good was location which was expected but overall wasn’t overly impressed with the general cleanliness.

There were some minor items that were not working (lights, blinds) the living room furniture was well worn (sofa bed was broken, it did not fold out correctly and when folded up boards were under cushions for support). The overhead lights in ,Master bedroom did not work at all and in bedrooms #2 & #3 the over head lights just blinked when turned on. Kitchen area one light was burned out and hallway had one light burned out.

Views were spectacular of ocean and bay. Location was excellent on boardwalk. The Belmont needs to clean/ paint entrance doors to units. Management of Belmont needs to clean hallway carpets/ floors throughout the facility . Facility looks dated and dirty. Inside was not cleaned well. Bathroom mats filled with sand. Had to shake outside then wash them.. sand on bathroom floors, carpeting was dirty, needs steam cleaning, windows in master had fingerprints on it as did coffee table in living room… did not see windex to clean them with. Living room furniture is old and worn. Needs to be replaced. Lr blinds had string hanging.. Master bedroom blind has slats broken. Closet door broken in master. Too many plastic floral arrangements around condo that were very dusty and need to be cleaned or removed… Condo layout is great and beds are very comfortable.
