We had a wonderful stay and Brittanie and Gerard's apartment! It was comfortable and well-appointed and fit the four of us very well. Communication was responsive and lovely and all of our questions were met with welcoming care and accommodation. One note: the bedrooms lack windows, so while incredibly comfortable and spacious (with fabulous silent ceiling fans), you cannot expect any natural light to orient you to time of day. Additionally, the walls are rather thin, so bring earplugs if you have a group where some want to sleep while some socialize or watch tv. We had no issues with either element, though, and had very relaxing nights and slept very well. This was MUCH more comfortable than an equally priced hotel and were very grateful for the space and time at this lovely apartment! We will certainly be back!

My wife and I have traveled all over the world. From the start Brittanie responded right away provided things to do in the area from parking, restaurants and other activities. The check in process so so easy and simple. When we arrived in the home, it was stunning. The pictures don't do this place justice. The location close enough to the activities, but far enough to be outside the noise. The walkability is a 10 of 10. We felt right at home from the start. Brittanie and Gerard are amazing hosts. They provided everything you would need for a weekender like we had to a week of fun. I have to say, we own a Travel Agency and have stayed in many places both domestically and internationally. This was definitely in the top 5 for us. We will stay here again and recommend this place to our friends and clients. Thanks Brittanie and Gerard..

Lovely condo with tons of charm in a great location! Was great for two couples, we each had a king bed and our own bathroom. Super easy walk to the French Quarter and all it has to offer. Parking was a breeze, lots of places nearby. Our hosts, Brittanie and Gerard were great, super helpful! This is a great place to stay!!!

While attending a national conference at the nearby Sheraton Hotel, we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful condo. Sharing this space with friends was far better than the hotel experience. We had everything we needed for coffee and cooking. The extra blankets were so cozy, and the beds were very comfortable! We walked to everything! We will definitely be back.

Our stay was nothing but perfect. A beautiful place close to all the main areas we wanted to see. We were walking distance to the French Quarters.
The beds were so very comfortable and the open concept kichen and living space served us all. The hostest was always super responsive when we had any questions also super accommodating. Thank you for making our first visit a memorable one.

Three friends and I decided to take a quick three day trip to NOLA and we were so lucky to have found this property. It is beautiful and so spacious. Communication with the property manager was easy and very quick. We were within walking distance to Bourbon Street, the French Quarters, the Riverwalk, etc. My friends and I travel a lot and we agreed that this is by far the best rental experience we have ever had.

We feel like we found the nicest apartment in all of New Orleans. Fully stocked kitchen, appliances were spotless, all the little details, condiments (which makes it so much easier). Beds were SO comfortable, quiet bedrooms. Easy check in. Hosts very receptive, and respond quickly, and give amazing recommendations. We have stayed in VRBOs all around the world. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed in. Don’t hesitate to book your next stay here. You will not be disappointed

This could not have been any better! We traveled with another couple (4 people in their 50s) and found this to be a perfect spot to explore New Orleans. Location is great with easy access to French Quarter, Convention Center, WWII museum, Outlet Shopping and Canal Street. We felt like it was very safe and parking was available nearby (but not cheap). We didn't need the car at all, everything is walking distance. The building has an elevator and the condo is well equipt and comfortably furnished. Two bedrooms with enough privacy, a big living room and a well equipt kithcbnen with plenty of cooking and dining utensils. The host was super responsive and kept us up to date and well informed. If I ever return to NOLA, I will certainly try to book this place again.

This property is absolutely amazing, quiet, clean, spacious, and in the perfect spot close to everything. Our stay was very comfortable. I’m so glad that we made this choice. I will definitely consider this property to my Family annd Friends who will be traveling to New Orleans. I’m giving this property 10 ⭐️’s.

The unit was nice, the location was a little creepy to come to a night because of the homeless sleeping in the doorways. (which could happen anywhere) Having the laundry in the unit was nice and the beds were comfy. One drawback was not having a balcony, for some reason we thought there would be one. We would stay here again!

Came to New Orleans for conference but also to meet friends. Lodging was centrally located, ideal for 2 couples, communication with owner excellent. Highly recommend

Everything about this property was just perfect! The location is great for exploring the most popular areas of NOLA but on a quieter street where you're not constantly in the middle of the busiest tourist destinations. We walked to the French Quarter many times, had a couple of late night excursions to Harrah's nearby and only called an Uber to go to Jazzfest (although we were close enough to various shuttle options we could have used as well). The condo was exactly as pictured, stylish, comfortable and clean. Terrific beds and bedding and plenty of towels. Communication with the property owners was great and they gave a lot of recommendations for some places to check out nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting New Orleans.

The Condo was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location, we didn't have a vehicle so we were impressed that we were able to walk to the French Quarter and several dining options are located close by. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

By far the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. From easy check in to cleanliness and comfort, being central to everything from wild and crazy to laid back and relaxing, this place has everything you need. Owners Brittanie and Gerard provided us with plenty of recommendations on entertainment and restaurants. We’ve been to Nola many times and this will be our go to place in the future.

We loved our stay. The hosts were super responsive to questions. The condo was on the heart of downtown so everything was a short walk. The condo was in amazing condition and much bigger than it looked in pictures.

We recently stayed at this unit and everything was seamless-from Check in to Check out! The hosts were easy to reach and extremely accommodating! Britannie checked in with us to make sure all was well and provided a suggestion list for parking, groceries, restaurants etc. The apartment was very clean, updated and well stocked. We have a new favorite in NOLA and we'll definitely stay here in the future!

What a great way to start my wife’s bday weekend. The place was exactly as pictured, modern, spacious and clean. Perfect for 2 couples. Place was short walking distance from everything (Bourbon St/French Qtr). It was nice and quiet and a couple blocks away from Canal St in the other side of the start of Bourbon St. Definitely will stay again nest time we are on NOLA.

My friends and I enjoyed this property so much. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Brittanie is a wonderful host. She has thought of everything that guests may need. The beds are very comfortable. The location is close to so much that the city has to offer. Once we parked our car, it stayed parked until it was time to leave. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do! I would definitely rent again.

Our stay at your VRBO was great! The place was very pretty and unique. We were able to park across the street and rarely had to get it out during our stay. The streetcars were very close by and convenient. And everything else we were interested in was within walking distance. Your restaurant and grocery store recommendations were great. We HIGHLY recommend your place and we will return.

My friends and I stayed here for New Years 2023. It was the absolute PERFECT location. We were all in awe when we walked in - the photos really do not do this place justice! It was only a 8 minute walk to all the NOLA favorites of the FQ. We also walked to the Garden District AND the WWII museum! It was truly perfect.
Brittanie was always available to communicate with and made the check in process so simple! She called and gave me additional information prior to check in. She was incredibly accommodating and kind.
Would definitely recommend!

This place is close to the Canal street and walkable distance to many places. The property is very clean and the host shared provided several food recommendations which are great. We were reaching very late night but they were available to make sure our chexk-in goes smoothly. Great host ans great location.

Good location off of Canal Street. Short walk to French Quarter. About 1/2 mile to full service grocery store. Bedrooms very quiet for sleeping. No windows in bedroom. Appears a lot of the units are short term rentals. Photos accurately depict property.

Beautiful place accurately represented on the website. Great location - a nice walk to Bourbon Street area, but also close to nice neighborhood restaurants and bars. Much quieter than staying in the touristy area. Brittanie is super helpful. She very promptly answered our questions, checked in with us periodically and had great local suggestions of where to eat.
