We're Flagler County locals that enjoy spending the 4th in Flagler Beach. This was our first time staying here and it did not disappoint. The property had everything we needed and the location is super convenient, steps from the beach. I have a feeling we will be back!

Cute beachy vibe place with a quick walk or drive to several really good restaurants!

My family absolutely loves this home. The location is perfectly positioned to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The home was well-appointed with everything you will need. Beds were very comfortable! We liked how they provided boogie boards and beach chairs, so we didn’t have to pack them. We brought our bikes and the neighborhood was easy to ride around. A1A has a great wide sidewalk that we rode along right across from the beach. Gorgeous! Best breakfast place is Friends Cafe, don’t miss donuts at Swillerbees, eat lunch or dinner up top at Golden Lion or Oceanside, and grab ice cream at the Waffle Cone! Fantastic vacation. Jo Lee was so easy to work with and we definitely want to come back.

Great family get away

We loved the house, cute and very clean. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Jo Lee was wonderful to deal with, very helpful and responsive. We would definitely rent this house again.

House is compact but full of comfort and beachy character. It is well equipped for basic cooking and provided household supplies above what we had expected. The washer and dryer access were a useful addition. Altogether a lovely place to stay while in town.

We came for a short stay to see a house my cousin bought in Flagler. The house was a perfect location for us(walk to Sally’s) and the beach dune cross over was one block away. Attention to detail for guest comfort and convince! Would definitely rent this house again!

My family of six stayed in this home for three nights. It was SO clean and neat, and everything we needed was right there - bed and bath linens, washer & dryer, and other items not always available in a rental. Jo Lee was so helpful and kind. The beach and wonderful boardwalk were just a block away, and shops and restaurants were a short walk. If I lived closer to Flagler Beach, I'm sure I'd be renting this house many times in the future. Thank you for hosting my family this past week. We had a wonderful time in this quaint cottage by the ocean. Just a short walk to all restaurants and bars. So many wonderful places to eat and get treats at Sally’s Ice Cream and the bakery down the street. The ocean was just around the corner too! Very short walk that goes straight to the beach access. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and comfortable and clean. Had great linen and comfortable beds. The owner, JoLee is very kind and responsive to all questions. The perfect hostess. We hope to return again next year and enjoy another week at this lovely cottage.

I absolutely love coming to Flager Beach and staying in JoLee’s property is an added bonus. I have stayed there 2 years in a row and have nothing but good things to say. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Everything was perfect and I look forward to returning next year!

My husband and I spent a month in this cottage. Very comfortable with everything you could ever need in a rental property. The closeness to the beach and a number of other venues makes this the perfect place to park the car and walk everywhere. Jo Lee answered all our questions in a very speedy manner. Would love to rent here again.

Easy to get there. Convenient to shopping and eating. Weather could have been better but overall no complaints.

This was my first time visiting Flagler Beach and I loved every minute of it! It was such a relaxing small town environment. The cottage was in walking distance of everything which is exactly what I was looking for in a rental. There is at least 10-15 restaurants within a couple blocks, most of which close around 10-11. We didn't have a bad meal during our 10 day stay. There are a few bars that stay open later, also within walking distance. The beach is quiet and wasn't crowded during our visit in July. The rental property itself was also perfect! It had everything we needed and even some things we didn't know we needed. Jo Lee was such a sweet host and was available to answer any questions that came up during our trip. I have nothing bad to say about this rental other than I wish it was for sale because I would buy it in a heartbeat :) . I look forward to going back to Flagler Beach and hope this rental is available! Thanks again for a great vacation!

This little cottage is spacious and inviting and the location couldn't be better! Walk to several restaurants, dessert, and the Ocean just a block away. Close to State/National Parks for nature lovers. Pier just a couple blocks walk. There are even several places of worship nearby and a neat Fruit/Produce market at the park just up the street. Excellent for biking, hiking, and gorgeous strolls along the beach. Something for everyone! Owner is easy to work with, quick to respond and ensures your stay is TOP NOTCH! Can't wait to return soon and highly recommend for a couple nights or a week or more. You won't want to leave!!

Was a wonderful time for my wife and I and four adult sons. Jo was great to work with- accessible, friendly and kind. Place was clean and comfy. Great location- just a couple minute stroll to beach and easy access to all Flagler Beach has to offer. We love Flagler. It's a great beach town. Would stay here again for sure.

I have been going to Flagler for 25+ years, and I loved this location/rental. It is a small beach house with everything you could want, including the beach just around the corner! Jolee is a wonderful person to work with. So happy my family got to stay here, and hope to stay here again in the future.
