The townhouse was a perfect accommodation for our family with small children. En-suite bedrooms are conveniently located on the bottom floor for easy loading and unloading of personal belongings from our cars. The open floor plan living room has high mountain cabin style ceilings extending to the loft area. Modern kitchen space comes with easy to operate appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The space and accommodations were as described and in close proximity to skiing. However upon arrival we immediately notified Nomadness rentals that the modem was broken - it was unplugged when we arrived and once plugged in, would not turn on. We placed 3-4 calls to customer service that night but there was zero follow through. They claimed it was due to the snow storm but the modem was broken before we arrived. Without wi-fi, none of the TVs worked either. We would not be as peeved had we been offered more reasonable compensation. Frustrating!

Very nice condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the amount of snow there. Overall we were pleased with our unit.

Wifi was not available for whole stay which was very inconvenient especially having snow storm to stuck in cabin for 2 days. Place is clean on surface but generally very dusty for fixtures which cause one person to trigger severe allergy reaction. There was no shovel in the unit so we needed to go purchase in order for is to drive out.

Loved staying at his condo. Super comfortable beds, clean, and plenty of space for a big group. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

This was the perfect condo for our two families to enjoy our time in Mammoth. They provided everything we needed (linens, kitchen supplies, etc.). The loft was the perfect bedroom for the kids to share, and the adults had our own rooms. We could walk to Vons for groceries, take the shuttle to Eagle or the Village just steps from the condo, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time!

This place was great! Had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. We loved the complex and location as well. Will definitely stay here again if it is available for our next trip!

It was a great place. Clean and convenient. With Starbucks and Vons around the corner. The shuttle to the mountain right in front of the property. We enjoyed it.

This condo has great location and really brought our family together for a memorable experience. Cozy, spacious, and clean stay with just 5min away from ski school for the kids first ski and snowboard school at eagle lodge, and the lift for us parents to explore the mountain as well. Condo was nice and updated. Plenty of space for 4 adult couples. Appreciated that the condo was dog friendly and even has a large grass area right out front. Hot tubs worked, walking distance from Vons and Sherwin Meadow. Great spot all around. Other folks in the complex were really nice as well. Overall great experience.

This was a nice large location, We had 3 pairs of adults and 3 kids comfortable.

The property has good space for a big family of 10 with 2 dogs. We have an end unit which made it even better

Fantastic location! The townhome was even nicer than the pictures. The location has everything needed for a perfect Mammoth stay.

The condo was as advertised with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nice amenities. It was all we could hope for foe our short stay there.

This place is great! The checkin process was easy and property management team responded to all my questions super fast. Having 4 full bathrooms was nice and convenient for our group. Internet is a little slow but other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. Looking forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our 3 day 2 night stay at this property. It was just enough for the family. We mostly stayed in the cabin due to COVID but we loved the lodging despite not doing much outdoor activities. The house was complete with cooking utensils. We just brought a lot of food and just enjoyed each other’s company. The place was warm and comfy.

I have rented through VRBO for the last 15 years with much success and this was THE MOST DISAPPOINTING RENTAL I’ve booked. The unit had no air conditioning despite being advertised as a “Luxury 5-Star Townhouse”. There were filthy box fans that we had no choice to use because it was hot. The loft was miserable. The unit is old (the ONLY part updated is the small kitchen), not clean (could barely see out the kitchen window, bathroom shelves hadn’t been wiped down in a long time, pantry was disgusting-we kept all our groceries on the counter), tons of wires near the television, warped window blinds in the bedroom, extension cords hanging off the living room mantle. Zero room between the couch and the dining bench. Neighbors were loud (police came at 3am to shut down the party at 3 am). When in need of additional kitchen trash bags (3 provided for a 4-night stay), I was told I would be charged for them as they were outside of the welcome kit. To cap off our stay, at checkout time, the sprinklers to the adjacent grass area came on spraying the steps to the unit and the path to our cars. VRBO - please update the listing to more accurately reflect the quality of this unit for your customers.

We enjoyed our stay, it is a great location and it was important for us to find a pet friendly house. The townhouse is very big and modern and had everything needed for 2 families and a dog. The only thing is that the house could have used a better cleaning service.

Super clean, well-appointed, SPACIOUS condo! Plenty of room for our 2 families plus a couple of friends. We could relax and enjoy our time in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. The grocery store was a short walk away, but the orientation of the condo to it's surroundings was quiet and felt secluded. Would definitely stay again!

Really lovely condo! Clean and a far larger than we expected. Great location to town and lots of easy walks to do with your pup right outside the door. We’d definitely stay here again.

The main issue was that the refrigerator was not functioning The refrigerator did not work for the 5 days we occupied this rental.. Nomadness Rentals was contacted immediately and they sent the property manager, to address the situation. While kind and understanding, the property manager was unable to fix the problem. He returned a total of 3X and the frig was still broken when we left.. To call this an inconvenience would be an understatement.Not being able to keep food and drinks cold was horrible. If the refrigerator had been the only problem, that would have been bad enough, however there were other things amiss: *light bulbs burnt out in the fixture over the dining table *microwave door handle loose and hanging by a screw *main floor bathroom fan not working *ceiling fan in first left downstiars bedroom not working *no wash clothes in several bathrooms *urine stain on the mattress pad of first left downstairs bedroom. I have used VRBO many times in planning ski trips out west and have, up to now, always been delighted. This condo needs more TLC as the floors had not even been swept sufficiently.

The townhome is a great value with a great location in the heart of town. Close drive to both Eagle and Canyon and within walking distance to Vons. Only downside is parking, there are only 2 spots to each unit. The listing mentioned open parking, but we were informed by management that our car would be towed if we parked there. So while the townhome can fit 3 families, couples, etc. just be aware you can only have 2 cars (techinically). Management was nice and let us use a space for a unit he knew was empty so it all worked out. Great overall layout. 3 BR downstairs each with their own bathroom which was so good. Worth it in itself because we had 3 families that fit comfortably into the space. The 1 bath upstairs was also convenient for common space and children in the loft could easily come down to use the bathroom. Small fireplace was quaint and did a good job warming the main area, wood pellets included. Comfy couch, decent seating area. Kitchen was useful as we cooked in 2 of 3 nights there and breakfast each morning. No issues. Garbage disposal does need service. For the layout, having kids in upstairs loft did mean the kids stayed up as long as we did, or we had to quiet down at night (all the kids were between 6-9). Loved the overall location and the open space next to unit was a great snow-play area for children. It is an older unit than what we've used in the past, but the place was clean overall. Fairly recent updates it looks like. I like the wood/composite floors throughout the downstairs, and the bathrooms were pretty clean and convenient. Having no garage was not an issue for us. I would definitely look to come here again in the future.

Very clean, well kept and updated property. It was an ideal location, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The kitchen was fully stocked and parking was great (right in front of the unit). Will rent here again!

It’s all in the title; three couples fit comfortably; lots of room to spread out; nice open kitchen allowed multiple cooks to work side by side; loved having the end unit for more privacy; we all agreed would rent the same unit again. Centrally located with easy access to the Von’s shopping center and to shuttles if needed. Place was clean and in great shape. Only wished the lights over the table were a little higher to avoid a head bump; became a badge of honor to tap them getting up from the dining table.
