It was simple and convenient. When I travel for work that's all I want. The price is more than what you get but I understand its because of the National Park.

The price compared to value.

Good location in town. Near entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

Unable to park in parking lot due to size of parking spaces. The guests were helping each other with parking. We chose to park on the street. The room was very old and plain. No coffee maker, no microwave, no refrigerator. Bathroom fan was inoperable, so steam built up in the bath and dripped on the floor and fixtures. Only a small window for ventilation. Shower head sprayed water everywhere and is not adjustable. Water took a very long time to get hot. When we arrived to check in, the clerk had to wait for the computer system to “come back up”. She said it usually comes back in 15-30 minutes. We had to wait to check in until the system was back. No alternate check in procedure is in place. At $199.00 + taxes and fees, we WON’T be staying again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the state of the room we were provided upon our check in today (room no 253 - Sagar Rajesh Vora). My family and I had eagerly anticipated this trip, having made our reservation two months in advance, but our experience was far from what we had expected. Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find our room in a deplorable condition. None of the beds were made, and it seemed as though the room had not been cleaned in quite some time. Dirty linen and clutter were strewn all over the floor, making it impossible for us to settle in comfortably. This situation not only disrupted our plans but also caused us considerable hassle and inconvenience. We believe that when we book accommodations in advance, we should be able to trust in the quality and cleanliness of the room. Regrettably, this was not the case during our stay at Travelers Lodge. Such an experience has left us deeply dissatisfied with our choice, as well as inconvenienced during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. In light of this, I kindly request that you take immediate action to compensate us for the inconvenience and disruption this issue has caused. We believe it is only fair, given the circumstances. We hope to see Travelers Lodge uphold its reputation for providing comfortable and clean accommodations to its guests.

Nice bathroom except light switches were upside down and the bathroom faucet hot and cold were backwards. We left early in the morning to visit Yellowstone and returned mid morning to find our room was cleaned and towels replenished already. I was delighted! We were given a room at first without a fridge and microwave. When I inquired about it we were graciously switched to a room that had them.

Old carpet and outdated bedspread - rings of the 80"s, though it seemed clean. A nice comforter with a duvet would be really nice.

Close to town

The room- we had to tighten the toilet seat, it was so loose it wiggled all over the place! The bed was right up against the cooler so I tried to move it to get in on that side of the bed! And it fell off of 2 small pieces of wood only about a foot long!!! We tried to put them back and succeeded we went to bed and when we moved on the bed it fell off again!! Slept with the bed slanted all night. And No coffee pot!!!

Location is fantastic for dining/shopping or walking around West Yellowstone. Very close to the entrance of Yellowstone.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The bathtub did not have a drain cover so there was not an option for a bath. However this was one of the cheapest places to stay in town so my expectations were not high.

Room was nicer than expected. Clean. Nice bathroom and water pressure. I especially liked having control of the temperature. The room was cold when we got there but the wall heater warmed it up really fast

The location and cost.

Was a little disappointed that one our rooms didn’t have a refrigerator and microwave. Also our two rooms were far apart, if we had small children that would have been unacceptable.
