The location is nice. Walkable distance to beach and boardwalk.

Felt like we were stuck in 1972. Room was very dated. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. We could feel the springs poking into our backs when we laid down. Small, overpriced, very dingy room.

Location is perfect. Quiet and close to beach. Room has kitchen for cooking and full size refrigerator plus grills outside. Perfect space to hang with family after a day on the beach. I personally love the 50’s/60’s bathrooms. They’re maintained and kept clean.

Everything was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was great and a perfect temperature. The room was a good size and the kitchen was great even though we didn't stay long enough to use it. There is a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch and laundry facilities so it really has it all.

A slightly better mattress, upgraded bed linens and use of pool after check out would have made this a 10 out of 10! Overall it was exactly what we were looking for and I looked for quite some time because honestly there are honestly some dingy hotels at the Jersey shore. This is not one of them.

The elevator takes forever stairs are quicker. Luggage carts do not fit easily fit into the elevator when moving in and out of the room

Barbara at check in was so nice and polite. It is an amazing hotel for a family vacation. The staff and even other guests were great. they have so much stuff to do for family activities. It was an amazing experience already looking forward to booking again next year.

There was an smell in the room. You can improve that. Irden than that is a great place to spend with family and friends.

Location and pool

Great location. Beds not as comfortable as expected for price considering only going to room to sleep my 3 boys complained of beds discomfort

Pool size, mini golf, outdoor movie screen, clean rooms, the restaurant on site was delicious.

Guests are allowed to smoke pretty much everywhere... on balconies and in mini golf area. My daughter has asthma so it made it a little undesirable. If it weren't for the cigarettes It would have been perfect.

There were a few activities for the kids at the motel. There is a bike rental shop across the street and a playground with a splash pad.

The beds were old creeky and worn out. My back was killing me after the first night.
