It was the 6th time we rented an apartment in Nice. Definitely the best we have rented so far. We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is fantastic. It is neat, comfortable and the locarion good. The only downside is the noise at night if you leave the windows open. Unfortunately that is what happens when you stay in the old town. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend the apartment and the fantastic hosts.

Great apartment in the heart of Nice old town. Bernard and Marie were very responsive and made us very welcome. The apartment had everything we needed even down to small details such as nespresso capsules and a fresh fruit bowl. A well thought out inventory. Only small issue was loud people in the street in the early hours.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor above the narrow streets of Nice. It is accessed via a private entrance shared by all apartments in the building. (There is no lift.) There is a restaurant below but the noise is abated by there being double glazed windows. The tram was a short walk away. The apartment has a compact kitchen but has all you could need if you wanted to cook, though there are so many restaurants around that we only ever had breakfast there ourselves. There’s a well presented shower room and even a washing machine. We played ‘hunt the ironing board’, we had to give in but Marie told us it was under the bed! Marie and Bernard were very friendly ang helpful. They replied to messages almost immediately. We would highly recommend this and would go back tomorrow if we could.

The apartment was beautiful, and had all of the things needed for a great stay. The washing/ dryer machine was so good to have in a weeks stay. They location was handy to great restaurants and only 7 minute walk to the beautiful ocean. Bernard and Marie were very accommodating and pleasant people. If we ever come back here, this is where we would stay.

Lovely apartment, super clean and comfortable. Everything is new and well appointed. Great amenities. Only drawback is the windows are not soundproof even when closed. Late, late night partiers not quiet but that is no fault of the owners. A darker curtains in the bedroom would be helpful to block out the bright street light.. Otherwise loved our stay

Our first stay in a European style rental apartment and we were elated with our choice. It was very large, clean, and extremely comfortable. The wifi worked great and there were many outlets for other electronics that may require charging. Marie was an excellent host and was there to receive us. She briefed us on all items, keys, restaurants and tour highlights in the area. This apartment is a great location not only for old Nice but also travel to other locations. Trams and bus stops are only a steps away, but you won't need any of that if exploring the old town area. This not the Ritz, but for us middle class retired folk from San Diego, it was perfect! Enjoy the Riviera!

We spent a week in Nice and enjoyed the convenience of the apartment. It's right next to a restaurant, which is very handy, but a little noisy at night. There are many shops and two markets just a few steps away. If you are driving, be prepared to pay about 25 euros a day for parking at a garage not far away. The location is handy to mass transit and it is not expensive. The property is as described and the hosts are very helpful. I should add that the television has the ability to connect with Netflix, Prime Video, and Youtube with you adding your sign-in. We recommend this property and enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was exactly as pictured and impeccably clean. A nice gift of fruit, chocolate and rosé greeted me. Bernard was kind in showing me all details upon my arrival. I experienced no problems. Just perfect for me! I will return.

This wa a charming, well appointed apartment in Old Nice. Marie and Bernard were there to meet me, and took he time to show me around the area. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay, and was steps away from restaurants, shops, the market and the beach. It was very close to the tram and buses, but I rarely needed them as everything, including the train, was in easy walking distance. The restaurant downstairs did get a little loud one night, but with the windows closed noise was rarely a problem. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Old Nice.

The property looks exactly the same as what it is shown in the website. The central location is the biggest merit of it. It is near to the beach, restaurants, the open air market, bakeries, and supermarkets. Only three minor points I would like to mention. The first is the noise of the air-conditioner but we got used to it after one night. We slept very well afterwards. The second point is the slight leaking of the shower tray but the impact was not very significant. The third point is related to the kitchen. We are very happy with it and we cooked our dinners in three evenings with ease. We just wonder why there is a microwave oven that steals the space. It is placed just next to a cooking stove (the heat) and a sink (water splash to it). It appears a bit dangerous to us. All in all, we are very happy with the stay and highly recommended. We certainly will stay here again when we come to Nice next time.

Spent 4 nights at this quaint apartment. Fully decked with all you need (even provided a beach umbrella and towels which was great). The owners were very friendly. Highly recommend.

First, the apartment is beautiful, just as pictured, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and the open air market just steps from our door. We had several flight delays, but our hosts were quick to answer our phone calls, texts, and emails, and went out of their way to accommodate us. We finally arrived, tired and very jet lagged, and were greeted by Bernard who gave us a tour of the apartment and explained how everything worked. We were very thankful for the bottle of wine, fruit, milk, and bottled water they had left for us. It was much appreciated! We’d definitely recommend this apartment. Marie met us at the home promptly. Home is well stocked with all the basic amenities including coffee and tea (really good tea). Additionally, she provided us with milk, some fruits and a bottle of wine, little things which matter when you begin a short stay. The place has the French touch to it with the beautiful bedding. If you are a light traveller the washer and DRYER (a plus) will come to good use. All in all it was a real pleasant stay and we will not hesitate to recommend the home to our family and friends. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the apartment, so this is their review of the stay. They said the location was excellent, and it was very clean. They said Marie was really nice and easy to reach. She provided beach towels for them, and they were thrilled to have a nice espresso maker to use. They loved the apartment, and it is an easy walk to the airport tram, and the train station.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days. We traveled by car and arrived far too late due to traffic. But Marie and her husband were so nice and the check-in was super easy, even though it was late at night. The apartment was very clean and so nice and comfy that we completely felt at home here. It offers everything you could need (coffee machine, washing machine, umbrellas for the beach, books, towels and so on) and Marie even put a bottle of Wine in the fridge. The bed is very big and comfy. It is located right in the centre of Oldtown Nice, five minutes walk to the beach, three minutes walk to Parking Coversy (safe parking - we payed 110€ for parking our car for 7 days) and close to great shops, cafés and restaurants. We took daytrips to lots of beautiful places in the area (Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer etc.) and this Apartment was a great lovation to do all that. If we should come back to Nice one day, we will definitely stay here again. Super happy with everything!

It was lovely to have wine and fruit as a welcome. One minor drawback is Street light outside bedroom and no blackout blind, but overcome by eye masks!! Due to onset of deteriorating Covid 19 situation in France we decided to leave early, sacrificing 9 days of our rental. This proved a wise decision as 24 hours after our departure the French government closed all bars and restaurants.After attempting to recoup some of our rental costs Bernard offered us a voucher for next year to cover our lost days, but we were unable to accept this offer, so we were a little disappointed that we couldn't negotiate recouping just some of our rental, in such extreme circumstances. However, we enjoyed our stay.

This renovated apartment in the old city is comfortable and well equipped. Located within blocks from trams and buses, it allowed us to explore easily many sites beyond Nice - Antibes, Vence, St.Paul de Vence, Eze, Villefranche, and Cap Ferat, as well as many locations in the city itself. There were many tourist info brochures in the apartment. Marie met us the day we arrived to show us the apartment and to give a quick tour of the neighborhood. She and Bernard left fruit, wine, coffee, milk, and tea for our use. Marie was very helpful the day before we left in arranging a taxi to pick us up since our phone service had lapsed. The apartment is in the midst of a lively neighborhood with a variety of shops, delicious restaurants, bakeries, butchers, and grocery stores. We walked to the beach ( beach mats in the closet!) almost daily and enjoyed walking and relaxing, even in January. We had a wonderful stay - I highly recommend.
