We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The view is spectacular and the accommodations are just as described. Great location.....not really conducive to our usual long walks but we quickly discovered how close we were to Siesta Key Beach and walked the beach daily. Location so close to 41 was near to everything you could possibly need or want. We hope to return again to enjoy this amazing Sarasota gem.

Wanted a home with pool in this area and this home lived up to it! The layout, design and views are great. Can't beat the pool area overlooking the bay. Short drive to Siesta Key beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return!

The house with its pool and spa overlooked the bay and was very nice in every way. The kitchen utensils need to be upgraded. We left 4 days early as we wanted to get back home to hunker down because of the Coronavirus,.

The property and home are beautiful and quite comfortable. We like to bike and take our bikes with us when we travel to Florida. This neighborhood is not conducive to biking. Some future travelers might like to know this. Otherwise no complaints about this property except perhaps for some newer/cleaner kitchen cooking items. The check-in instructions need to be updated.

Lovely home, enjoyed our stay. Have a couple suggestions. We couldn't sit in the living room at the end of the day, due to glare. Would suggest putting shades or blinds on windows and sliders. Also would suggest dressing up the landscaping. It currently detracts from the beauty of your home.

It was an absolute pleasure to return to this wonderfully located and appointed home for our Christmas vacation. Having already been spoiled by a previous stay, we knew what to expect however there was certainly no loss in excitement about returning and if anything, our delight at having secured the use of the property for a second time gave us plenty to look forward to. As always Debbie is very attentive to her visitors. At one stage Debbie event visited us along with her husband as they were in the area just to check that everything was going ok. That level of service is hard to find and was very much appreciated. I can’t recomend this property highly enough and I along with my family look forward to our next visit and many more thereafter. Absolutely brilliant.......

The property is immaculate and very well maintained and sits in a secluded corner plot overlooking water where you can watch boats pass, fish or spot the dolphin ! The location gives you easy access to various beach’s including Siesta Key and a number of visitor attractions yet feels very secluded and private. After some spectacular days out it was always lovely to come back and chill beside the pool watching the sky change colour as the sun dropped. Staying here felt like we had our own small piece of paradise in Sarasota. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We were very lucky to spend seven weeks at this amazing house. The view from the living area is absolutely breathtaking & we spent many a day sitting on the pool deck watching the fish jumping & dolphin swimming in the bay The house is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Had a fabulous holiday in Sarasota this summer. Our holiday home was gorgeous the view waking up in the morning was bliss. Sitting on the dock in the early morning watching the fish jumping in and out of the bay is the perfect start to a day. The house is very spacious and was perfect for our family of 5. We really were very sad to leave.

As frequent visitors to Florida and indeed Sarasota, we have hired a good number of different properties over the years. Your house is without doubt the best that we have ever rented and it has been an absolute delight to stay in such a well appointed and located property. I would also like to compliment you on your first class service and assistance since the early days of my original booking. We are planning on returning to Sarasota in December 2018 and hope to spend the Christmas period over here. It would be our great pleasure if we were able to arrange another rental of your property for that period. I know that it is a long way off however I am not sure of when your bookings calendar runs to and it would be great to secure something early when the time is appropriate. We can't begin to describe what a treat is was to spend the entire month of March in this lovely home. The owners have spared nothing in the design of this property and are very responsive to any inquiries. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The view is beyond compare and offers an ever changing vista of wildlife and boats. Although tucked away in a private setting, the property is close to great shops and restaurants. We are already counting the days until we return to this beautiful corner of our world.

This was a wonderful vacation home! The view of the bay was fantastic with all kinds of wildlife, even a couple of dolphin sightings! Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location; close enough to enjoy walks on the beach, but far enough away to avoid traffic hassles. We highly recommend!

My family and I just returned from a week at this amazing property. On a 5 star rating I give this property a 10. You drive up to find a gorgeous home on a secluded gated waterfront lot. From the moment you walk through the door you are struck by the view of the peaceful bay. Once you get over the awe inspiring view, you begin to see how stunning this property is. Every room is beautiful and designed with impeccable attention to detail. The home’s design, workmanship and materials are all top of the line. The pictures do not accurately show just how beautiful this home is. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully appointed. It is located within walking distance to a marina where for a nominal fee we docked our jet skis for the week. It was less than 10 minutes to drive our jet skis over to the house where we picked up the kids and spent our days on the water having fun and dolphin watching. There are several marinas nearby that rent boats by the hour or day. Watching the sun set while relaxing in the Jacuzzi was a great way to end the day. The home is also close to Siesta Key where you can rent scooters to explore the island or enjoy the beach. Also nearby are major retail stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this property. I plan to book it again this summer.

