Lovely home. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Easy two minute walk to the beach. Great communication from the host. Easy checkin. Had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was even nicer in person than in the photos. Great location, easy walking access to restaurants, stores and the beach. Clean house with amazing pool. The house (inside and out) was well stocked and all of the amenities were easy to figure out/control.

Overall we absolutely loved the property and our entire stay. We were in the property for a week and our kids loved it. The outside pool area was awesome. The kids loved the pool. The house was clean and well kept, its a two minute walk to the beach and 5-10 min from Times Square. We will definitely book this property again.

This was a perfect vacation for our family of 4! The house has everything you could possible need. Wagon, umbrella and chairs for the beach. Toys for the pool. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Frank is awesome, available and always quick to respond. So many VRBO make you scrub the house down before you leave and people question the cleaning fee. Not here. Simple requests that most people would do in their own home. Basically pick up after yourselves, dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer etc. hands down best experience ever!

The whole experience with this rental was top notch! From the booking, to communication with the owner, Frank, to the stay itself was all absolutely wonderful. The house was fully stocked with almost everything we needed and minimal supplies needed to be purchased at the store (besides our everyday groceries). The appliances were high end and the home was very clean. The pool area was the best. The location was perfect. We can’t wait to stay again next year for our vacation. A huge thank you to Frank for everything!!

This rental is the lower level of the home and was shocked it was not listed on vrbo and that no comments were made regarding this. The owner's close off access to the upstairs and balconies of the home. We loved how close we were to restaurants, Time Square and activities. The pool area and tiki hut were the best feature of the home.

This beautiful home is located at the perfect location. Good walking distance to the beach and shops. We absolutely loved the pool and spent most of our time there! The shallow end was perfect for our 2 year old little girl. The house was fully stocked...we have used vrbo a few times to rent but nothing was stocked like this! The bad thing the mosquitoes absolutely loved us. That was the only negative. The outdoor pool area is amazing we loved every minute! Thank you so very much for letting us stay 😍 we hope to come back! Hope you liked our small gift lol

We loved the pool, tiki bar and surround sound outback and they supplied us with a lot of beach and pool items which was nice! Also it’s located close to the beach and restaurants. However, the sofa was stained and uncomfortable and the master bed was very squeaky. I would recommend replacing both. Thanks

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The pool and tiki hut with a sectional, tv, bar, and grill was awesome. We loved and made good use of the wagon, chairs, and beach toys available at the house. We can’t wait to come back!

We all really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area exceeded our expectations and all the amenities were greatly appreciated. The location was a minute walk to the beach and close to other attractions. The house would greatly benefit from a new bed in the master bedroom but we were all so tired after a long day of fun, falling asleep was never a problem. Thank you for letting us stay at this property and we will certainly look to come back in the future!

We hung out in the pool and tiki daily. Outside warm shower was also a huge plus. Everything you would need inside the house. One thing I would suggest is updatingthe cushions on all outside furniture. We will rent again.

Our family loved this property for a week long getaway to Florida. Location was in a quiet, safe, and private neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Best part was the pool by far. It had a great shallow landing pad for our toddler to play in. Direct sun in the backyard only from noon to 2pm, otherwise lots of shade. Our only complaint was that the king bed was old, saggy, and very uncomfortable to sleep in. We had to sleep on the couch a couple nights unfortunately. I would suggest that owner get the replaced ASAP.

We were looking for a single-family home with a pool fairly close to the beach. This fit that perfectly! We were able to walk across Estero Blvd (about a block down) directly to a beach access. The beach was easy to get to and just wonderful for beach walks and shelling. Lots of good family time spent there. There also was a kayak launch to the nearest canal about 2 houses away where we could launch our paddle boards to navigate into the bay on calm days. The house is also very close to MoJoes (great coffee/breakfast/sandwich/pizza options) and Heavenly Biscuits! YUM! The pool was amazing for our family. The tiki bar, lounge area, and outdoor dining table was used daily in abundance. The pool was well taken care of and warm for these January visitors. The backyard with pool was also very quiet and private especially for FMB-you were close enough to the action, but far enough away that it was honestly very quiet day and night. This house hit the sweet spot on location and amenities. We were also working and doing school and there were enough places for everyone to have their own space and the wifi could handle all 4 of us on zoom/google meet calls at the same time. The kitchen had all appliances you'd need as we cooked a great deal there. Any questions, concerns, or slight issues was handled very quickly by the owners and with grace and a good sense of humor. They were great to work with and responsive. We were so lucky to spend several weeks at this home during such a weird time.

Nice house with everything you need for a family of 4. Close to the beach and has all the beach things you need and a short stroll to times square. You don’t need a car at all. Nice pool and awesome Tiki Hut and bar with TV. The only knock is that the pool heater was not functional so very cold swimming this time of year.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and Tiki Bar in the backyard was heavenly. The location of the home is a perfect short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores, but separated enough for the privacy and quiet we were hoping for. Frank was excellent to work with - we hope to return to this house again!
