A good place for a stay in sun valley

The condo was clean and lovely furnished. Close to River Run and town.

Great place to stay, close to everything, clean, and great management. I left my airpods at the place and notified management. The cleaning people were able to locate them and management sent them to my house that day. Great service!

We had a great stay at this condo in Sun Valley. We could easily get to the lifts on the bus or even by walking. The condo was comfy and had everything we needed.

Nice place in a great location. Beds slept great! Clean bathrooms, linens. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. We like to eat breakfast in when vacationing but the pots and pans were less than desirable. Great communication with the property manager which was greatly appreciated!!! Idaho is breathtaking!

Our 3 night stay in Ketchum was great. Enjoyed the condo and it's amenities. It is very well stocked. The condo is very walkable to restaurants and shops in a lovely area! We enjoyed not being right in the heart of town, but a little off of the beaten path for more quiet! Thanks so much!

the only complaint I have is that I heard ever step and every move the neighbor above this unit made

This property is so close walking distance to River Run lift, bike path and town. Quiet and serene. Kitchen was upgraded and stocked well. Plenary of room on the deck for peaceful mornings or rests after hiking

Very minor issues were hot tub was REALLY hot and bathroom floors were REALLY cold. Otherwise, great place!

This is my second stay at this particular property. It was great. Thank you. I might suggest a fan of some sort for white noise, as we happened to have noisy neighbors upstairs.

Fantastic condo close to the resort, and downtown highly recommend

It would be helpful to have a fan in the unit for white noise to drown out any upstairs neighbors. We happen to have noisy neighbors upstairs the first two nights.

This unit was very clean and convenient to town. The pool was lovely and well maintained. We were visiting with other friends in town so we did not use the kitchen or appliances. The beds were very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay, but would like to suggest that the unit really needs updated bedding and bed pillows, and better lighting in the living area for reading. Pool towels would be a nice amenity, too.

Sun Valley Condo 139 was comfortable for us (1 couple and 1 single). Location was awesome and the unit was clean & well stocked. The master bath shower is a tad tight, but we made do for 3 nights, no biggie for us. It was nice to have regular cable/satellite...a lot of rentals have gone to you using your own subscription services (Netflix, Prime, etc), which we don’t have. We enjoyed our stay!

First of all, Michael, the property manager was AWESOME. After I accidentally unplugged the modem, I called him and he was there in a hot minute. Excellent support for the condo. What a wonderful condo if you are a skier or a tourist. This location is so easy to find and easy to get to the ski drop off and around the town. I was able to find everything I needed. The condo is the perfect size for two-four people. The layout is perfect. The check-in and lock-box access was easy. There were books with information about restaurants. Coffee was in the cabinet. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that there were a couple of cleaning issues.. There is a crack on the ceramic stove top and the first pot I pulled out had been put away dirty. I know this happens when people don't check the dishes after they are in the dishwasher. The carpet (which Michael said is being removed this spring) was very stained. The hot tub is massive and wonderfully easy to get to and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sun Valley.

Stayed two nights to enjoy the skiing. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. Two bedrooms with 3 beds but looked like could accommodate more. We had 3 people and it was comfortable. Also, close to downtown and the River Run lift. No issues, would recommend.

Has all the amenities. We had a great time and it is very close to the gondola. (We did dinner on the mt one night)

Condo is as represented in description and photos. Not the cleanest condo I have rented.

We stayed here over Christmas for a week. It is a great location and clean. Mike who owns the place was on top of our needs and was a great communicator.

Great location. Walkable to everything in Ketchum. Close to bike path. Perfect for a family stay. Owner responded quickly to a small repair request.

Overall a nice property due to the location and cleanliness. It was also good that we could leave our luggage in the rec room on the day of departure so we could ski before our evening flight out