The home was just the right size for a family of 5 with almost everything you need in the kitchen to make meals at home. It's a wonderful place right on the water of Sarasota's Bay. We rented kayaks for the week and our kids had so much fun kayaking in the bay and fishing off the dock. We miss the view! Our favorite part of the day was sitting on the back deck and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. You will be surprised that even in the middle of the summer, there is a breeze throughout the day because you are right on the water. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota and very close to all shopping - 5 min. from Costco!! Suggestion to the owners: BBQ would make this place absolutely perfect :) Thank you for your hospitality and troubleshooting a few things during our visit. We would love to come back!

Our journey to Sarasota was hellish - our flight had been cancelled at the last minute and we could not get a direct flight in to Tampa. Having endured a long and fractious journey from London, via Philadelphia and Miami, followed by a 250 mile drive, it would be correct to say that we were not in the best of moods. Imagine then our delight upon arriving at Don and Debbie's house in Little Sarasota Bay, and seeing the lovely gated drive at the end of a quiet residential road and when we opened the front door our mouths dropped open in awe. The house took our breath away, it is so spacious and clean with the most amazing views across the bay. All of the rooms in the house are decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The outside pool and spa area are fantastic and provide the ideal setting to relax and unwind during the day. We even saw a couple of wild dolphins swimming in the bay along with the jumping fish!! Don and Debbie were extremely helpful from start to finish and gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations in nearby Siesta Key village and St Armands Circle, all of which we tried and enjoyed. There is plenty to do during the day if you want to leave this idyllic setting, our son got his Scuba diving licence less than a mile away from the house! If you like shopping there is no shortage of malls (regular and outlet) as our daughter can testify to!! We would definitely recommend this house if you are planning on visiting Sarasota as you will not be disappointed. We were very sad to leave and hope to be able to visit the area and this house in particular again.

First, let me start by saying, this is one vacation our whole family will remember forever! When I look for somewhere to stay, I always read other peoples reviews. They always tell the truth about a home. The reviews submitted by other guests staying in this home is one of the reasons we chose to vacation here. I was also impressed with the communication between Don and Debbie and our family prior to booking. When our family of six drove in the driveway, we were delighted to see the grounds were pristine. However, nothing could prepare us for the reaction we had once we walked through the front doors of Don and Debbie's home! The view of Sarasota Bay and the pool in almost all directions literally took our breath away! We took a few minutes to sit down, and take it all in. I then noticed how VERY CLEAN and large the home was. This was so important to me. The home itself is large and amazing. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the bathrooms have everything a family needs to ensure pure comfort. The kitchen was great, and stocked with all the supplies a family needs to make meals with. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Especially by our 7 and 10 yr old. Now, We are a family that loves to fish, and never in our life have we caught fish as we did while staying at this home. From casting our lines off of the dock, we caught several different species on a daily basis, and were completely surprised. Our friends and families back home were asking us to send them daily updates and photos of the fish we caught. It really was unbelievable. There is also a Marina a few blocks away that is very reasonable in the rental of different types of boats. Something else that really moved us, was seeing the dolphins come in so close to the dock in the Bay. The noises they made would just touch anyone's heart. We went on a few adventures that were close to the home. Myakka Sate Park to see crocodiles, and also to Clearwater Aquarium which was a short drive, to see the dolphins from the Movie Dolphin Tale. Siesta Key Beach is also just a short distance from the home, and, a must see. There are so many fresh markets close by. And, the Shopping Outlets are close by with some amazing stores. All in all, this was by far one of the best vacations our family has had. We are so grateful that Don and Debbie trusted us with their home. Closing the door behind us, and leaving was a difficult thing for us to do, but, we will be back!!!

We just spent the most glorious month in this lovely home overlooking Little Sarasota Bay. The home is spacious, bright and clean and the view of the pool and bay are out of this world. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the access to the bay as we rented a pontoon boat for a portion of our stay. The location is handy to grocery shops and every Wed. we visited the fabulous Philippi Creek farmers market which is right around the corner. Although we chose to dine at home the majority of the time( why would we want to leave?) there are a number of great restaurants close by too.The owners, Deb and Don were a phone call away and most helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We are already making plans to return next year and can hardly wait.

I feel so fortunate that we found this sweet little house perched on the edge of Little Sarasota Bay, looking across water to the east side of Siesta Key for a 3 week stay this January.... I came down to rehab a broken leg, and this was the perfect choice. One level living (one step down to the pool) and open house plan, easy to navigate and take care of. Hot tub and pool were a highlight, as was the dock that affords great sunset and pelican viewing. The location is south of Sarasota center about 10 minute drive, and only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key. A Farmer's Market on Wednesdays is nearby for stocking up on fresh veggies, fish, fruit, and much more! Sarasota has so much to offer for visitors; restaurants are excellent, there are sailing and fishing options, kayaking, museums, cultural events, the list goes on....we were pleasantly surprised. Debbie and Don were very attentive to any needs and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this little slice of heaven!
