The first night I arrived, it was late, almost or right after midnight. I was exhausted. I went in the bathroom, there was a big bug crawling on the bathroom floor, a dead cricket by the bed, I opened the cabinet below the sink and there were several dead crickets. In the morning prior to my leaving for the day I told the girl at the front desk, her reply "I'll let housekeeping know". No apology, no offer to move...nothing. I started to walk away, turned back and said "you should have said I'm sorry". She grinned and whispered "Sorry". I returned to my hotel room at about 9 pm that evening, the picture below is from after I had reported all the bugs in the ROOM, they did NOTHING!!! Didn't clean the bugs, didn't leave a note that the room had been freshened up (and it had NOT, not even a new coffee pouch)

Location convenient to highway and service stores. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

Saw two live roaches in hallway. Nothing more than a morning coffee; danish would be nice. Very noisy air conditioner.

I bought stuff from their store and it charged my card which was fine. But they said it didn't go through even though I showed them it was taken out of my account and they still said I owed them and couldn't check me out on their system. Very frustrating

The location was convenient and close to the main highway. Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Great price.

Breakfast barely existed, That was ok. We needed somewhere to sleep.

When using Booking.com it was not apparent there would be an additional pet fee. Quit the surprise while checking in and the clerk explained. If I known about this additional cost, another hotel would have been chosen. I will not be using this app in the furture due to its incomplete information and lack of communication with the hotel. Seems they have tried to get Booking.com to update this info and no response. Is this Fraud?
